First I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes so I drove up to the drive-thru and told the cashiers that I am on hold and asked to take my order; which they did accommodate. so they asked me to move; however, they did not specify only that the available parking was for door dashers. So I parked as close as I could. I waited for over 20 minutes for my pizzas (personal size) and finally I called and those cashiers told me that I had to get back in line and my pizzas had been ready for awhile. They told me that they didn't tell me that the pizzas would be brought out to me (although other times it has been brought out to the car); and that it was raining and they didn't have any jackets and they would get wet. I went back in line, and yes, I snatched the pizzas from the one cashier who told me that I didn't have to snatch (but oh yes I did)... she had the nerve to get angry. I will contact the owner of this Pizza Hut, their corporate office regarding the disregard of the inconvenience and unprofessional and rude behavior of these cashiers.

The tables seemed cleared but I don't think that they had been actually cleaned for hours. The staff was friendly and they made the pizza correctly, and it came out in a reasonable time--10 to 15 minutes. They had at least two delivery drivers, which makes sense since it was Saturday evening. After I started to eat, most tables were full.
