I am 61 years old. I've been going to the dentist since I was 5 years old. So you can imagine I've seen quite a lot of dentists over the years. I've been a patient of Dr Natividad for over 10 years which is really saying a lot because over the years I've skipped around trying to find a dentist who's a good fit for me and my family. Well after 10+ years, I have found my dentist home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have never met a more kind, personable, and considerate dentist.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]His staff is so nice and very professional.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The office is always clean and I have never had to wait more than 5 mins to be taken to the back for my appointments. And [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dr Natividad makes it a point to come and speak to me EVERY TIME after the hygienist cleans my teeth.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] At my last dentist, I would sometimes wait for 15-30 mins before they called me in and then once I was in the chair, they'd have me waiting another 30 mins before receiving services. And if I was getting my teeth cleaned only, they'd dentist would not stop by to discuss my dental health. Some of the staff also wears gloves when touching patients. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between patients. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big; however, they share the lot with many other establishments, so the lot can be full very easily and quickly. Absolutely Disappointed - A Decade of Loyalty Disregarded I have been a patient at Fifth Avenue Dental Care for over 10 years. The office came highly recommended, and for a long time, I was genuinely satisfied with the level of care provided. However, my recent experience has completely shattered my trust and respect for this practice. In October 2024, my daughter--also a patient of Dr. Natividad--was treated for a tooth infection. Despite repeated visits, the issue persisted for months, until June 2025, when we were forced to seek a second opinion elsewhere. That new dental practice finally resolved what Fifth Avenue Dental Care failed to diagnose or treat properly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then, to my complete shock, on July 5, 2025, I received a letter from Dr. Natividad's office abruptly terminating our patient relationship--effective retroactively to July 1. No explanation beyond a vague statement that it would be "best" for me to find a new dentist.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After a decade of loyalty, this felt like nothing more than petty retribution for my daughter seeking competent care elsewhere. This behavior is not only unprofessional but unethical. Cutting off a long-term patient without warning or just cause is appalling. They have taken excellent care of our teeth, walk you through exactly what they're doing, never recommended unnecessary work, did all of the braces for my kids and actually for me too. My husband went in requesting an implant. Dr. Natividad explained that an implant was not the best choice, given the condition of his tooth. Instead, he was provided a dental bridge. Brought my 5 year old son and 1 year old daughter today and IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! The staff are so welcoming and kind, the waiting room is peaceful and clean with trickling water fountain and soothing music. I truly did not appreciate the benefits of having a regular dentist until I started paying out of pocket for teeth cleaning. Only then did I realize that finding a good dentist is hard to come by, especially one who puts in the amount of time and dedication necessary to get you those pearly whites. I've heard the ad for Fifth Avenue Dental Care a number of times on The Fish's commercials, and during my struggle to find a dentist after my previous one stopped practicing, I decided to give them a try. I mean, it's endorsed by The Fish - and they were having a teeth cleaning and X-ray special for first time customers! So glad I called them - best decision ever. My first visit - I was blown away by how courteous the staff was as well as the thorough process of the customer intake. My dental hygienist for that visit took about 45 minutes to clean every single tooth in my mouth - making sure that she got every spot. And then Dr. Natividad came in to check on my teeth and ask me questions about my jaw, which has never happened before. His friendly bedside manner and genuine concern regarding my teeth really showed. Which convinced me to schedule a six-month return for my next teeth cleaning. So if you know me or read my reviews - you know that I like to save money and find good deals. Which says a lot about Fifth Avenue Dental Care and their quality of service considering I paid the out of pocket price for my next teeth cleaning appointment. I had another dental hygienist clean my teeth, but she did an amazing job as well - I was in that chair for no less than an hour. I had some concerns regarding an issue with my teeth, which she passed on to Dr. Natividad. When he came in to check out the situation, he and the rest of the staff were super courteous and understanding of the fact that I wanted to wait until I had dental insurance before I took care of the problem. The out of pocket price wasn't cheap, but the service and quality justified the price. Unfortunately my dental insurance is HMO, which is not accepted by Fifth Avenue Dental Care. While I no longer am a patient, I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. The quality of work that Dr. Natividad and his entire staff provide to their customers is truly exceptional. I even waited until after a second visit (just to see if the return visit had the same quality as the first visit) to write this review. I know a ton of people who haven't found their go-to dentist, so if you have PPO or don't mind paying out of pocket, I highly recommend Dr. Natividad! I've recommended a few friends who all agree that Fifth Avenue Dental Care is amazing. Office is located on Fifth Avenue of Arcadia, close to Souplantation and Taisho. Located in a large medical building with plenty of parking - you'll have to find their office before taking the elevator to the correct floor. So why this review at this time? I feel like I've always had an irrational fear of the dentist (hopefully I'm not alone in this) and coming here was the best thing I've ever done for my teeth & my self-care! The staff here is beyond friendly and accommodating, starting from the appointment process where they call and remind you a couple of days in advance, and followed all the way through with professionalism and diligence until end of the visit. I came in for a first time visit due to some late night teeth grinding and came back a second time a month later for a deep clean (thanks Wendy!) and couldn't be more happy with my results! The best part about all of this, my anxiety about going to the dentist has now completely vanished because of how this staff treated me and eased me into the processes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTISTRY. I've had 4 different dentist in my lifetime, and Dr. Natividad's office is by far the best. Why? 1. Great service! 2. Very comfortable 3. Great people The lobby is nice and comfortable and they provide free kerig coffee/tea. My first visit was there for 2 hours, only because I was a new patient and had to do paper work, X-rays, and build up my dental history. However the second time I went, I was in and out very quickly. The hygienist Anna is young and has beautiful eyes, but despite being young she is super skilled at cleaning teeth. Usually I find it weird when hygienist try talking to you while cleaning teeth, but I rather enjoy bantering with her. Also, the dental assistant Laura is the best. She is the sweetest lady, and made sure I was always comfortable. Dr. Natividad always sees me after my cleanup and takes the time to really check in with me and my teeth. It's almost one year after I have my very first Implant by Dr. Natividad at Fifth Ave Dental; the implant tooth was functioning fine with no issues. Since I was due for teeth cleaning, I decided to come back here, get my teeth cleaned and have them check on my Implant at the same time. The office was pretty booked when I called, no availability till October, due to short of hygienist; luckily, there was a cancellation next day, I took the appointment right away. I was so impressed by my hygienist Ana, she was professional and friendly, answered all my questions, plus, very skillful and gentle cleaning all my teeth. It took almost one hour from taking Xray, checking my implant to finish cleaning, I was completely satisfied with their service. I booked my 6 month appointment immediately, it's too bad Ana will not be there due to teaching job. Three years ago I came here to do a half crown and yesterday it just came off. I am currently pregnant and have limitations on what I can do. I asked if they can put it back on and after my delivery I will find a long term solution. They wanted to charge me $150, how does a crown only last such a short time plus I paid alot in the first place for it. Be careful having dental work by Raymond Natividad,@ Fifth Ave. Dental. He's been reported to the Dental Board of California. He did unauthorized work and grind my teeth. He refused to correct he's wrongdoing after he had agreed to do so. He refused to give me copies of my dental chart, X-rays, notes and summary of the work he did. So that I could provide them to a new dentist. It has cost me over 40.000 to correct the work that he did. A professional dentist will always be proud to be called a Dentist by always taking care of patients with Quality work. I will never recommend anybody to Fifth Ave. Dental, dentist Raymond Natividad. If you do see him be sure to get a second opinion before having any work done. And also get in writing that he will correct any wrongdoings by him or his staff. read more

Just had a great experience at this dental Alexandria even watched my 3 year old while I got a Root canal, I've been to a lot of dentist offices and by far this is the best one. I had an extremely infected root canal and they didn't refer me out to someone else, they just handled it and did a great job. I decided to go to Fifth Avenue Dental after hearing it advertised on the fish 95.9 fm radio station. I was due for a routine teeth cleaning appointment, so I called the office and made one. When I got there the staff was super welcoming and friendly. I got to talking to the dental assistant and found out that Dr. Natividad is also an orthodontist. This was great news for me because I had braces when I was younger, but unfortunately my bottom teeth had gone crooked again. I ended up having my teeth cleaned and getting a consultation for braces with the doctor. He said my bite looked fine and since my top teeth were still straight I would only have to get bottom braces. This was music to my ears! Dr. Natividad thoroughly explained my options which were regular braces, clear braces, or invisalign. I went with the clear bottom braces option. I had such bad memories of having braces as a teenager that I never thought the second time around would be such a pleasant experience. On a side note though please take a lesson from me and always wear your bottom retainers at night so your teeth don't move back! I just got my braces off a few days ago and I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Natividad for a dentist and orthodontist. Also, one last thing I should mention is it is nearly impossible to forget you have an appointment--they are so efficient at reminding you through a text, email, and/or phone call. I had a dental emergency several weeks ago and my dentist happened to be closed that day so my good friend recommended her dentist Dr Natividad. I was skeptical at first since I already had a regular dentist who I liked and was comfortablbut once I was in the office it was a nice friendly environment. The staff greeted me right away. Even without an appointment I was seen that very day and didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes to see the dentist. I have been meaning to write this review for sometime now... Let me say first that I am a 50 year old baby when it comes to going to the dentist and having my teeth worked on. With this being said, I love Dr Natividad and his staff of wonderful ladies. They are honest and have never told me that I need to get unnecessary work done like other offices have. My mom, my husband, myself and our 7 year old have all been seen by this wonderful group of service oriented kind people. My 7 year old loves going in for his 6 months cleanings with Ana :-) She is so sweet and genuinely cares. About two years ago, my husband and I lost our dentist of many years to cancer and we needed another. We searched around and decided to give Dr. Natividad at Fifth Avenue Dental Care a try. We've been going to Dr. Natividad now a couple of years, and boy have we been satisfied! When we go there, all in the office is in order, the service is timely, and the Dr. Natividad and his staff are real personable. As far as I can tell (not being a dentist) is that the work is of great quality and is performed with little or no discomfort in good time. Dr. Natividad is an awesome dentist with a great personality. He was very kind and gracious and made me feel comfortable. My only complaint was with the lady who spoke with me on how much the fees were going to be. When I called initially to make an appointment and to check if the took my insurance, she told me that there was no charge for the consultation, or that the fee would go towards the procedure that I was going to have done. I asked again when I got there and then a third time after they took X-rays, and each time I was told there was no fee if I chose to get the work done there. After the consultation with the doctor the same lady came in the go over the charges with me. The price for a crown was around $300 more than what another dentist had quoted me, and the price of what my insurance had quoted me. When I asked why, she said it was because they made the crowns there in house. That was fine, I just decided then to get them done else where. I did however have a tooth pulled and another tooth capped. When she went over the fees for those two proceeders she added an additional $79 saying it was the cost for the X-rays and exams, after I had repeatedly asked if there was a consultation fee, which SHOULD include X-rays and exam, right? She told me the consultation involves the doctor talking to me about what I think I need done. How am I suppose to know what I need done. Then she told me that if i didn't want to be charged I should have brought in my own x-rays. How was I suppose to know to bring in my own X-rays, she NEVER told me. When I asked her why she didn't tell me, because I had just had X-rays done which i could have had transferred over, she told me that she doesn't tell patients what to do. What a joke!! Needless to say I was disappointed their customer service. Also, I think theres a promotion their advertising on a christian radio station for a free exam. read more
