I took 2 hours of PTO to attend a routine cleaning, and after waiting for 2 hours I had to leave and reschedule. My appointment was at 11AM and the staff said "we should be able to get to you by 1:30." When I looked at the sign in sheet, I saw that they had booked 5 other people also for 11AM when they were telling me they only had one hygienist working. How are you going to see 6 people at once with one hygienist? They rescheduled me for 9am a few weeks later and said I'll get the first appointment of the day. After many text reminders for 9am, the day before they suddenly told me my appointment is actually at 9:30 because their hygienist won't be in until later. They never asked me, they just changed it! They swore up and down I'd be the first patient of the day after waiting so long prior, then I sat in the waiting room as they called several patients before me! This is not my first bad visit here. At a previous visit, a male hygienist continued to touch everything with his gloves on (opening drawers, scratching his face, moving items around) and then he tried to put those gloves in my mouth! When I asked him to change his gloves he said "wow you should do something about your OCD." Even prior to that visit, I came in for a 9am appointment and was not seen until 3 hours later. I don't know why I kept coming back here so long. This will certainly be my last visit. My only positive experiences have been with the hygienist, James, who did a thorough job and was kind and professional.

Mind you I haven't had cavities/fillings in decades and my oral hygiene routines have been the same. When I asked to show me these cavities, they said it could only be seen by their eyes and it didn't show up in the pictures. Elaine looks kind in the photos which is why I choose to go to this place, but in person, she has an extremely stressed out aura and takes it out in patients. Her staff also seem stressed out! i also saw one patient asking one dentist questions, and the dental assistant was answering instead of the dentist! What! The dentist doesn't know her stuff?? Elaine also said I needed a crown because my tooth was infected and tried to get me to book that which I knew this particular tooth she referred to was actually fine from other dentists who've seen that tooth. Scare tactics! Money grubbing! Figure out when their lunch time is and don't have your appointment right when their lunch ends. I've been a patient of Dr Natividad for over 10 years which is really saying a lot because over the years I've skipped around trying to find a dentist who's a good fit for me and my family. Well after 10+ years, I have found my dentist home. I have never met a more kind, personable, and considerate dentist. His staff is so nice and very professional. The office is always clean and I have never had to wait more than 5 mins to be taken to the back for my appointments. And Dr Natividad makes it a point to come and speak to me EVERY TIME after the hygienist cleans my teeth. At my last dentist, I would sometimes wait for 15-30 mins before they called me in and then once I was in the chair, they'd have me waiting another 30 mins before receiving services. And if I was getting my teeth cleaned only, they'd dentist would not stop by to discuss my dental health. I had the worst dental pain overnight, called their office and they scheduled a same day appointment. Dr is the sweetest! Super calming and explains every step of the way. If all dentists were like him there will definitely be less people scared of dentists. He immediately told me I had a dental infection, started me on antibiotics and referred me to a endodontist for a root canal next day. Really prompt service and I was better in no time. Since then I've been with Dr Canzoneri for the past 2 years. He has fixed all of my cavities and never once had a bad experience. His office staff always calls to follow up next day to make sure you are ok after a dental procedure. Appointment can take a while a routine procedures because he is always booked but for dental emergencies they'll have urgent appointments. The dental hygienists that do the cleanings are also great as well. Never once did I have to wait more than 5 min in the waiting room to be seen. Prices are definitely on the steeper side but for the service you get I definitely think it's worth it. Best dentist in town!

The front desk service was also very rude. I'm here because I switched from a PPO to an HMO plan. I originally just wanted a routine cleaning and to have an old filling redone. It had been less than six months since my last cleaning, but the dentist here recommended a deep cleaning and a root canal on my previously filled tooth. She claimed that the filling was sitting right on the nerve, so I had to get a root canal, otherwise I would lose the tooth!!! That filling had been there for 6 years with zero pain or issues. When I asked why she recommended it, she firmly insisted that if I waited until I felt discomfort, it would be too late for a root canal, and I would lose my tooth. Not wanting to lose it, I agreed to the procedure. Since their clinic doesn't have a root canal specialist, they needed to bring one in from another office and scheduled the procedure for 5 days later. The dentist said that on the day of my deep cleaning, she would remove the old filling first to "prepare" the tooth, claiming it would take less than ten minutes. I asked why we couldn't just wait for the specialist to do it in 5 days, and she said it was to get everything ready so the specialist could go straight into the root canal. She then spent less than 10 minutes drilling into my tooth, exposing the nerve, and placing a cotton pellet and temporary filling material inside. At first, I didn't think much of it. After doing some research at home. I realized my tooth didn't even meet the criteria for needing a root canal. The next day, I went back to my original dentist who only accepted PPO, who had previously suggested just re-filling it without a root canal. He took new X-rays and photos, compared them to my old ones, and explained that the filling was actually still a safe distance from the nerve. Since it had been fine for 6 years without any problems, there was basically no issue. However, now my tooth had been drilled open in a spot that wasn't even part of the old filling--it was my natural, healthy tooth structure. Luckly, I have not felt a lot of pain on it, still have very small chance to save my teeth, I paid $250 to get a refill back from my previous denticity without insurance cover. And there's a higher chance I will need a root canal in future. I realized the dentist Youstina had intentionally opened up and damaged my tooth early just to trap me into getting the root canal done at their clinic. I canceled the root canal appointment next day 4 days in advance and asked for a refund of the $500 I had prepaid. They still tried to charge me a $100 cancellation fee and a $70 fee for "removing the filling"--even though what she removed wasn't a filling but my actual tooth. On top of that, they never informed me about any cancellation fees when made the appointment. My advice to everyone: do your research before going to a dentist!!

I calked and I made an appointment since I was having pain. Unfortunately they couldn't fit me in for work when I needed, but I was referred out. I was pleased with the referral. The other dentist was great. I just wished it would have been more affordable. My regular checkup and cleaning were great. I was supposed to get ca call regarding some coverage, but I think the staff got very distracted with a lady they had that required more time with payment. I live that they offer me a cover when I sit because I'm always cold.
