We thought that was a pretty sweet deal! We went through the wash and noticed an employee inside, walking alongside our vehicle. He appeared to be observing the equipment. After exiting the wash, my husband observed that my front bumper still had so bugs present on it (R.I.P.). So, we went through once more, stopping to advise the attendant that we'd like the bumper manually sprayed off. They made a notation on my front windshield in chalk. Unfortunately, the young man at the entry to the wash didn't see it until we were almost past him (despite our waving and pointing), and he barely sprayed it. I'm not sure if the 2nd wash got everything off, because we didn't have time to check, as we were headed for an appointment nearby.

At no point during my visit or afterwards was I informed that Prime Car Wash does not offer touchless washes. After reporting the damage, the manager, Luis, filed an incident report but failed to follow up. When I spoke with the Chief Operations Officer, Brian Kimberlin, on July 9, he said they do not offer touchless washes and offered a complimentary wash, but it would also use brushes, so it was not a solution. I requested a refund over the phone, but Brian refused. When I mentioned online reviews showing touchless washes at this location, Brian dismissed it, saying he "does not control what other people say." I am disappointed by the lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to take responsibility for the damage. I cannot recommend this location if you want a touchless wash or good customer service.

My company used Reindeer Logistics to transport my car from Georgia to Florida. I've had my car…read moreshipped by 2 different companies in the past and they did and excellent job with no issues. Reindeer Logistics on the other hand picked up my custom luxury vehicle on a flatbed truck and stored my car in a place where cats were able to walk all over my vehicle leaving paw prints and several scratches. I got and estimate from a local detail shop who quoted my $1000 to repair the scratches. I filed a claim and Reindeer had the audacity to say my damages was due to an act of nature while my car was in their care. They denied my claim and I'm extremely disappointed in their service. Will not recommend them or ever use them again!!!
