They clean your floor mats and windows and dashboard clean out the console. They do vacuum the whole entire car as well as making sure to clear off anything on the outside that is left over from the car wash. They shine up everything on the inside of the car. Ultimately it looks as clean as it is going to be clean and it takes about 10 minutes. It's on a track in the car just rolled down the track in six or eight people run through taking care of making sure the car looks great. They're always very nice and friendly And helpful if you need it. Cost about $28 which is not terrible for a bunch of people to get your car looking great in 10 minutes.

So she didn't notice it hadn't been cleaned. Fast-forward to today. I had to take her to work and noticed it appeared the dash hadn't been touched at all, not to mention the bugs were still there. So, silly me, I thought I'd go back and get the situation rectified. Nothing doing. The jerk at the front wouldn't honor what they did or didn't do a few days ago. He said the dash could've gotten dirty in that amount of time. That amount of dust would not accumulate in just a few days. The rude attendant acted as if I was asking him to take money out of his personal wallet and give it to me. Just run the damn car back through and do a decent job this time!!!!!!!!!!! That's all I was asking. So NEVER AGAIN!!!! I've been coming to Mike's/Crew Carwash for over 40 years. There are plenty of other places in town that could use my business.

I happened to be up at Hamilton Town Square so I stopped in to get my car wash and interior done…read more Reasonably priced at $33 for basic wash and interior. Staff was super nice and helpful. It's a conveyor belt type system for the interior. The wait is not long. They have plenty of staff, clean bathrooms and coffee. It's about 15 minutes out of my way but I usually spend an hour waiting at the the place up the street from me and the don't even do as good of a job.

I cannot say enough about Rod and the whole crew. we took our 2026 model Y to have Darrings detail apply PPF to it although they were extremely busy he actually took us in on a Sunday when they were closed treated us like royalty and identified a dent that we completely missed when we took delivery. We notified Tesla and believe it or not, they showed the dent in their pre-delivery photos that they took of the car so after much running around and talking to people, Tesla finally is taken care of it. While it should be obvious from the name, this is an oil change location and not a full-service mechanic. That said, they do offer full-service oil changes, battery replacement, headlight/tail light replacement, transmission service, differential fluid replacement, tire rotation, fuel system cleaning, windshield wiper replacement, air filter replacement, and fleet service. If I remember correctly, this is a 3-bay location. I pulled up and was taken in right away. This is a somewhat set-apart location in the outer parking lot of a Meijer with a brand new Crew Car Wash around the corner. There's also a small strip center across the parking lot with a Noble Roman's, Great Clips, and Verizon. The employees here were friendly and helpful. They did everything a full-service change offered at a fair price. I was in/out in just a few minutes. As a wheelchair user, I always appreciate when I don't have to get out of the car. Because this is a nationwide chain, they were able to pull up my records. I appreciated that. I also appreciated that they aired up my tires as I had one running a bit low. They were having a film discussion - I'm a film critic, so that was kind of cool. However, they were also super focused on what they were doing and doing the job well. This location was clean, professional, and in good repair itself. Overall, this was a positive experience and I would easily return. While I'll generally stick to the one closer to my home (Glendale area of Indy), I won't hesitate to come back here when I'm in McCordsville. As a side note, Valvoline frequently has coupons on its website that can help reduce the price a bit.
