This car wash ripped off a sensor on the front quarter panel of my car. When they had finished drying it, there was a remnant of their towel underneath the corner of the sensor and when I pulled it out, the entire sensor fell off. It looks like they tried to put it back in place. I walk around my entire car after every wash and know that this was not broken prior. When I showed the attendant the towel remnant and we pulled it out together, he got a manager. The manager was very rude and defensive and said that if I had not documented it with photos before that there is no proof they broke it. They said to go get it fixed myself and refused to give me their insurance info or file a claim. I don't recommend you risk your car by going to this car wash. read more

I consider this a 3.5/5, so I rounded up . This was my first visit to this touchless car wash. I paid for the "Super" package for $54 (includes the extra $10 due to my having an SUV). Overall, I'm satisfied with the results. They did a great job with interior vacuuming and wiping down the windows and interior surfaces. For external cleaning, the results were mostly okay. The rinsing of the car left much to be desired as there was still some soap residue in one area of the car (most of it was wiped away by the staff). No smudges on the windows post-wipedown. One of the staff, maybe the manager, didn't want me to take photos which I thought was strange. I'll likely return since there aren't many touchless alternatives in the area. read more

Horrible service horrible attitude. This is how they left my car. I told them coffee spilled at beginning and to plz help take care even if extra cost. After waiting an hour this is how they returned my vehicle and wouldn't even wipe up all the obvious particles that should have been included in the managers special. And was told by the manager it's wear and tear and that's why they have notices stating not responsible. All well and good but once workers enter the vehicle it is your responsibility. If you'd like your car to be scratched, this is the place to go. Overall, a terrible experience I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. I took time out of my day to speak directly with the manager and show him the damage their car wash caused. All I asked for was a simple reimbursement for the wash. His response? "We have signs that say wash at your own risk." In other words, even if their equipment damages your vehicle, they take no responsibility. I also spoke with Curtis, who added, "You can go through insurance and file a claim, but I'll tell them there's a 0% chance it came from my car wash." For the record, I never asked about insurance, I just wanted a refund for the damage. Came here at around 2:20ish pm on a Monday, and they were steady with a line of cars but I essentially had no wait. You drive up and someone confirms which service you want. I went with the managers special ($45); they first seem to vacuum your car, it goes through the wash, and then they dry it/do a quick interior wipe down. You pay inside the Mobil gas station and can wait inside or there's some chairs/benches outside. Overall very efficient (finished around 2:44) and decent wash/vacuum. I have some stubborn bug splatter on the hood that was still there. The interior wipe down on the other hand - They didn't really wipe down the seats super well or the middle console surface, but most all other surfaces looked okay and I'll probably have to do it again myself. I'd give this place a 3.5. Tip: It was my first time so I missed the fact that if you want your trunk vacuumed to leave it open upon arrival - the trunk wasn't touched (but I assumed they would have asked or did it anyway, since I told them it was my first time - but oh well). Not a bad spot to get your car washed and vacuumed though it's not really a through wipe down inside. I probably could've saved a few bucks and just went with the super wash. read more

I think what is most frustrating about this place is the poor line management. The way they manage two lanes means of cars means there's a randomness to the timing. A car that arrived 5 minutes after me was ready 10 minutes before I left. Car was mostly clean, but not $39 clean. I spilled a coffee in passenger seat so I stopped by here after work to get the car cleaned. I paid $47 and showed them where the coffee spilled, they assured me that they would wipe it with a rag. They didn't. The outside of the car was dirty everywhere after the wash. There were busy but there were 5 of them cleaning the car so I'm not sure how they missed cleaning every part of the car. I mean, the rims, the trunk had cotton stuck to it, the rail where you step had dirt on it, the windows had smudges, not water stains, smudges. I paid $47 and I thought about driving back to have it redone but my paint had scratches, like they dried it with a Brillo pad so I wasn't about to let them touch my car again. read more

Avoid this car wash at all costs. I was in the market to get a car detail. I called the car wash at 9 AM to see if I needed an appointment, they said no come on in by 9:30 and will be able to detail your car, I arrived at 9:08. I got to the car wash and was instructed to wait in line for a typical car wash, which did seem odd at the time. Once the attendants came to my window. I let them know that I wanted a car detail, they told me that they were booked for the day and had no more car details available. I waited in line for 40 minutes to be told this. As someone who is a small business owner I would advise this company to get their act together and have a better system so they don't lose customers. read more

I had issues with SUV. Parked near a house, it got paint sprays all over the car after a paint job done on that house. Took the car to detailing shops in Hayward and to Broadway Carwash. I was given an estimate with a few comments saying they can't guarantee complete removal of sprays on the plastics attached to the car. I liked their honest comment that made me have them the job. Not overly impressed with the detailed job. There was many areas that clearly they did not clean or treat on the inside such as the roof headliner. It was some road grime along the bottom of the car from road construction that they insisted could not be removed I suppose I'll just have to take their word for it. They told me my Volvo XC60 qualifies as an SUV and charged me $10 more than the posted prices. I have never had any other car wash or oil changer business call my car an SUV. They also do not have a sign posted showing SUVs and trucks cost more. Then they tried to upsell me on the monthly membership. Just go to Ken Betts on Pleasant Valley and Piedmont. I pulled up next to the Air & Water refill station to add air to my tires. I went inside to ask the female clerk to activate the compressor and she said that the compressor is not working. I didn't believe her due to the facts there were no signs posted out of service and the most obvious signs was the machine was powered up. I purchased a few items and deposited 1.50 into the machine and it works fine. It is a State of California law that mandates customers are not required to pay for air at gas stations where they are doing business and this clerk definitely violated state law. Unsure why she didn't want to turn on the air compressor, but definitely management should be aware that the staff member represents the company. read more

I came in thinking I would get a quick car wash but ended up with a flat tire also. Overall, the wash is ok. I got the manager special and rubber mats washed. I'm not knocking on the wash even though there's still some slight dirt marks on my hood and dirt on my trunk carpet that didn't get cleaned well from the vacuum. I am disappointed in the service and how they handled the situation with my car getting a flat tire. Manager Greg came out to let me know my car got a flat tire from the guard rail that guides the car when it comes out from the wash. 1. I didn't get an apology regarding the issue. 2. I asked what you expect me to do. Greg mentioned It need to get it fixed' 3. Greg said verbatim 'it's your fault for not letting us know ahead of time you're air pressure valve on the tire would break". Ok so I have a flat tire and you're saying it's my fault? 4. No instructions on what to do with my car. It's now stuck in the middle of all the cars being washed. No help to change my flat tire to a spare. I wasn't rude or making a scene or getting angry with Greg. I gave them a chance to resolve the issue or just apologize for the situation. My daughter thought she was doing me a favor and got my car cleaned for me while I was out of town. Well, no good deed goes unpunished. Car was NOT cleaned very well AND my registration and insurance card and emergency money were stolen. Poor job of cleaning out the inside of my car. My floor mats are still dirty. They didn't clean out the cup holder very well, it's still dirty and sticky. The gear shift my emergency break were wet from the cleaner but still were not clean. How does that happen? Just left from here. They did an alright job, car definitely still has streaks. But these people broke my window! I came w all 4 operating and rolled up. When they were done my front and back window were half way down...didn't think much of it. Then I'm driving on the freeway and try to roll the back one up and it doesn't move!!!! I look and they put take at the top but that shut didn't help. They don't accept liability for things damaged or stolen inside the car but they will be taking liability for DAMAGING the car itself. And then to be so rude and not even say anything. But just stare, ask for the receipt, and walk off. I will never go back.
