We scheduled a cleaning service for Friday April 7th, as of which Yensy confirmed via text on Wednesday April 5th. Friday comes and Yensy is a no show, initially we feared the worse as this was very out of character for Yensy to not communicate a change in scheduled service. After my wife called and texted multiple times with no answer, we now know we have been ghosted. How unprofessional and very rude to just no show for a schedule service. I came across Sparkle Maid Pros and they were able to get me on their schedule quickly and at a fair price. I have used them twice since then and both times the service by Tara was impeccable and professional. They send out email reminders in advance and show up within the agreed upon time slot. Original Review: I just finished moving out of my old place and wanted some help for my move out cleaning. I texted the number on their website and had someone respond quickly. They were very friendly, gave me info about their company, what all would be done and the price. The price was fair and I booked. They even worked with me moving my cleaning date due to the landlord doing some last minute repairs to the property. This is where the positives end. The day of my cleaning the assigned maid arrived. She did not wear a mask and I had to do my best to keep social distance from her. I walked her through the property and she called her manager to get the pricing for the home. I was expecting a two person team but they sent one person. She said because the house had a small patio room that it would be extra and I agreed. I paid the full amount via venmo and left. The next day my landlord called me and asked if the house had been cleaned? He said if it had I need to request my money back. The tub and sink were terrible. The oven was barely touched. The maid used all of the landlords paper towels he had there for a project, took cleaning supplies and also threw away the bathroom vent cover. That is a piece of the unit and should be cleaned and put back up, not thrown away. I contacted the company and provided photos. They apologized and said they would get with the landlord to get this fixed ASAP. They would send someone else out to get the property cleaned. I am in jeopardy of not getting my deposit back due to them. The landlord spoke to someone named George about this and he said he needed to escalate the issue. It has been a week and no one has reached out to the landlord to make this right. The company also gave the maid my cell phone number and she personally texted me telling me how she did not agree with what I said, why she did not wear a mask, and why she decided to use the paper towels at the home. She brought her own supplies and used supplies at the home without permission. This has made my life so much more complicated. I hired them to make my move out easy but it has now severely complicated it and now it has been dragged out. The company needs to honor their word and make this right ASAP. Get someone out to the property ASAP to clean properly, replace the items and supplies taken by the maid and communicate like they agreed to. Save yourself some time, heart ache and stress and go with another company. This is not worth it at all especially how they allowed all of this to transpire and how they have handled this whole situation.

I have had Judy weekly for two months and every week I am truly blown away. From my first conversation booking her to when she arrives at my house and the finished product is exactly what I was looking for and again unlike anyone else. However, I would describe Sharon's Totally Tidy Maids service as unethical in the end. I paid nearly $300 and they only cleaned the living room, two bathrooms, and kitchen (leaving dust on the top of the refrigerator. Only half the kitchen was clean after inspection). They didn't even clean my two bedrooms. I gave them a chance to redeem their unethical behavior by asking for a discount if I let them return. Sharon had the nerve to quote me regular prices instead. I didn't even receive a receipt for their quote-on-quote work, though I was told I would receive one along with pricing if I used them again, and a week later, nothing. One has to wonder about quality when the individual pays that much money and doesn't even have a clean place in the end. The two maids clearly went slow on purpose, cleaning minor things and "working on it" for thirty minutes to an hour. I was looking for a maid service to use for the future, but they cleaned as though I wasn't going to use them again So, they sucked up time and got what they could out of me. Being that they charge by the hour and went slow, it is easy to see that this company is more of a cheap scam type business. Had I paid what I paid and ended up with a clean place, I would have been satisfied. However, I still had a dirty place. They are always very competent and communicate well as far as any needed changes in the schedule. In about 13 times that I've had them, there was just one time when I wasn't happy with the way they had cleaned the bathroom floor. I called and they offered to reduce my cost for cleaning the next time they came, so that was fine. I really appreciate that the cleaners come in a pair. There's a little more quality control that way. I also appreciate that I am dealing with a service rather than individuals working on their own because if someone is ill or if there is a problem with scheduling, it's not my concern to give up my cleaning day. Westpaqhealth works that out and they always come. They're more expensive than having someone come in that's not associated with a service, but it's not a turnoff for me. Overall, I'm very pleased with them.
