I had looked at other photos prior to booking and the results looked great for a lift. I understand my lashes aren't as long as the photographed ladies but at very least I expected to walk out of there hinting that I had something done. Only a couple of my lashes curled and the others kinda look the same. I'm hoping after 24hrs when I use mascara they'll be better but I'm also concerned that the few that actually lifted will drop and this will be the worst $100 spent. It has now been over 6 weeks and they are finally starting to relax a little, but not to the point where I can wear mascara again. To make matters worse was how the owner, Joanna, handled the situation. I left her a detailed message and she didn't even return my call, I had to call her again. The first time I went back she didn't even approach me to look at them. No accountability whatsoever. She did everything she could to avoid the issue. Her response to me was "I'm really sorry".
