Barista was very nice and friendly. What a way to enjoy the holidays in the Mountains!

Coming up to Brian Head you are options for lattes are very limited. Mountain Peak Cafe seems to be the only game in town but that's not a bad thing because we really enjoyed our drinks and food! The two ladies working the counter were friendly and efficient. When we walked in there was nobody else in there so we didn't have a way to place our order and our drinks and food came out quickly. They have a lot of options for coffee and tea lattes as well as Blended drinks. They also have scoop ice cream and a few breakfast options. I opted for the croissant sandwich with egg sausage and cheese and my daughter got the French toast which comes with two pieces butter and syrup. The croissant sandwich was delicious and good portions of all the fillings and was not too greasy. The matcha latte was just the right amount of slightly sweet but not sugary like you get at Starbucks. And my daughter really enjoyed her blended, macchiato although I thought she was crazy for ordering it since it was like 20° out!

Apple Maps may give you trouble finding this spot. The Shop is located on the second floor of The Mall on the far left (if you are outside facing the building) it shares a room with 1st Chair Thai & Ramen. It's definitely worth the find! The coffee and service are great - the best on Brian head!

Recently stayed in Brian Head for a weekend of hiking. There aren't many restaurant or coffee shop options in the area but we came by to give this one a try. Staff are friendly and outgoing, and this shop recently reopened with a brand-new espresso machine- similar menu, seems to be new ownership. Three of us tried various iced specialty lattes. I had the Smilin' Hawaiian, which was a combination of Coconut and macadamia. It was a touch sweeter than I usually prefer but the need for caffeine was my priority. They do offer alternative milks (soy), and have a small breakfast/lunch menu- mostly sandwiches and some grab and go pastries. PRO TIP: Sit on the patio if the weather is nice!

Great coffee, friendly service, affordable prices & a nice place to hang out. We stopped by every morning while our kids took ski & snowboarding lessons. I enjoyed my toffee bar coffee (toffee, caramel, dark chocolate) & my husband loved his Van Halen (vanilla, hazelnut). They have indoor & outdoor seating & they also serve breakfast & lunch. We didn't eat here but the food looked pretty good. I highly recommend this place for coffee. It's next to the ice skating ring, it's a great place to hang out while your kids ice skate, or pick up a warm coffee while sitting outside.

The coffee shop is only open until 2pm. It's also difficult to find because it's in the Ramen restaurant which is open until 7:30pm.

They have a fun store with all kinds of treats and souvenirs, and the kitchen/restaurant looked nice, too. But the ice cream ... the ice cream! The menu looked amazing, and I wanted to try so many flavors, but I went with the cherry chocolate amaretto option. And wow, as a cherry chocolate chip ice cream connoisseur, this is by far the best version I've ever had! They do close at a time that felt pretty early to me, so make sure you check the time if you plan to stop. But even though we got there right before closing, we were still able to order, and there were tables outside to eat at. I'll be back!

The food line and the ice cream line were about the same. I was blown away that there is only ONE register to take orders. I get the concept of the whole place, so if you want to experience it, you should. I don't believe I will ever be in that area again and if I do, I am not wasting my time there. Are you wondering if the food was worth the wait? No. Was it good, it was, but not 90 minutes of waiting good.

Came here because we were looking for a French brunch spot, and at first it felt like a great find…read more We were greeted upon arrival, and the menu offered so many options that placing the order took a bit of time (we had five items for two people). While ordering at the counter, I needed to make a quick adjustment after getting confused about one of the items. During that moment, a 'white' gentleman was waiting behind me, and instead of simply acknowledging him with "I'll be with you shortly," the lady staff apologized to him for my delay in ordering (according to her). Shortly after, while I was still in the middle of ordering and asking about tea options, she abruptly moved on to take his order without any explanation or communication. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable as well I felt strong I am treated with racism, especially in the condition when I was pregnant who crave all good food.... As for the food, most of it was enjoyable. The scrambled eggs on the croissant and the pancakes were well done. However, the onion soup was overly salty, likely due to the cheese which was in the soup and also on the bread. Another downside, especially as first-time visitors, was the lack of guidance. We weren't informed that water was self-serve, and only realized it after noticing another guest getting it themselves. Interestingly, when leaving, we saw staff pouring water for newly seated guests, which added to the inconsistency. Overall, the food showed effort from the kitchen, but the service experience was disappointing. The 2-star rating is mainly in appreciation of the quality of the dishes. Cafe is quite small and we felt hot, as there's only a portable AC that couldn't accommodate that size of room. Not recommended place, even this is one of the rarest cafe in town. Rather to spend money to somewhere worthy and respect you as guest, no matter what roots you have.

It says it outside." I immediately looked around because it doesn't have any description of what they serve outside. I was truly appalled and upset by the customer service here. I've worked a job or two and I know how to complain about a customer, and you just don't do it when they're still within earshot. If their employees learn nothing else from this review, I hope that they learn how be rude and uncouth quietly. The lack of professionalism from these two young women will be the reason I do not return to this establishment. The disrespect was not worth my coins.
