She's constantly saying Riverdale, Riverdale, Riverdale and I still couldn't verify the number and address so after eight minutes of rudeness and over talking me I requested to speak to someone else and was told that someone else would call me back. The call ended at 10:07. I'm sure no one will call me back and if they do, I would definitely update this review. She is not hard to identify so someone should be coaching her especially if they want business. I know most places feel you lose one and get another one. Eventually you'll end up losing it all. I wouldn't recommend no one to this place. That's plenty of other places where you can go and spend your money and get treated better and remember your receptionist is the first line of contact so I see why they are the reviews are what they are.

Do not not not buy auto parts from these con artists. I purchased a used alternator with…read moresupposedly 52k miles on it. Now this was an original Toyota alternator which LKQ supposedly thoroughly inspects and repairs. Haaaaaaaa. You would estimate the alternator had another 50k miles and several years to go. However, it went bad in less than a year, but of course over the warranty period which is only six months. Buying another alternator is bad enough. The problem is the labor which is 2.6 hours to remove and replace on the 3.5 liter engine. I should have gone to Auto Zone, O'Reillys, or Rock Auto. Anywhere but LKQ. Learn from my mistake do not buy parts from these charlatans.

They let us plug the camper in to their shop, so food wouldn't spoil and moved us to the front of the line. They found the leak in an oil cooler line(Why would Toyota use a rubber hose for oil under pressure) sent someone down to Orland Park to get the part, and installed it. Vacation saved. They could have easily taken advantage of us, being 40 miles from home with 2 kids and a loaded camper, but charged us a fair price. Good Guys. Not easy to find. I marked it with a trail of oil from the Marathon station to their shop:).
