This place was fantastic! Cute , quiet, easy to find, and good options for coffee/food. I had the white mocha praline coffee and loved it not to sweet and flavors together were good. The biscuits and gravy were amazing such good flavor and biscuits were perfect. My daughter had the pancakes and couldn't get enough of them. Overall great place would recommend visiting. The staff was friendly which was a plus and food came out In a good timeframe!

Stopped by to get a warm drink while we were out walking. The barista was pleasant the drinks were tasty!

Apple Maps may give you trouble finding this spot. The Shop is located on the second floor of The Mall on the far left (if you are outside facing the building) it shares a room with 1st Chair Thai & Ramen. It's definitely worth the find! The coffee and service are great - the best on Brian head!

Matcha latte, blender caramel machiatto, croissant egg cheese and sausage sandwich, French toast

Coming up to Brian Head you are options for lattes are very limited. Mountain Peak Cafe seems to be the only game in town but that's not a bad thing because we really enjoyed our drinks and food! The two ladies working the counter were friendly and efficient. When we walked in there was nobody else in there so we didn't have a way to place our order and our drinks and food came out quickly. They have a lot of options for coffee and tea lattes as well as Blended drinks. They also have scoop ice cream and a few breakfast options. I opted for the croissant sandwich with egg sausage and cheese and my daughter got the French toast which comes with two pieces butter and syrup. The croissant sandwich was delicious and good portions of all the fillings and was not too greasy. The matcha latte was just the right amount of slightly sweet but not sugary like you get at Starbucks. And my daughter really enjoyed her blended, macchiato although I thought she was crazy for ordering it since it was like 20° out!

The coffee shop is only open until 2pm. It's also difficult to find because it's in the Ramen restaurant which is open until 7:30pm.

8am only place open. Little pricey but the baristas in the morning were both chipper and fun spirited.

What started as a simple lunch stop turned into one of the highlights of our Utah road trip…read more Ground & Toasted completely exceeded our expectations. We had the Hot Honey & Pear toast, a panini, and their bread bowl soup, and every dish was delicious. The bread is baked in-house, and you can actually see their baking area behind the kitchen -- which makes total sense once you taste it. The texture is perfectly chewy with rich flavor you don't often find in small café stops. The interior is warm and thoughtfully designed, and it pairs beautifully with the natural surroundings outside. It feels like the kind of place you want to slow down and enjoy. The staff were genuinely kind and full of positive energy. One of them asked about our travel plans and enthusiastically recommended a few scenic spots they personally loved -- we'll be stopping by those next. We didn't expect to find a place this memorable here, but we're very happy we did. Definitely worth the stop.

I don't write reviews often, but this one matters…read more Grounded & Toasted Cafe is special. You can feel it the second you walk in. Brandy is incredible! genuinely warm, welcoming, and just a beautiful human. Not surface-level. You can tell she pours intention into everything there. The library, the little details, the way it all feels calm and thoughtful instead of chaotic. The fresh sourdough bread? So good. Fresh baked goods. She was offering free samples, which just added to that feeling of generosity and care. I had the honey pear toast with spicy honey and wow... the sweet with that little kick was perfect. And my coffee was delicious! I got the pecan sandy....smooth, rich, exactly what it should be. It's not just good food and coffee. It's the energy. It feels grounded. Real. Intentional. 143-444-23

Came here because we were looking for a French brunch spot, and at first it felt like a great find…read more We were greeted upon arrival, and the menu offered so many options that placing the order took a bit of time (we had five items for two people). While ordering at the counter, I needed to make a quick adjustment after getting confused about one of the items. During that moment, a 'white' gentleman was waiting behind me, and instead of simply acknowledging him with "I'll be with you shortly," the lady staff apologized to him for my delay in ordering (according to her). Shortly after, while I was still in the middle of ordering and asking about tea options, she abruptly moved on to take his order without any explanation or communication. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable as well I felt strong I am treated with racism, especially in the condition when I was pregnant who crave all good food.... As for the food, most of it was enjoyable. The scrambled eggs on the croissant and the pancakes were well done. However, the onion soup was overly salty, likely due to the cheese which was in the soup and also on the bread. Another downside, especially as first-time visitors, was the lack of guidance. We weren't informed that water was self-serve, and only realized it after noticing another guest getting it themselves. Interestingly, when leaving, we saw staff pouring water for newly seated guests, which added to the inconsistency. Overall, the food showed effort from the kitchen, but the service experience was disappointing. The 2-star rating is mainly in appreciation of the quality of the dishes. Cafe is quite small and we felt hot, as there's only a portable AC that couldn't accommodate that size of room. Not recommended place, even this is one of the rarest cafe in town. Rather to spend money to somewhere worthy and respect you as guest, no matter what roots you have.
