Going to the Dentist is never something tolook forward to, but Dr. Khoe and his staff take a lot of the sting out of it. He and they do amazing work at a reasonable price. I've always found the staff to be very accommodating and kind. What makes a good dentist office to me? Good dexterity and soft hands, Dr Khoe is a good golfer too (check). Not too old to have a bowl of Werthers up front, but not too young to be using words like 'bussin' and 'no cap' (check). Good assistants and hygienists (check). Derek is also an awesome hygienist! This office does stay busy and you may have some unexpected wait times. Just chalk it up to it being a good office. They're cranking out procedures like oil changes and they do it well. I'd be more wary of an empty office with no patients and staff. read more

Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Khoe . Everything about my experience here was positive from the office staff when I was making the appointment, to his assistants to the doctor himself. The hygienist was so amazing with my cleaning I literally called my daughter from the office and said I am making an appointment for you to come in here. My only regret is I waited so long to come in when he made the process and my medical plan moving forward so easy. Dr Khoe very clearly told me everything that needed to be done and how long it would itake to get my teeth where I wanted them to be. Fair-honest and knowledgeable!!!! read more

Very unprofessional! My mom had an 11:00 am appointment to put a tooth in today. The office did not inform her that it will be a 3-hour appointment. My mom is 86 and they stuck her in a room to wait. She even started crying because they left her alone too long not letting her know exactly what was happening or how long to wait. I find that very abusive. For elderly people there should be more consideration and care. This was so upsetting for my mom. So unacceptable! So they told my mom she cannot eat for two hours after this procedure. If she had known it was going to be a 3-hour appointment she would have eaten more for breakfast to be prepared for this procedure. So she can't eat until 4:00....again, my mom is 86-years-old and needs more care than, say, a younger person. I'm so upset with how my mom was treated today. So very, very unprofessional and uncaring. NOT OKAY. Very disappointed, upsetting and horrible experience. read more

I been a patient of DR. Khoe for 9 years this month. Dr. Khoe is the only dentist that I will let touch my teeth as well as his staff. He is the best dentist I've ever had, he cares about all his patients. He does extremely great dental work. Work that he has done on patients , you would never know that they were crowns, bridges, etc. Myself he has done work on me and I get so many compliments to the point people think that they are my real teeth. Today I went in for my dental work. It had been postponed due to the Covid19 Pandemic. I knew Dr Khoe continued to see emergency patients through the quarantine. He's just that kind of Doctor. So devoted to his patients. But this week he has started seeing regular patients. Today I had 2 crowns made and 2 fillings filled. It's really great to make one visit and have all the work done. My crowns were made there in his office as I waited. They are perfect. Dr. Khoe and his entire staff go above and beyond to make patients feel welcome and comfortable. He is the only dentist I trust with my mouth. His work is stellar. He is very well educated and trained in the latest methods of treatment. And during this time of uncertainty, he and his staff all wear the proper PPE to protect patients as well as themselves. You will not be disappointed in this exceptional dental care. read more

I have a Dentist phobia. I came in about 5 times to get cleaning, filling and extractions for my wisdoms. I cried the fist time, and second but by the last time when he took out my wisdoms I was pro! His staff are very caring and courteous and talked me through the whole process. Some held my hand and closed my eyes, they were very encouraging! Dr Khoe is a good dentist but he is expensive and (doesn't take a lot of insurances) and has become very arrogant over the years. So much so that he seems that he has earned the right to park in the disabled parking stalls. His excuse? He said he is a dentist and a pillar in the community. He has all these Christian posters everywhere yet the way he speaks to his staff makes me wonder. From what I understand he's lost several people because of this. I guess his wife works there and she is as air-headed as they come ( he probably doesn't take insurances because she can't figure them out) and she has gotten a little obnoxious herself. This dentist truly cares about the oral health of his patients and treats his staff with respect - which is a huge deal. His staff also seems very competent and they're always welcoming and professional. He has no problem taking a few minutes to explain, answer, and teach you about what's going on inside of your mouth. He's not out here just gouging people's pockets and providing below average work either. I am very happy that I found this dentist. It was an emergency situation and I was able to get in last minute. My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Khoe for years. He has saved my teeth more times than I can count. I had been dealing with the most intense dental pain I have ever experienced and Dr. Khoe not only saw me as a new patient during the COVID-19 pandemic, but fixed my problem in less than an hour. I was in so much pain and full of anxiety after not sleeping for days and he calmed me down and helped fix my problem. Definitely would not return to this dentist had an appointment to get X-ray very long wait time after made second appointment to get filling on about 3 teeth. Got to appointment another long wait then sat me in the chair so I thought would get to work soon. I was wrong the dentist had me sitting in the chair for an hour while he spoke to another patient, then rushed to get me out so he can go to lunch only got around to doing 1 of my filling before stopping. Had me make another appointment which I had canceled before deadline they charge 50$ without 48hour notice and was still charged the 50$ I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Khoe does fine work. However, the customer service that I've experienced from both him and his employees is awful. Awful. Awful. 1) He refused to tell me exactly WHAT i needed done in my mouth. I went in for a root canal, and I knew I had other work that needed to be done (I hadn't had dental coverage for about 5 or 6 years). He took X-rays of my mouth and I wanted to know exactly what I needed done so I could figure out how much it would cost. He kept saying "well we can do the crown first, or the cleaning; we can do one quadrant at a time," but he would NOT just tell me, like, you need three fillings, a cleaning, and a crown." I still don't know exactly what I need done. 2) I had a temporary filling until I could go to a specialist to finish my root canal, and the filling came out, so I basically had a huge gaping hole in my tooth that went straight down into the root of my tooth. I called and said I would leave work early and come in to get it filled again. The assistant basically said they would not wait and IF i got there before they left they would do it. I called and said I was three blocks away and they again basically said "well maybe. if we're here when you get here, sure. If not, you can come in tomorrow." (Even though I left work early to get it done.) When I got there the assistants had their purses on their arms and were starting to walk out. The assistant said "YOU ALMOST DIDN'T MAKE IT" and huffily took me in. It literally took THIRTY SECONDS. She was rude to me, she was not at all friendly, and she was rough with my mouth. UNACCEPTABLE. 3) When I went in to get the follow up work to my root canal done, I called that morning to ask what my co-pay would be. The lady who handles the accounts said she would find out and call me back. She never called me back. When I went in for my appointment, the lady who handles the accounts had gone home. Dr. Khoe was telling me how much it would cost with my insurance money; then he looked and said "actually you've already reached your limit, so you have to pay the full amount." I said, "no, I haven't reached my limit, I have insurance money left." I said that I called the lady earlier to ask her to check my account and she never called me back. Their answer was "well she isn't here so you have to pay the full amount and you can call her tomorrow." BS. The specialist I went to for my root canal would call me two days before my appointments and tell me my co-pay. Not only did Dr Khoe's office drop the ball on my account, they refused to admit their mistake and forced me to pay twice as much as I owed them. Now they're calling me a month later to say that the previous amount was wrong (NO KIDDING, JUST LIKE I TRIED TO TELL THEM). I'm tired of being jerked around, treated like crap and not valued as a patient. I won't be returning to Dr. Khoe. It is just too much crap. He overcharges, he is rude, superior, and his assistants are rude and lazy. read more

He treats everyone like his own family so he's not one to push treatment on anyone. Another trait that I like about him is that he's a perfectionist. I had 12 dental appointments to have my wisdom tooth extracted in the last 2 years but always flaked at the last minute .... But Dr.Khoe, oh man, a different case, amazing hands, gentle and engaging during the whole process. I felt like I didn't even get anything extracted. Dr. Khoe is a kind and empathetic dentist. After several years of not having any dental coverage I make contact under extremely painful conditions and Dr. Khoe had me come in the following day, a friday for an examination even though he had been scheduled to not be at his office that day. He did the exam and discussed options with me. He asked a lot of questions necessary to finding out the cause of my tooth decay issues. He asked questions that at first might seem out of the ordinary but upon further discussion I realized that he was trying to get at the cause of the decay so that we could put it in check. Unlike other dentists I have been to, Dr. Khoe explains every thing that can be done and the pros and cons of each treatment. He analyzes the answers given to him by the patient in regards to their prior dental work, their own personal dental hygiene as well as various causes of tooth decay that the patient might not even be aware of until the proper questions are answered. He was articulate, clear and concise and all of this was just during the exam. He had me come back on a monday after that friday exam since I had to get permission from my cardiologist and do some pre-medication prior to the actual treatment. As the treatment began the Doctor was gentle and still very informative and inquisitive. The job of numbing the area was difficult and there were other complicated issues due to a neurological disorder that I suffer from. Dr. Khoe was patient and had a soft touch. He explained a system whereby I could signal how much pain I was in so that he could arrest said pain and do the work needed. Once I was all numbed up he performed the work rather quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience as he wields it with an expert professionalism and yet a personal enough touch for the patient to feel at ease and confident that they are in good hands. All of his staff are extremely nice and aware of the pain a patient might walk into the office with and their caring concern was not lost to me. I highly recommend Dr. Khoe and his staff to anyone with dental needs. read more
