Aside from one other guest who left early, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Instead of awkward, it made the night feel intimate and relaxed. We ended up chatting with both the bartender and the kitchen staff, who were warm, friendly, and great at what they do. The drinks were a standout. Creative, beautifully made, and delicious. The bartender even whipped up a few off‑menu cocktails for me, and the best of the night was their matcha martini, which he said he created himself. It was incredible. Even my partner, who normally avoids anything matcha, enjoyed it. We weren't planning to eat, but of course we "sport ate" anyway. The deviled eggs were great, and the small Pinsa was fantastic -- especially with the adorable little bowl of hot honey and its tiny honey dispenser (whatever that thing is called).
