I was on Yelp looking for a shop to do mounting, balancing tires and alignment for my Mercedes G500. I requested a quote from a few shops and GTS was one of them that replied back right away. The price they quoted was not the cheapest and was not the priciest. I decided to take my G500 to them today because of the Yelp review. They got me in right away and was done in a decent amount of time. The staff were nice. The shop was clean and the bathroom was very well maintained. The surprise was when I got the invoice and it was well below the amount they quoted me for. Even lower than the other shop with not so good Yelp reviews. Excellent tires & auto service!! They helped patch up my Tesla tires that were leaking due to a punctured nail on two separate occasions. Both times I was a walk in customer and they had me out of there in 10-15 minutes! Their patch work has been holding up wonderfully & I've experience no leaks since then! One had a huge nail on a very vulnerable part of the tire and I was able to drive it the following day from LA to San Diego without any issues. This saved me a ton of money since Tesla tires are pricey. Really appreciate the hospitality from Albert and his team. On my daily commute - I saw that my tire pressure light was still on... this business was on the way and I went in to see if they would check why that is. They checked it and it looked like everything was ok. And they also instructed me on how to turn off the pressure light myself . After shopping around for new wheels and tires and a leveling kit, I went in to visit Albert. Albert broke down the entire process, the pros & cons and did not try to upsell me on anything. I left there more knowledgeable on wheels/tires and lift kits than when I first entered because of the time Albert took to break everything down for me. We agreed on a date and time and once everything was completed my expectations on the final product were surpassed. Albert was out of town during the install but he made sure to call and follow up once he returned. They have the correct equipment; Including the wheel mount laser reflectors and proper lift for lowered (w/o crazy splitters, or ground effects) vehicles. I needed a 2 1/2" leveling kit and alignment for my 2021 Toyota Tundra. After looking around for awhile and finding places that did one but not the other and give high qoutes for just one.
