When I came to Britni my hair wasn't quite what I wanted. None of my stylist ever seemed to listen to what I wanted and just did their own thing. Britni listened to what I wanted and made pink hair a reality. What I really liked is she did it the healthiest possible way for my hair. My hair is healthier than ever and pink as can be. Her price is reasonable and she is always quick to respond to appointment requests.

I started going to Britni almost a year ago. She was recommended to me by another friend and every time I go she amazes me with her talent. I just tell her and idea of what I want and send her pictures and she comes up with exactly what I want every time. If I could do negative stars I would! Horrible job! 1st time of me going to her because I was skeptical from what I've heard from other people. Unprofessional. I'm sure if all her clients knew she had a "yelp" she would have many more bad reviews. She was quick, sloppy and seemed like she was in a rush. Didn't realize how messed up the hair cut was until I went home and straightened it. She talked bad about clients that she's had in the passed and even a client that was in there at the same time. Horrible I will never go to her again! I've never cried about my hair before until now. Do not risk it. After posting the picture of my hair tons of other people were commenting on how she messed up their hair as well. Just wish I knew from the beginning. read more

I have had my hair done twice by Britni and both times have been wonderful. Britni is very nice, responds quickly to appointment confirmations, is very knowledgeable and just works magic. I would recommend Britni to anyone! Anything you need done with your hair, Britni is your girl! I have been meaning to write this review for a long time now. The first time I had my hair done by Britni was 2 or 3 years ago and she managed to make my dark brown hair to a bright purple. :) Anyways, she is amazing at what she does and you will not regret going to her. I went into this salon for the first time yesterday. I USED to go to one down the street but they would charge me a ridiculous amount. This was my first time getting my hair done with Britni and it won't be my last. I wanted a change but didn't know exactly what I wanted so I trusted her to do whatever color she wanted. I was not disappointed I'm in love with my new hair cut and color. Also you cannot beat the price she did an amazing job. She has a new client! read more

Britni is amazing! I went to her for my first ever hair dye experience and I loved how my hair came out! I have dark hair and came in with a picture of an ombré. All I have to say is this girl is AMAZING! I got her number from a picture I saw on instagram of a blonde ombre that she did and I loved it I called the number and it was her she took me in that night SO I could have my hair done for my birthday 2 days later! At first I was nervous because I had never met her and she had never done my hair before but right when I got to the salon and her and I got to talking she was so down to earth and did exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it like I said she is AMAZING and I love my hair!! Having gone to a traditional barber shop since I can remember, I was hesitant to get cut in a salon atmosphere or work with someone who works mainly with a female clientele. But Britni came in highly recommended and in a huge time crunch. I came to her about touching up my fade/undercut for a friends wedding and was in and out in a flash, she had me come right in and had me back home with plenty of time to get ready and looking clean cut. Feels like I have only 2 layers I'm descent with hair so can mask it a bit with curls. - The highlights are fine but they are old school/ going to root all over and not the ballyage effect I asked for. That said, they were blended nicely. - The color is red/orange which bothers me more than the cut. I said multiple times I didnt want red or warm... my whole head, not just the highlights, got toned a fairly strong red hugh. I invested in blue and purple shampoos trying to tone it down. It helped a bit. I did give her feedback but I don't want to go back to get it fixed because I've been back once already and I'm not confident in her ability to fix it at this point. She did offer to try again. I think i gotta wait this one out a few months and then get a trim and/or tone from someone else. Facility was cute and clean, free parking out back. Waited a month to give the review as I wanted to give it time to settle in.

I was still wearing my cervical collar, and my recovery had taken an unexpected turn. As I was waking up from anesthesia, I realized I couldn't move my right arm. I had spent six weeks in the hospital and rehabilitation, and because I couldn't use my dominant arm, I couldn't even brush my hair. By the time I walked into her salon, I was physically exhausted and emotionally broken. My hair extensions had become severely tangled and matted, and I was embarrassed. I didn't feel beautiful anymore. I barely felt like myself. But Johnaee never saw the mess. She saw me. She treated me with kindness, compassion, and dignity from the very first moment. She never made me feel embarrassed or judged. She made me feel like every other woman who walks through her door--someone deserving of care, attention, and beauty. It's been a little over three months since my surgery, and while I'm slowly regaining movement in my right arm, the road has been filled with sadness, confusion, pain, and uncertainty. Through all of that, I found someone truly special. Every appointment with Johnaee reminds me that I'm still me. She has helped restore not only my hair but also pieces of my confidence that I thought I had lost. I've spent my life in the care of countless doctors, especially these past few years. Those places, even when I would consistently get wax, never had the consistent workers. I decided to try Sea Spa which is just a 5 minute drive fr my house here in GG! And i am so happy that I decided to do so. Nancy did my Brazilian and was very detail oriented and quick. She used the hot wax and paper method with small sections. I appreciate the small sections she did! The salon it self was very inviting, beautiful, and relaxing. They offer other services like body and scalp massages, mani and pedis, and even lash extensions and semi permanent makeup. Cannot wait to schedule my next session!

Why do I think Britni is an amazing stylist? First, she is a dedicated and passion women who will go the extra length to make sure you're nothing but 100% satisfied. Second, on her free time takes classes to become better in her trade. Lastly, and the most important, does an amazing job. I've known her for years and consider her a best friend, but if I was not 100% confident in her abilities to leave her clients and I, walking out with a huge smile on our faces, I would not be going to her. Britni is such a beautiful soul and even more amazing of an hair stylist. I have never been to her before when she took me in for a 911 haircut. She was completely understanding of my wants and needs when it comes to my hair. She's accomadating, the prices are fabulous, and I'm beyond excited to see what kind of princess she'll turn me into at my next appointment. I came into Cypress for a business conference from Hawaii. I desperately needed to find a salon who was able to fit into my tight schedule. I found Brit on yelp, her page wasn't your typical blonde highlight, or basic cuts. I loved that she had a huge mix of clients and was able to fulfill their requests. She did amazing work on my hair and I would fly her to Hawaii just to do it! Thank you!! read more

Britni is amazing! She is definitely the only stylist I trust with my hair because she never disappoints. She has taken me from a regular ombre to black and teal to a beautiful blonde. Reasonable pricing and great results, you definitely won't find anyone better. read more
