Wow. Coming from the south, chicken is essential on Sundays, and Brine hit the spot. Not all tenders are created equal and these are definitely my new local favorite. The fries were cooked perfectly, just the right amount of crispness. As one that doesn't have to have sauce, I was pleasantly surprised with the honey mustard and really enjoyed the buttermilk green- reminds me of home. The interior of the place itself is immaculate and the staff was extremely friendly. I have to dock a star for the prices though (other than the sandwich). When I think of a "fast-casual" restaurant, I want to be filled for under $15. The half-chicken is $13.50 alone, not including any sides. Can't believe I just found out about this place yesterday evening, even though I've been around here for so long. It's pretty new but still didn't notice is but it's a pretty nice place. Staffs are always very friendly and working hard. I have been there two days in a row at very different hours, no one ever lacks off or just stand there. Always packing or cleaning. There's a passcode for the restroom that is only available for the customers. A few tables and seats that are pretty spacious and very clean. I found this place on Ritual and it's great to eat in or for take outs. Very flavourful food and slightly heavier option compared to my salad bowls on most days but it's not a bad option at all. You can choose the sides too and it's still pretty healthy I'd say. Decent prices and nice quality ingredients. Signature Thigh 1/4 Combo is good but the 1/2 Spatchcock Combo is really something. The Brown Sugar & Lemon carrots and Mini Gigi Salad are really tasty too. The Sweet Grilled Potato is one of my favourite and Charred Broccoli is amazing as well. The Sandwich was amazing, probably the heaviest thing on the menu but not that heavier to be honest and very worth it. I was pretty full but still wanted more. It's a must try! The package is really simple and elegant too so I appreciate that as an artist. I'd definitely recommend this place and I'd be going back as well. Last night was close to closing so my order was ready really fast and there wasn't anyone in the restaurant anymore at 9:30pm. This afternoon after 3:30pm was a bit busier with 3 tables of customers and 3 other Ritual orders so I had to wait an additional 10mins which was bad because I wasn't in a hurry. When you walk in, you order on computer tablets, with a helpful employee there to guide you if you need assistance. I had the chicken thigh & breast, the broccoli, and the Greek salad. The chicken was juicy, tender, and had a marinade/sauce that was finger-licking good. My favorite part might have been the broccoli though, covered in cheese and aioli.
