We had them install an entire solar system for our house, but a few years later, we discovered that we were misled about key aspects of the installation. Despite these issues, we attempted to work with them again to move the system to our new property. However, we were met with nothing but silence and delays, despite multiple empty promises from their manager. Their business practices are very shady, and we feel cheated. We will be sharing our experience with everyone we know and will be reporting them to the necessary authorities in Colorado, armed with video proof of their salesman's claims during the sale. Please consider this review seriously when looking for solar solutions.

Jason has been my main guy, and he was so responsive, and easy to work with. They came and fix every single issue that I had. 2 years ago we had a huge hail, but none of the solar panels were damaged. But we had to claim insurance and take the panels off and put them back on. Suntalk has been easy to work with, and they rewire everything, even put better insulations on the wirings. I had pigeons trying to make nests under the panels, and they put nets and guards around. Yesterday, I just realized that my SolarEdge data was not updating since March 3rd. Called Jason, and he told me how to reset the communication module, and everything is good now. I recently had my roof replaced. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed a…read morereplacement. I started out with Gregg "the salesman" who talked me through the entire process, and to my surprise everything he said would happen indeed happened. Shingles and crew arrived early in the morning and away they went. I did not expect to see or hear from Gregg again after the sale was done but he was at my house several times throughout the day as well as his project manager Michael, and another supervisor visited while the install was in progress. They made sure the crew was aware of all that needed to be done. Once the demo had started my existing structure did not meet current code and they worked with my insurance company to install new decking before the new material was installed rather than just doing the minimum and off to the next job. The crew was large and worked like a well oiled machine to complete the install start to finish the same day. About 1 hour before the install was complete two men were on the ground cleaning debris nails, tar paper, shingle material and everything else that was a total mess from a demo. The dump trailer was full to the brim and I have not found a single nail or anything that could injure my dog or flatten a tire. They provided supervision from start to finish and Michael did a final walk of the property before the crew and trailer left. Hopefully it will be many years before I need another replacement but if I do I will be calling CRS.

We purchased our system through them, and while the sales team was friendly, the system they sold us has never lived up to the performance expectations they set. It's important to note that Valor is not the actual solar provider--they hand off installation and support to a third-party company called 1Solar, which has been extremely difficult to work with. During the sales process, Valor assured us of specific energy savings and a guaranteed level of system performance, none of which have materialized. It's also important to call out that Valor did not disclose that the system's production was only guaranteed to achieve 85% of the original estimates. This should have been made clear from the beginning because it directly impacts the system's expected return on investment. We only became aware of this lower guarantee after problems emerged, but even with the reduced 85% threshold, our system has still failed to meet the guaranteed levels since installation. Despite more than a month of efforts to seek help, neither Valor nor 1Solar has provided any meaningful resolution. This experience has been incredibly time-consuming, frustrating, and ultimately very disappointing. We had hoped for a positive and lasting investment, but instead have been left with ongoing problems and little support.

I got my July electric bill on Aug 10 and it was $380! I immediately checked my solar power system app and noticed that it's been down since June 23. So basically my solar has been down all summer, the most important time of the year. The system i purchased came with an email notification system, in the event that there's a system issue. Guess what, no email ever notified me! I called Solar Power Pros and they said "our email system has been down lately" and they said they'd come out and take a look at my system. They arrived about a week later, and i haven't heard a word from them since, even after attempting to call them on multiple occasions. Their customer service is awful and now who knows how long until they actually fix this? I will keep updating this review and hopefully this company will make this issue right. UPDATE 9/5/22. The CEO did call to explain the part that broke has been ordered and hopefully it will arrive soon and get installed asap. He also was nice enough to provide the phone number for the manufacturer (SolarEdge). I contacted them and they blamed the email notification system on Solar Power Pros for not enabling the notification, therefore both sides are passing the buck off. Hopefully somebody can make this right.

Phone calls were always returned, progress reports on equipment purchase and installation were plentiful, and I felt attended to in every way. The installation was amazing. Several trucks pulled up on time and like little ants, every pro fanned out to do their jobs. The work area was left immaculate and when the project was okayed by Excel, everything was turned on and worked perfectly. Follow-up was reliable and I continue to feel that if I need anything, the folks at Namaste will be just a phone call away. I have been saving tons of $$$ since install and operation. They have handled all the rebate paperwork too. I can't recommend Namaste Solar highly enough! I'm so happy to be mostly independent of "the grid" and now that my heat pump is installed, I am truly going "green"!!!

I'm writing at the moment because SunPower warranted my solar panels and they recently filed for bankruptcy protection. I had no idea. However, the manufacturer of the panels will stand behind the warranty IF I register with them within the next few week. Again, I would have had no idea. Thankfully, Namaste sent me and email informing me of the situation as well as the looming deadline. That's taking care of their customer. I'll that, a year or so ago, I had to install a new roof on my house. Namaste was very responsive and coordinated the work necessary to remove and reinstall my panels. Pricing was reasonable and service was excellent! Making a substantial investment to purchase my system, I couldn't be more satisifed with the quality of their work, their customers service, and their willingness to stand behind what they do.
