We dined on their beautiful patio, amongst flowers, and a very pretty water view and breezes :) The food was stellar! The menu still had what I loved prior - chicken stuffed avocados! They tweaked it a bit - no longer three big halves; but two, plus grapes (ick - not my thing - like eyeballs lol!) and pita bread (no carbs for me at night - I didn't eat). I also had probably THE BEST CAESAR SALAD I've EVER HAD! And wow, have I had a lot of them. They are a standby / go to - you name it - for me. I love them and can tell you where to find the best ones in a heart beat (Sienna's in Voorhees, Fieni's in Voorhees, SALAD HOUSE in Marlton, all Outback's and Carrabba's, and HERE) ! My friend's friend told her that Redstone's corn bread croutons were delicious and a must try. Sooo, we subbed the sourdough garlic croutons with the cornbread ones - no problem at all. HOLY SH****************T were they amazing! What a neat and yummy idea! In the future, I'm going to have the full size versus the starter size that I had last night. Our server, Flower, was a doll - very chill, attentive, and charming. I notice everything, including one of her tattoos (a tiny astrological bull). She was a Taurus too like my birthday friend, which was kind of neat. Cool name too. Redstone is top notch through and through. Even the bathrooms were great - very clean and smelled so damned good. What a wonderful experience at Redstone in Marlton! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The beautiful summer planters and inviting outdoor patio created such a nice first impression. We were warmly greeted and seated quickly. Our waitress, Emily, was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us with a beautiful smile and was pleasant, professional, and personable throughout our entire meal. She explained the menu well, shared a few laughs with us, and truly added to our overall experience. And the food--delicious! The crab dip was absolutely amazing. The short ribs were tender and full of flavor, and the grilled pork chop was huge, juicy, and cooked perfectly. Everything we ordered was delightful. Then came dessert! My daughter loves Key lime pie, but I normally do not. Well, Redstone changed my mind! Oh my goodness! The creaminess, buttery flavor, and overall deliciousness of that Key lime pie had us going crazy. I instantly became a Key lime pie fan--it was THAT good! Now for the one CON: the women's restroom. Redstone, your restaurant is beautiful, the food and service are excellent, and our bill for two was over $200, so the restrooms should reflect the same level of quality. Unfortunately, they did not. The glass doors looked like they needed a thorough cleaning, the tile and grout were noticeably dirty, and the toilets were extremely low. Thankfully my knees are good, because getting that low was an experience all by itself! The restroom area could definitely use a deep cleaning and some updating. That being said, our overall dining experience was wonderful, and a BIG shout-out to Emily for making our visit so enjoyable. Despite having been around for over a decade, this is still a very popular restaurant, especially for dinner on a Saturday. But after our visit we know why. We managed to snag a last-minute 4:30 reservation online, walked right in and were seated immediately. We were hardly alone, as the bar and seemingly all interior tables were filled! Despite that, the sound level was quite acceptable. My wife ordered salmon as she usually does; I went for the Spicy Thai Noodle entree. Surprisingly it was 15 minutes before we got our dishes! My wife was delighted with her perfectly-presented and cooked salmon, however my Thai Noodle entree was far saltier than it was spicy, so I sent it back. Our server offered any number of alternatives but given how slow the kitchen seemed, we decided to order dessert instead and our server suggested the Chocolate-chip Skillet Cookie. Freshly baked and served in a cast-iron pan, this gargantuan cookie took a few minutes to arrive but was clearly worth the wait; It's so good that it's simply genius; far better than anything I'd ever expect from a chain restaurant. The cookie isn't overly sweet and has a fabulous texture and a wonderful, caramelized taste that blends perfectly with the generous topping of ice cream. It's truly a stunner that deserves to be one of their signature desserts. The level of professionalism on display at all levels is impressive and the manager even came over to make sure everything was OK since I'd sent back a dish. We let her know that the cookie more than made up for any problem! I have been to Redstone many times in the last few years and always had a good experience. But yesterday will be my last visit for a good long time! As my friend and I visited, waiting for our lunch, we were horrified to see a mouse about 15 feet from us!!! It was running back and forth across the open area just up the steps from the welcome stand. Our waitress was polite but not necessarily surprised, but said she would speak to the manager. The manager apologized but did not seem particularly surprised either and laughed saying the mouse must have come in from the rain! Seriously?? We were reseated in the rear of the restaurant on the complete opposite side, as far away from where the mouse had been viewed!! Our meal was fine, we were offered free dessert but declined. I couldn't get out of there fast enough ( and would have left immediately if my friend had agreed). I suppose there are mice in plenty of restaurants, but thankfully I've never seen one!! To have one running around in plain view is something I never want to see again and to be sure I will not be going back to Redstone any time soon! I got the half of chicken dinner and it was good. It is a bit loud in there as it is all open all over. You almost have to yell to talk but if you want to avoid that, go at 8 or after to eat. It's much slower time for them. The app was really good. Did was fresh and wasabi was nice. I will tell you this for an app, beer, soda, two dinners, and a desert, it was 135. I've always really enjoyed the food at Redstone! I was able to return after being away for a few years. The patio is a great atmosphere and it was the perfect day to sit outside. Our server was sweet and very attentive. We ordered the breaking bread and it was delicious!! The bread was amazing and so were all the dips. BUT - one bread loaf isn't enough and you really need to order more bread however it takes a very long time to get additional bread since every loaf is made to order. I'm not sure how they could improve that process but quicker bread would make everyone happier. We also had the Margherita Flatbread and it was a very good portion to share. It was my first time dining at Redstone and I had been planning to come here for the paste decade. I don't know what took me so long, but I was celebrating a very special birthday and wanted a place that had steak but also burgers. I started with a cocktail which I forgot to photograph, but it was a special spritz and it was delicious. It reminded me of a Hugo Spritz, with St. Germain, which I love so much. The birthday boy wanted the calamari with shrimp, and I wanted to try the cornbread skillet, so we did the calamari with just two pieces of the cornbread rather than the whole skillet. While I am not a fan of calamari in general, everyone else loved it. The cornbread, however, I was SO excited for and it was a bit of a let down. It was very dense and heavy on the corn. I make a honey butter cornbread that is almost like cake and I was hoping for a sweeter, less savory, flavor. Our server let us sit for a while and we were almost finished our apps by the time she took our entree order. I was so surprised by the slow pace, but happy since I loved not being rushed. For our entrees I did the short ribs, but my other family members got the ribs, prime rib, and a filet special. My short ribs were very flavorful, and everyone else seemed to enjoy their entrees. For dessert we did the chocolate chip cookie skillet and the banana pudding. Both desserts were huge and could have been shared among 2-3 people easily. Thankfully we did share, but we were so full we couldn't finish them. I think overall the food is above average. Another great visit to Redstone, even though it was very busy for a Friday afternoon. The service was outstanding as always, and our waitress was attentive and professional. We started with the Bang Bang Cauliflower, which had a perfectly crunchy breading and flavorful sauce. It had been about 4 or 5 years since visiting Redstone, to where I couldn't remember the food, except the cornbread. We were a party of 10, but a few people ordered the same thing so in total we had 5 entrees: crab cakes, steak, cedar plank salmon, non cedar plank salmon with ratatouille, and rotisserie chicken. For the table we had skillet cornbread, bread, and spinach dip. The cornbread was much too wet, but the other two were pretty good. Everyone really enjoyed their entrees, but the steak had to be sent back because it was well done, when medium was requested. Service by Jordan was great! He was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, courteous, and attentive. I will definitely be back! 8/10 read more

After our family visit to Diggerland USA we decided to grab a bite at Redstone! We didn't have a reservation and were able to be seated almost instantly which was a great thing on a Saturday night with hungry kids! The atmosphere is very chic and seems like an awesome place for a date night but was also very accommodating to families as well. They have lots of different seating areas and seemed to handle all the different areas well. Our server was top notch. He was so friendly and helpful. He offered many suggestions and always checked on us. We got quite a few appetizers but our favorites were the Buffalo shrimp, jerk chicken fondue and the corn bread! Entrees were also wonderful! The Breaking Bread appetizer - great three jams / butters, but not enough bread. MAIN DISH: My order was the $56 ribeye. I mean, I've eaten in my fair share of high end steakhouses, and anything that came close to that price range in my opinion was far more memorable that what landed on my plate that evening. DESSERTS: HUUUUUGE. Ironically, the biggest plates on the menu. Had we known that each serving easily could have fed 2 or 3 people, we wouldn't have ordered so many individual desserts. The worst sins were that between the long waits for the food to be served, our dirty dishes sat and sat and sat in front of us. We tried to flag down people to help clear the table, and they'd nod and say they would do it but no. Nobody wants to sit in a chair and have your dirty appetizer plates and utensils sitting in front of you and then they want to put the main dish right next to it? HELLO. I've been to Redstone more in the last month than I have the rest of my life combined and we've had nothing but good experiences. Each time we've sat at the bar where the service has been excellent. The bartenders we've had (4 or 5 different people) have been so friendly and have had great senses of humor. They have no issues interacting with their customers while pouring drinks. We've had espresso martinis, manhattans, old fashioneds, draft beers, and 0.0 Heinekens (non-alcoholic). The martinis have been on point and the glasses are big & feel nice in your hand. All of the food we've had in the last few weeks has been enjoyable, including desserts. We can recommend the Banana Cream Pie if you're in the mood for something sweet. My girlfriend LOVES the spinach and artichoke dip. I ordered the Redstone Burger cooked medium with no complaints. Definitely a quality, large burger patty and the bacon was thick and crispy. Not my favorite burger in the area but absolutely worth ordering again. Now that I live in Marlton I can see myself here more than just occasionally. Side note: Make sure to make reservations, especially on Friday and Saturday nights if you're not planning on sitting at the bar. The portions are not oversized (which I think is a great thing) but they are very tasty. I loved the hash browns that came with my omelette, and the tropical French toast was delicious-I didn't order it because I envisioned snow falls of powdered sugar with globs of mango curd and coconut, but it was all done in moderation-a sweet treat for breakfast without being obnoxious. We even had room to share the warm cookie with ice cream for dessert with our table of four. The restaurant has great lighting and a good vibe, but I think what we enjoyed most that will make us take the 30-40 min trip back was our server Justin. He was very courteous and professional. The food itself was not worth the price tag. Nothing was mind blowing. We got the $19 4- piece shrimps, chicken sandwich (which was tenders on a bun) , $9 baked potato , and a few other items . My chicken sandwich was underwhelming and I wouldn't get again. The expensive loaded mashed potato and baked potato was the best part! Stopped in for the seemingly annual visit to Redstone. 4th time. We sat in a booth, which was a little smaller than our last visit, but not a problem. Food and drinks fit perfectly on the table. Had the calamari appetizer, Ribeye Steak/Filet Mignon, and Chocolate Cake for dessert (ate half/took half home). ALL the food was cooked to our liking and tasted wonderful. Server was adequate. Now you may be thinking this is another 5-Star visit.... However..... There was a fly problem. On the table, in the windows, there must have been at least 5 or 6 flies swarming us and our food during our entire meal. I hate to do this, but unfortunately, this brought the complete dining experience from a 5-Star down to a 2-Star. Let me be clear. NO flies, and it would have been another 5-Star experience at Redstone for me. I will be back again on the strength of my past positive dining experiences here, but if there are flies swarming next time, I will be gone before I even take a look at the menu. read more

Redstone has phenomenal food and service. I rate the atmosphere a little lower only because of how loud it is, but it's because of how busy they are. I've tried their bread appetizer, as well as, the Brussel sprouts, which were both very good. The main dish I had there was a braised short short rib, which they did very well, I'd say perfectly for braising. Very nice Redstone, you're definitely on my list read more
