The main courses were very flavorful, I definitely recommend the medallions for amazing flavor and the salmon for a lighter caloric meal. I have seen this place on my last trip, never went. I'm glad I did this time! This place was worth it and I should've come here sooner. I had the bruschetta trio for and app. It was soo flavorful, the steak was a nice addition to the basic one. It was fantastic. I had an old fashion, tasty, smooth, and the ice didn't melt like some others do. I love it. Super tempted to go again today, but I wanted to explore alittle more of the city. The lobster bisque was my next selection, and damn. Like this meal is the best post sex meal everyone should have. Freaking ridiculous. Finally we ended on crème brûlée and they nailed it. Came for dessert after seeing a show at Eccles. While we were promptly greeted and seated, it took some time before our server came around. Ordered the bread pudding with gelato but wasn't told they were out of the gelato until our dessert was brought out to us. The substitute was whipped cream. Boo. The last couple times I've ate here I've had to send my food back. Highly disappointed at how downhill this restaurant has become. I used to frequent here with my kiddo. Even she won't eat here again. No seasoning whatsoever on anything we order from steak to chicken Alfredo. Salmon was like rubber and the chicken dry. The top had a strong burned flavor, and it wasn't enjoyable. For a $52.99 dish, especially with a very small portion size, this was frustrating. I want to be very clear that this was not the fault of our waitress, Ashley. She was kind, attentive, and clearly doing her best on what was obviously a very difficult day. The restaurant was out of a long list of items due to a shipment issue, and it seemed like the kitchen was struggling overall. I didn't send the food back because it was clear the staff was already under a lot of pressure, but the experience itself was still disappointing. I understand that supply issues happen, but when they affect food quality and communication, it does impact the overall dining experience. We were gifted gift cards for Brio. I feel very neutral about this restaurant and experience! Was the food good, sure. Was the service good, sure. Would I go back; nah, one and done is good for me. This chain is a little fancier than Olive Garden but I enjoy the bread and salad at Olive Garden more than Brio (if we're going to compare (and comparing is what Yelp is about)). One great thing is they offer 2 hour parking in the garage for free, so if you chose to dine at this location in the mall, use the mail underground parking. read more

It was rather bland and had minimal sauce. The shrimp was fine & the lobster was fresh, but there was little of it. For $40, I expected more lobster, more flavor, & definitely a bigger portion then what was served. The bowl was shallow & seemed practically empty. We all know how cheap pasta is so I'm not sure how they justify the cost. My husband got the sausage Rigatoni arrabbiata. The pasta & sauce were underwhelming. The sausage was decent, but at $25, it was a disappointing portion. Our little one had the chicken tenders which were good, but again...worth the price? Maybe not. I get mine without the cheese and have them grill the chicken separately so that it comes out hot and not cold. Their chicken Marsala is also a favorite the sauce is so perfect. This time I tried a filet mignon and it was a bit salty but was so juicy and nice. The potatoes weren't the best but the broccolini had garlic and it was so so delicious, will definitely have it again! They said they had been waiting 20 minutes and had not seen a waiter: As we were leaving the hostess was still seating people! Like...why? What a disappointing experience.
