I took 2 hours of PTO to attend a routine cleaning, and after waiting for 2 hours I had to leave and reschedule. My appointment was at 11AM and the staff said "we should be able to get to you by 1:30." When I looked at the sign in sheet, I saw that they had booked 5 other people also for 11AM when they were telling me they only had one hygienist working. How are you going to see 6 people at once with one hygienist? They rescheduled me for 9am a few weeks later and said I'll get the first appointment of the day. After many text reminders for 9am, the day before they suddenly told me my appointment is actually at 9:30 because their hygienist won't be in until later. They never asked me, they just changed it! They swore up and down I'd be the first patient of the day after waiting so long prior, then I sat in the waiting room as they called several patients before me! This is not my first bad visit here. At a previous visit, a male hygienist continued to touch everything with his gloves on (opening drawers, scratching his face, moving items around) and then he tried to put those gloves in my mouth! When I asked him to change his gloves he said "wow you should do something about your OCD." Even prior to that visit, I came in for a 9am appointment and was not seen until 3 hours later. I don't know why I kept coming back here so long. This will certainly be my last visit. My only positive experiences have been with the hygienist, James, who did a thorough job and was kind and professional.

I had the worst dental pain overnight, called their office and they scheduled a same day appointment. Dr is the sweetest! Super calming and explains every step of the way. If all dentists were like him there will definitely be less people scared of dentists. He immediately told me I had a dental infection, started me on antibiotics and referred me to a endodontist for a root canal next day. Really prompt service and I was better in no time. Since then I've been with Dr Canzoneri for the past 2 years. He has fixed all of my cavities and never once had a bad experience. His office staff always calls to follow up next day to make sure you are ok after a dental procedure. Appointment can take a while a routine procedures because he is always booked but for dental emergencies they'll have urgent appointments. The dental hygienists that do the cleanings are also great as well. Never once did I have to wait more than 5 min in the waiting room to be seen. Prices are definitely on the steeper side but for the service you get I definitely think it's worth it. Best dentist in town!
