The racks were labeled clearly with various designers or collections, such as Chanel Edit, Special Occasion, etc. The clothes curated there for that location were more fitting to Palm Beach, as I saw more warmer weather styles, vibrant colors, and fun prints. The location has a couple of displays of luxury handbags, some watches and jewelry, and a few accessories and shoes, along with the racks of clothing. Prices do vary based on condition, designer, and time the piece has been available. The staff were kind to check or share that you can scan the tags for any of the pieces for more information with their app and you can see if there are discounts available for items. In addition to selling consignment items, they will take items for consignment in the shop. I saw some clients stopping in to drop off items to be consigned and listed. I did try some pieces on, but didn't purchase as I was not 100% in love with the items once I tried them on or looked them over. Overall, this is a fun location to stop into. The staff here were more friendly and approachable, which helped to make the experience a pleasant one.

The MANAGER told me TO MY FACE in front of the sales rep that the delivery guys would walk the sofa up 6 flights if needed. Wrong. Delivery guys said 3 floors is as high as they go. So I had to refuse delivery (on a sofa I've waited 2 weeks for. Called my sales rep. He confirmed the manager's comment and apologized...thanks, but I got no sofa after a 2-week wait. R2GO simply lied to me. I'll go elsewhere.

Today I was at the location on 441 in Wellington, Florida. There was plenty of parking and the store was set up well but the salesperson who grabbed me was not interested in helping me. I was only searching for a small piece of furniture - a low tv console that is 70 inches long or less. He practically dismissed me. I did search the store and, unfortunately, they didn't have anything I wanted. This particular time was not a good experience but since I've had so many good ones, I'll continue to shop at Rooms to Go but it's not too likely I'll go back to this location.

I expected the general plants that you see everyday to be priced a little lower or even equal to those big box stores but they were in fact more expensive. I did leave with a few calathea and this gorgeous sting ray alocasia that I did feel was reasonably priced for its size at $36. I would go back if I was in the area to see what other treasures I could find, however for my basics perennials and succulents I would not purchase here. Service was fine. My BF had a few questions about the sod and at $500 a pallet, we felt that was a bit excessive for the Zoysia when he said online it was advertised at a different price.
