My daughter came in to have her extensions tightened for all of 20 minutes last night (was originally told that it would cost $50/mo., which seems fair and reasonable) and while sitting in the chair getting it done was told that this minor maintenance process was going to cost her $200!!! And it would need to get done monthly!! Safe to say I'll be learning how to do this minimal procedure myself for her. Definitely not rocket science or worth that price. Don't go here. Liz (@mane.honey) has been doing my hair color and cut for years and I will literally never go to anyone else! She recently did my extensions and I am obsessed with them. She is so talented and listens to what you want and has always delivered. I can't recommend Liz enough! Go follow her and book with her you won't regret it! But 1 star for the salon itself. It's completely outdated. The chairs at the sink are incredibly uncomfortable. It seemed very gossipy with some of the front desk people and the salon itself was weird vibes. This review is overdo. Worst haircut I've ever gotten by Ally and my hair is hard to mess up. My hair looked like two different haircuts. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. My consultation was less than 30 seconds, it was the worst shampoo I've ever had at a higher end salon and my stylist barely shook my hand, smiled or asked what brought me in. The salon is gorgeous but I don't think they have a lot of continuing education for their new stylists. They will get you in as soon as they can but it's best to wait for "your girl" if you're looking for a good haircut and do not normally come here. I dropped $70 for this right after I had my baby and I regret getting childcare for this type of hair service. read more

Absolutely Amazing experience. I was looking for a new hairstylist to do a cut and color. My sister in law recommended Gloss salon & studio. They were able to get in me quickly as I had an event coming up that week. My stylist was Amber, from the moment I walked into the salon I was greeted and offered water. Amber was warm and welcoming. She listened to exactly what I wanted and went straight to work. I had about 4 inches of darker root grow out with the rest of my hair bleach blonde. I asked for low lights and highlights to make the blonde blend into my natural grow out for easy upkeep and lower maintenance. Amber was personable and made the entire experience enjoyable. The final product was incredible! It was exactly what I had asked for, looked natural and absolutely incredible. In the past 10 years I haven't found a stylist who was able to listen and give me exactly what I wanted... until now. I highly recommend Amber and the entire Salon. The owner, Emi was in the salon greeting customers and providing support to another stylist while being personable with clients. The majority of clients in the salon seemed to be long time, repeat clients who had relationship with their stylists making me feel confident in the salons ability to maintain happy clients and provide quality services. Not only does she have this great salon but she has her own line of hair extensions called Locket. I'm in NO need of extensions as I have tons of curly hair but they are great quality and she even has celebrity clients because of the amazing quality. I think it's cool that a mother of 3 has the time to run a salon and invent a new type of hair extension I mean good Lord...girl power for sure. #momboss Anyway, She does my color and she's a genius.
