I went because my car light came up that I had low air in a tire. He looks at tire then says that there's no charge if it's a flat tire but that he will have to check the integrity of the inside of the tire because there was a nail in it. The nail was in was in the thick part of the thread. He said that once he tears apart the tire and he feels that it's unsafe then he will not be able to put your tire back and you will be forced to purchase a tire or tow your car. His demeanor was more to sell us a new tire than to try to fix it. I went to another tire business on rosecrans they did a permanent patch lifetime guarantee for $20. It's unfortunate how this place steals from customers emphasizing that for "safety " Reasons they're going to pull your tire apart instead of working with you in fixing it for less. AAA recommends them they must have a deal! I'll never be back and will assure to mention it to family and friends. I went today for a Alignment on my 2019 Ram Truck , Around 1:20pm & Got told 2 Hrs later that they can't do the Alignment because the Jack they need is not working. My time was wasted today. I sat down waiting this whole time Hearing " Manager Frank " Sigh constantly as if he is tired of his job. No one in the sitting area needs to Hear That Frank ! I have never Experienced this. Ive got my Upgraded Tires , Rims , Alignment & Rotations done here & Never seen Frank. I wish Frank was not there today because maybe someone with Knowledge would have told me the Jack is not working for that Truck so you can head somewhere else instead of Frank telling me 2 hrs later " Sorry we Cant do the alignment " Thats it !! 2 Dam Hours of Loud Sighs & Loud computer typing ! I have kind of a mixed review. So I brought my car in for the free tire rotation. It took them a bit to get it done but I had no issue with that. I got the call that it was ready to be picked up & headed over. It was about a 15 min drive to get there & my car was still up on the lifter hood open & all. Not too big of a deal but thought it was odd saying it was ready for pickup. Well I started driving home & realized my tire pressure was going down. FAST. When I dropped it off in the morning it was at 40 & driving it home it was at 20. So I called to see what could be done because obviously something happened. I talked to Frank & he was awesome. He told me they patched tires for free. So I get there (again) & I figured it'd be a quick 15 min job just to patch a tire. But I was there for a good hour & a half for a tire patch. I understand they were slammed but after having an issue already I was hoping to be in & out. Come to find out my valve stem was broken. Which was NEVER mentioned to me before leaving. So obviously something had to of happened while the tire rotation was going on or something. It was just weird to me. It got fixed so whatever, but I just was upset that a big issue like that wasn't mentioned & all of sudden my tire is pretty much dead. And when I initially walked in one of the techs looked at me like a deer in the headlights like he couldn't believe I was back. I had my son with me so with it being hot out, it was tough having to be stuck for over an hour. The customer service aspect was great. Frank had an awesome personality & the girl (I didn't get her name) was super nice to my son. I don't think I'd go back to this place for anything other than a tire pressure check. Went here on Saturday to patch my front tire. There were a couple people already having work done ahead of me and the guy behind the desk told me it would be about a 2-hour wait. I said no thanks and went around the corner to Multi Tires Auto Center. They had people ahead of me too, but they had my flat repaired in less than 15 minutes for $20 bucks. Makes me wonder what my experience would be like if I ever did have a greater service need. read more

No one likes buying new tires, unless you're into that sort of thing. I did some research and got some online quotes for my tires, including instillation, so I had an idea of the cost. Went in this morning. Staff were very knowledgeable, they were not pushy and throughly explained their reasoning for their recommendation. I was given a quote for my wheels, which was about 50 bucks less than Walmart, Costco and other places. I appreciate the no BS attitude. I did not have the best experience here because I was quoted two different prices for new tires. Initially I went in for an oil change, but they were running a promotion at the time for new tires, so I wanted to get a quote. The first guy quoted me a decent price so I told him I would be back the next day. When I came in the next day, the guy who quoted me was not there, but I still hoped they would honor the price I was given. The new person who helped me was in his early 20s and looked very disinterested, and was dismissive. He told me that the price I was given was not possible. Maybe. I would give zero stars if I could. Annie originally quoted me $140 for a new tire, but when I arrived to pick up my car the total had suddenly jumped to $210 with no clear explanation. When I questioned it, she brushed it off as a "service fee." After paying, I checked my itemized bill and found a $25 charge for an extended warranty I never requested. When I went back to ask why, she told me she assumed I wanted it which is dishonest and unacceptable. She eventually removed it, but not before rolling her eyes like I was the problem. To make matters worse, another employee told me my car was ready when it wasn't. They had confused it with another vehicle, wasting an extra 30 minutes of my time. Ordered a 4 tires and alignment online and set up an appointment for a later date. Ordered my tires over a week in advance of the appt to ensure if there were any delays in getting the tires they would still be there on time for my appointment. At least that was the plan. The tires were supposed to arrive early the next day. I didn't receive a call so I ended up calling that evening and spoke to Marco to see if the tires were in. He was very nice and quickly pulled up my order and said they were there. I thanked him and confirmed my appointment date and time. Since my appointment was more than a week later I called the day before my appointment to confirm my appointment again and make sure my tires were still there and ready to go. Spoke to Marco again and again he indicated everything was set. I show up the next day for my appointment and when I get there another worker, forgot his name, was at the counter and I give him my name and let him know I had an appointment scheduled. He pulls up my order but tells me the tires are not there. I was upset to say the least. It is difficult for me to get time off of work and used a day off to get this done. No one called me to let me know there was an issue, I had called twice to confirm everything was in order and Marco twice indicated the tires were there. The employee said Marco must have been confused and said he'd order them from the warehouse to have them there early the next day. He said he'd call me when they were in. But no apologies for the mistake and big inconvenience. I went there expecting to get my tires and alignment done and went home on a scheduled day off to get this done with nothing. Then to top it off I never got a call to let me know the tires were there the next day or since. They lost my business. I was a returning customer but they do not provide the service they once did. I did a little research after the fact to see what had changed since my previous experiences were excellent. They were acquired by Big Brand Tires. I guess the focus isn't on customer service or honoring appointments or communicating properly with clients like they once did. Took my business elsewhere. read more
