WHAT A WONDERFUL SEND OFF! My closest co-workers took me to dinner the night before my last day working with them . . . so bittersweet! I was wow'd as soon as we entered the beautiful reception area. Very pretty decor and I liked the open concept. Sweet and friendly hostesses. We started with wine and a Malibu Bay Breeze for me - all were pretty and perfect! I ordered their seasonal dish - Chicken Limone! It was so tender and tasty! I asked that the vegetables that came with it be subbed for a Caesar, which Vincent, our great server said was no problem, but after I got home, I saw that we were charged for the salad. Let me tell you - one of the best Caesar salad versions that I have EVER had! Fresh, crisp and the croutons HAD TO BE HOUSEMADE! They weren't crisp, like usual - they were slightly on the soft side and so darn yummy! My favorite co worker tried seafood risotto (for the first time). I told her how some places didn't make it right - it was often more like rice than risotto. THE REAL DEAL HERE! i could tell by sight and she loved it! Others had varied meals that they ALL LOVED! Since I love bargains and going online, the day prior, I found out that BRIO has a partnership with "inkind" and I signed up and got $30 off of our meal!!! Simple sign up and execution. Party of 6. Early Afternoon. It was packed but not overwhelming if that makes sense. Can't say this was like my greatest place to eat. But it was solid. The Salmon Fresca at first bite I wasn't sure if I would like it but it turned out to be really good. Only bad part were the sweet potatoes were still kind of firm. That dropped this from a 9 to about a 7. Not the biggest portion so if you mix it with salad you'll be fine. Dessert. Ice cream or gelato not sure was the best ive ever had. The chocolate cake sponge tasted like it was made in an easy bake oven. Also tasted the Spinach dip. It was thick and didn't come with may chips but it was good. Also I had one of the teas. Maybe peach or mango. It was good. Some places just don't get it right. Overall I don't think I'd pick this place but if I ended up here I wouldn't be upset. read more

Came here Friday night nobody was in here. Seating is very easy to get. Try the margarita flatbread very good. We got the lasagna dinner and they didn't bring us out any bread but we had to ask for it. No refill of water so make sure you ask for things that are customary for you when you go to a restaurant. Overall food was ok but it's good if other places are busy. read more

PASS...stopped in for lunch today, what a disappointment. The lunch menu is a joke, I got the lasagna for $14.99, it was a 3"x3" square and no more than 1/2 inch tall. Come on, I expected a smaller piece but really??? I received a piece that cost $1 to make. It was served so hot I had to wait 15 minutes to eat it. From the full menu we also ordered chicken limone, one piece was so tough I had to find the manager who remade one piece, he did add some pasta as I requested it to-go. I was really disappointed with my experience. I clearly stated that I am vegetarian, yet my dish arrived with meat in it. That alone was frustrating, but the service didn't help either -- the server was not attentive, and it felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously. Went to Brio in Marlton on Sunday 05/03/26. We were a party of six people (3 couples). Being on time for our reservation, I have to admit, it was one terrible experience. I don't normally complain but the service and food was terrible. Ordered drinks, which took 45 minutes to get brfore we could order our meals. Unfortunately, service continued to be terrible. 4 of the 6 dishes were bad, Chicken Marsala's were absoluetly the worse. I don't know if it was the managements fault, server or whatever but it was a horrendous experience and we won't go there again. read more

No stars. Went for Mother's Day brunch. Had a 12:30 reservation. At the servers suggestions we ordered right away by 12:45. Waited 1.5 hours for our food. It never came. 2 salads and 2 scrambled eggs. As we were leaving several families said they had waited over 2 hours. I know it's a busy day but really??? Ruined my Mother's Day and many others. We tried this Brio during Valentine's Day Weekend. We both enjoyed our food. The resturant has a good vibe. I loved the set up. Our server was average nothing to rave. Always come here for special occasions. It feels fancy, tastes amazing, and has a great atmosphere. The happy hour food is somewhat disappointing, the flatbread is basically on a cracker and the other apps were also not amazing. But the full meals were delicious. read more

We went here for lunch before we left town on a Wednesday. It's a rather upscale place and the menu reflects it. There were only a few other people seated when the 5 of us were seated. The place is nice and clean and brightly lit with all the windows. The menu is a bit limited but we all found something. Bread was really good. Waitstaff was nice and attentive. It didn't take too long to get our food. I enjoyed mine and nobody complained. It's a nice place to stop by when your feet are hurting from shopping all day. read more

Ambiance: the ambiance at Brio in Marlton is what we have come to expect with the Brio brand and chain which isn't bad but more familiar. The location was really nice and well kept so the over experience was good. Food: the food was just ok, the salmon salad was good and had good flavor but the risotto was not good at all. The risotto wasn't fully cooked and there were clumps of Arborio throughout the dish. The risotto wasn't creamy or well seasoned which was disappointing. Service: the service was ok, it seems as though the waiter was fairly new and didn't know a lot of the answers to our questions as well as forgot a few of the items we had asked for. But that is understandable for anyone who maybe getting acquainted in a new role. read more

Our first time eating here. No idea how they got my name and address, but last month, we received a couple of coupons in the mail for a discount off their menu and an option to get a free Birthday Dessert (my birthday was in December). Anyway, jump to January, and we decided to check them out before the coupons expired next week. The food was excellent, but my chicken was a bit dry (overcooked?) and chewy. Overall, we did enjoy our meal out, but we found their prices a bit inflated, maybe because they are located in the Promenade "snobby" strip center? For the price, we may just save a return for special occasions. Maybe next time, we'll try them for lunch, as they should be less expensive for lunch items. read more

Sadly I was very disappointed on my first night back to Sitting at a bar and having happy hour. The up side was that brio is offering a happy hour and our appetizer was very good. The down side was some of the worst serves - the bartender was serving the tables around the bar area and he was clearly overwhelmed and having back issues which he mentioned when taking our order. My dirty martini was like drinking a jar of olive juice. I love olives but this was beyond acceptable. And he didn't even take it off the bill when I complained about it. Tables around us had similar complaints as you could hear them talking about it. Another very disgusting situation happened as I watched another server come to the bar and attempt to get olives onto a toothpick for a drink and the olive fell onto the lower part of the bar and the server used it anyway. It should have been tossed god knows what was on the countertop. She then took the one olive walked a good distance with it, walked back after getting gloves (thank goodness) and then stuck her hand into the huge olive jar to add additional olives to the toothpick before placing it the drink. Happy hour is priced nicely M-F 3-6pm. For $7 that burger was excellent aside from the comically thick top half of the brioche. Calamari was also fresh and tasted great at $7. No beer on draft at the bar bothered me a bit but the cocktails were good enough to look past it. On a Friday this was a very old crowd. Like 70+ at the bar which was interesting for me and my wife half that age. Good food, solid service, but doubt I'd be back for happy hour given the crowd. read more

What use to be a "go to " place has become empty for dinner the last few times we have been there. With 90 percent of the tables open , the host sat us back by the kitchen which was unacceptable. We were given menus and I typically have a beer with my meal but was stuned by the $11 for domestic and $12 for imported; I have never seen beer this high. Went to Brio today it was a family party the Restaurant was very clean all the tables were ready customer service was top notch. The food on the other had lack any kind of tastes I have the shrimp Sampy it was 5 Shrimp in the dish the pasta had not taste and was very had to stomach maybe the cook needs lesson on how to season food correct. Very disappointed. We made 6:00 pm reservations for Thanksgiving. After driving for half an hour, We get there on time only to be told we had to wait for 30 mins. After 30 minutes, we go back and are told to wait 15 MORE minutes. Why bother reserving only to be told to wait nearly an hour just to sit down? And that's not considering waiting for food. Will not be coming back again and advise others to not bother making reservations on a holiday. Very disappointing. read more

We have dined at various Brio Tuscan Grill locations throughout the years and I like the consistency of their food. We ended up at the Marlton location a second time for a nice, relaxed Sunday dinner. Service was good with no hiccups or complaints. We ordered flatbread margherita and their beef carpaccio (which I love) for appetizers. The salmon salad and the swordfish special turned out to be good entrees. Brio is a nice place with a good ambiance for lunch or dinner within the world of chain restaurants. read more

Wasn't all that impressed by this place. Quality has definitely gone down. Or maybe it was because it was getting close to the end of the night....? Had an 8 pm reservation so I don't think it was that late.. We wanted to get a bottle of wine but the waitress told us they were basically out of every white wine they had on the menu. And I'm not even being dramatic .. she literally told us they didn't have any of it! We ordered a couple appetizer (sorry no picture of the calamari) and 2 entrees. They food was great.. the service, however, poor. My steak was cooked perfectly to temp and the flat bread pizza was so delicious. I just wished the waitress was a little more attentive- Water glass was empty half the night and when the food came out the waitress was no where to be found. She ended up coming back and asking how the food came out after we were done. Had to search for her again to ask for boxes and the check. read more

My work department from work get together at Brio in MARLTON. This was our third time; This time it was for a baby shower. As usual it was great food and fantastic service. The AMBIANCE is always a plus and plenty of parking as well. I have to mention that I LOVE the place settings. We Love eating with real dishes and silverware. Thank you! I was hesitant to return to Brio after a bad experience in the Cherry Hill location. But in these times, a chance to get together for a meal is rare. We were seated promptly for our reserved time. Our table was next to the patio entrance which resulted in our party being blasted by cold air for our meal. If the restaurant wasn't already filled to Covid capacity, I would have asked to move. Pro: bread literally came out if the oven snd was piping hot, calamari appetizer was a generous portion and my seafood pasta was delicious. Cons: service was was very slow, alcohol was a light pour, seating area was cold and we weren't the only table near the patio putting on coats to keep warm. I would probably return with warmer weather and try again. read more

Took the family for a lunch at Brio since Red Stone had a 25 minute wait on a Sunday. We had a nice family lunch. I had the sausage carbonelle while the wife had a soup and tomato and mozzarella. The service did take a while however looking at the main clientele they served which were mid-age women looking to have a leisurely lunch it seemed like the norm. read more

3.5 really. Girls night out, pandemic style! My friend scored last minute reservations for us, and during the PANDEMIC, limited seating meant limited staff and a full house. That required a bit of patience as our poor server was obviously overwhelmed. It was the week the stimulus check hit so maybe that's another reason why it was a "full" house. I was HUNGRY, so I was grateful for the big hunk of warm sourdough bread and butter that landed on our table. The calamari was a generous serving but more TENTACLES please. Went for lunch today. I had the Veggie Sopes and they were incredibly delicious. Margarita was great. I ordered a large cheese dip $9 and large was a bit of a stretch., came in an oval shallow dish. Also they charged me and only me, 3 separate tickets for our table but I was the only one charged $2.50 for chips and salsa that everyone ate and no our table didnt get extra chips. Just what they brought when we were seated. Is charging for chips a new thing at Mexican Restaurants. Their prices have gotten ridiculous! $19 for calamari $9 to add chicken to a $10 chop salad $50 for a New York Strip steak My husband ordered the $16.99 Creamy Shrimp Scampi Pasta (picture shown with 11 shrimp)...what he received had only 5 shrimp...guess inflation tax removed 6 shrimp before his dish reached our table. And if you are order wine, make sure you confirm the price for the size you are ordering...the menus are printed wrong....the sizes are NOT 9 oz / split / bottle...they are 6 oz / 9 oz / bottle. We used to enjoy coming here but there are nicer restaurants with better food for those prices. read more

Brio is usually one of my favorite franchise italian restaurants, but they didn't live up to par at my most recent visit last Friday. To start, we all ordered drinks and an app - Spinach Artichoke Dip. With that, our server provided us bread. The bread was SO HARD. I literally could not bite into it. The spinach artichoke dip was good, but felt that the bread crackers they provide with that are not enough for 4 people. For dinner, I ordered the Penne alla vodka, however, they ran out of penne and gave tortellini instead. I am not a fan of tortellini pasta whatsoever, so eating this pasta gave me heartburn really quick. While eating our meals though, there were fruit flies and flies flying around us and our meal. It was incredibly annoying having to swat our table every few minutes. Some landed on our food and drinks, and some landed in our butter. I will have to reconsider coming back in the future. read more
