Having read the precious reviews on Yelp, I can honestly say my experience has been so difference from theirs that I wonder if we're talking about two difference places. In the past I've had my fair share of lemons and bad dealer experiences; I even had one person trying to sell me a car belittle me for being a woman by flat out saying that clearly I can only drive an automatic. Shopping for a car has always been a nightmare, so when my husband and I began looking for the car that will carry us through the first lap of our married lives together I dragged my heels. I've been down this road, I've seen it all, I can't stand used car dealerships. When my husband found the car matching our needs, and showed me the reviews (I won't buy CHEESE without a glowing review online, let alone a car) I consented to test-driving another potential vehicle despite my reservations. We arrived at the dealership at the beginning of a small snowstorm, and I walked through the doors believing I knew what to expect. The difference was palpable. My expectations for disaster were immediately put to rest as Chad came over, smiled, shook our hands, and handed us the keys to open it up and check it out. We were told if we wanted to test drive it, just let him know. And that was it. No high pressure, "must buy today" pushing, no salesperson hovering over us pointing out all the reasons we needed this car, no one even watching us as we had our first look. We had time to honestly go over it's values together; the freedom to discuss what we liked and what we didn't without any fear that we would be giving the dealer fuel to push the sale on us. The car was exactly as described online, and in better condition than we expected. We told them we'd like to do a test drive and they had the car prepped and ready to go in minutes. The test drive with one of their people in the back seat went swimmingly. Our passenger gave his honest opinion about the type of car it was, without any noticeable bias. When we returned they put the car back, and that was the last we saw of the gentleman that went out with us; our conversation in the car wasn't passed along to the dealer. By this time I was feeling confident in the car and the people I was buying it from, and we were introduced to Bob, who gave us the run down on the car, the buying process, and walked us through the steps we'd need to take to finance it. Not once did he push us towards the car or a decision, and when we needed to talk things over he walked a discrete distance away to let us come to our own conclusions. We needed the car. I wanted the car. It was a deal. We walked through the financing portion of the vehicle easily, during which time we shared easy conversations with the staff. When the bank was done with the paperwork and we were approved, Bob sat down with us again and explained how buying a separate warranty would work. Again we weren't pressured at all, and the experience felt like buying off a menu. The longest portion of the entire process was just signing all the paperwork. Every cost was itemized and explained, and any questions we had were answered comfortably and sensibly. We shook hands, I took the keys to my new 2000 Subaru Outback, and we were done. Or so I thought, given the usual experience. During our time inside, the snows had picked up, and we were driving the cars home on fresh, dry powder. We made it without any trouble (all-wheel drive to the rescue!) and I was surprised and delighted a short time later when I received a phone call from the dealership, from Bob personally, checking in to make sure we made it home safe. If it sounds like this review is over the top, you should know I am the type of person who will write a scathing review without the least bit of hesitation. I speak so highly of this dealership because I believe excellence should always be acknowledged, and I had an amazing experience buying my new car. My wife and I were in the market for a very specific Corvette. While searching for this vehicle online I came across the Auto Direct Corvettes website via a Google search for "Lime Rock Green Corvette". We were so excited to find the exact vehicle we were looking and searching for the past several months. A 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible with Kalahari interior and a manual transmission. After reading the many 5 star reviews, I sent a message of interest and was immediately contacted by Bob the owner of the company. I was impressed by his knowledge of the vehicle and the quickness of his reponse to my questions. He took the time to take several photos and videos of the car for us to view. We live in Tennessee, so I was relying on his eyes and words to assist in this purchase. Based on everything he said and sent to us we decided to purchase the vehicle sight unseen. Bob went out of his way to walk us through everything we needed to accomplish prior to taking delivery and assisted in our travel arraignments to fly into the closest airport (Philadelphia International). On the day of delivery, our flight was delayed due to a snow storm that had arrived overnight. Bob had arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport and his driver waited the hour and half extra for our arrival due to the delay. We had an enjoyable ride over to the dealership and upon arrival walked into the most amazing and largest Corvette showroom we had ever been to. We being previous Corvette owners (1963 and 2001), members of the Nation Corvette Museum and Vettes of the Smokeys car club have visited several Corvette events and museums over the years and his showroom is second to none. All of the vehicles on site were immaculate and in exceptional condition. We were introduced to Bob and his staff and were immediately greeted and treated as family. Bob then took us out to see our Corvette. The pictures and his description really couldn't do this vehicle justice. The vehicle was found to be in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. I wanted to say it been such a pleasure doing business with you. And your staff. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and this by far has been our easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience ever. Your professionalism and assistance through every step is definitely raising the bar to a level that most dealerships could only wish to attain. I purchased a BMW325i from Bob and Chad. I don't know where to start with this rating. First, I want to say I am a single women who was looking for a very specific car to replace my BMW convertible. I did not want to finace but buy the car. After a very bad experience with another dealer, I called Bob. I found myself in a situation where my car was sold, I was in a rental car, and needed to find a car right away. Not a good spot when trying to find a used car. My past experience left me very untrusting and reluctant to deal with anyone until I spoke to Bob. From the minute he picked up the phone, he was understanding, compassionate, extremely laid back,but made it clear, he would do what was necessary to help me. I went to the dealership the following day. Was greeted by three adorable little dogs, Bob, Chad, Doug, and Dana From the minute I walked through the door until the minute I left the dealership, they were all amazing. They immediately acknowledged my hesitation and needs. I went there to look at the car I bought, but was still not sure of my decision. Bob showed me everything he had on the lot which fell into my budget and allowed me to discard any apprehension I had about the Bmw. It is a beautiful car and exactly what I was looking for. My funding was coming from various sources and was not immediately available Bob did everything he could to get me into this car so I could return the rental. When I arrived at the dealership for delivery, I was hyper ventilating because of a issue with the rental car. Chad immediately calmed me down and instructed me how to handle it. I resolved the issue then came back. Bob, Chad and I finalized the deal! While leaving, Bob told me to let him know if there continued to be a problem with the rental, and he would step in and resolve. Truly, the whole experience I had, was unbelievable from the beginning to the end. No pressure to do anything. This is the second vehicle I've purchase from Bob. The first car was an Acura TSX it was immaculate on the inside and out. When we first bought the Acura we noticed that it needed brakes, rotors, a door lock repaired and the AC needed to be charged. I was extremely nervous believing there was no way he was going to repair the car since I bought it as is. I was completely wrong, he said no problem bring it in as soon as possible and they'll take care of everything. Within five hours I got a call that the car was done. When I went to pick it up the mechanic said Bob took care of all the expenses. I was so happy I told myself I would buy from him again in the future. My family and I loved the car and it ran great the entire time we owned the vehicle. We were all very sad to see it go when we traded it in for a BMW that had 30,000 less miles and was two years newer than my Acura. Bob and Chad gave me great money for my trade towards my second vehicle. The BMW was in just as good as condition as the Acura I purchased the first time. No one believes the car is an 07 It's so clean. The first day I took it home I had a issue with the vehicle, Bob called to check to see how everything was going. I informed him of what was going on and he told me to drop it off to the mechanic first thing in the morning. I took the car first thing in the morning and Bob had the mechanic resolve the issue immediately. The part my vehicle needed was $600 without the labor. Bob assured me I had nothing to worry about and even offered to rent me a car until the vehicle was finished. When I got the car back it was cleaned and running great. This time around I wasn't surprised at all I knew the guys from auto direct were going to take care of me. I like buying older vehicles with low miles and I'm aware that these are preowned vehicles. I would definitely recommend Bob, Chad, and Doug to anyone who wants to get a great preowned vehicle at a great price and does not want to be prayed upon by some sleazeball salesman trying to get you for every penny you got. I am not sure where these bad reviews are coming from. My experience with this dealership was great. I was in the market for a new car after mine was totaled on my way to school. Being a college student, I didn't have much of a budget to work with. I had went to a couple of other dealerships, but the cars fit in my price range were all of poor quality. Out of the few that fit my price range, I was faced with scratches, chipped paint, high milage, and doors that wouldn't open. I was browsing online when I came across a car I liked at Auto Direct Cars LLC, a 2000 Lexus GS 300. Auto Direct Cars LLC was a bit far from my house, so I called first to inquire about the vehicle. On the phone, Bob was more than helpful. He gave me extensive advise about financing and helped me arrange a time to come look at the Lexus. My step father, a mechanic of over 20 years, came with me to check it out. When we arrived at the dealership, Bob's son Chad offered amazing help. He showed us the Lexus and some other vehicles in my price range. I was amazed at how many good quality cars there were in my price range. Even my step dad seemed surprised at the quality of the cars for such low prices. It was a tough decision with all the good options I was given, but I decided on sticking with the Lexus. With the the small budget I was working with, I thought it would be hard to find something I liked. The Lexus was in great condition, in and out. It had low mileage and a clean Carfax. I looked on the internet and came across the make, model and year van I wanted, it was advertized at Auto Direct in Delran. I called and asked Bob if it was still available? When he said yes, I told him I could not come down until the next day; I live outside of Wildwood and needed to borrow my wife's van. I also asked him to call me if he sells the van that day so I wouldn't make a wasted trip. He told me since he knew I was coming he'd save it for me. It had snowed a little the day before I called, and the morning I arrived at the dealer, they had already had it inside the garage, cleaned off and nice and warm for me to look at. I looked at this, I looked at that, popped the hood, checked the frame, played with everything. They even came up with a DVD for me to check the overhead entertainment unit. We went for a test drive, around the industrial park, rt130. This was a 10 year old 2004 Mercury Monterey Premier, 58,000 miles, $6990. They still had a sticker on the window showing they had previously been asking $8990. Low mileage, good price, it was beating all my expectations. I had been looking on line for about three weeks, Craigslist, Autolenders, Autotrader, all the usual places. This was the only vehicle I looked at, no reason to go anywhere else. I said let's do this. Chad took care of the paper work, explaining each paper I needed to sign. I had to drive home, pick up my wife from work, and drive back to pick it up. Well worth the trip. Hey guys, I am writing an update on my 2016 Z06. I have returned to the dealership today in order to take advantage of a ceramic coating and detail that they offered. Yet again, they have lived up to their five star rating, and first class buying experience! Anyways, today I have returned to take advantage of Bob and Chad's offer to have my car detailed and ceramic coated. I live over two hours away in Maryland, but I wouldn't trust anyone else to take the care of my car that I demand in the country. Yet again, it was another first class, five star experience. Searching on CARFAX for a specific corvette convertible in Laguna Blue. Auto Direct Cars came up on my search thru CARFAX. I looked at some pics online and had interest in this car. I have been looking into buying a C7 Z06 ever since I was a teenager, my uncle taught me how to drive on his 2014 which I was extremely fortunate for. I had been looking on autotempest for the past year doing market research to find the best deal and value available. Last week, in mid March, I found Auto Direct. As I am sitting here waiting with anticipation for my car, I'd like to start my review of my wonderful experience here. From the first moment that we walked in, we were greeted with great kindness from the owner himself, Mr. Bob. He asked us how we were doing and if we had driven in from New York, sparking up a pleasant and welcoming small conversation. He asked us almost immediately if we were just shopping around or if we had a car in mind to see or if there was anything he could do to be of assistance. When we told him which car we were interested in seeing, he handed me the keys in an instant and said that we had the freedom to look inside and check out the car. He told us to do whatever we needed to do to see if we were comfortable with the car that we had chosen. Upon close inspection, we found out that not only is the car bold and slick but it also has top of the line machinery. The financing process was smooth and due to the fact that I had great credit, they were able to negotiate with the bank a much lower APR. While waiting for the process to be completed, the owner, Bob, offered us to buy pizza and even Excedrin for my migraine. I left today beaming with my dream car, now finally a reality. I just purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper S from Auto Direct and can say this is not the stereotypical used car dealer. The building and lot are clean, new, and very well thought out. The dealership is a family operation in the true sense of the word family. All of the employees are friendly and treat ALL of the customers in the friendliest low pressure manner. I came on 2 different days before purchasing and tested a total of 3 vehicles. There was zero pressure to buy when I left on the first day without purchasing a vehicle. While there was a lack of pressure, there was no lack of desire to please or answer any questions I may have. I had the opportunity to meet the owner (Bob) and his son (Chad) - both are class acts and unlike any salesmen I've met in my 30 years of car buying. It is not hard to see why they are so successful and have the online reputation to back it up. Salesmen and facilities would mean nothing if you don't have the right cars. I found this dealership on cars.com while doing extensive research for a dependable and reliable use vehicle. They are an excellent family own busines. I felt very comfortable, Doug and Bob helped me right away. They addressed any questions I had about the vehicle and financing, I mean went above and behond. They arrange for a test drive, let me look over the car not ever making me feel like I need it to tell them to give me some space (if u ever purchased a car at a big dealership u know what i mean like voltures), well not here.
