I agreed to the price and waited 4 weeks for the part to come in and the repair to be completed. They then charged me $1500. for that repair, handed me the paperwork after they had swiped my cc through the machine. I immediately told them I was over charged, I had been quoted $1000. for the intake manifold repair. The tech Brian told me I would have to discuss with Mark, who wasn't there. I've left letters in the drop box and left vm messages, no one returns my calls. (They did work on another vehicle of mine 2 years ago, almost $4K worth of work on Chevy Colorado.) No longer giving them any more business. Update after speaking with Mark the owner, 5/8/2024. Mark called a few days after I picked up the vehicle. Claims the "repair was a nightmare". All kinds of rust on the intake manifold bolts, 6 of the 8 bolts were rusted out and broke when he tried to remove them. He said the job should have taken him 3 hours but instead it took him 9 hours.(Really???) I told him as a customer who was given an estimate of $1000. for a repair only to be charged 50% more, I was not happy, he should have had a better idea of the condition of the vehicle and the cost to repair (Initially, I had left the vehicle at the shop, he looked the vehicle over and also diagnosed the check engine code issue and that it needed an intake manifold.) I told him given the estimate of $1000., then overcharge of $500., he had lost a customer.

When he came back to have me sign my slip I notice the station says $58 and after I left, something told me to check my bank account, my card was charged $60.34. I turned around and demanded for this thief to give me my money back and he told me to never come back there again even though it was his own fault for overcharging people. I noticed this is a trend happening in this location based on Google and Yelp reviews and I will report to the Better Business Bureau. They're stealing people's money, AVOID PUTTING GAS HERE!!!!

I rate this place 5 stars for the whole experience, from arriving to leaving…read more 1) Super nice and recpectful guys at the gas pumps and the inspection location; 2) Quick in and out for gas or inspection stickers; 3) Excellent value for mechanical repairs without paying for an ARM and LEG and other services not needed; 4) Equipped with Airppump station; wide driveways for customers to drive-in and drive-out and in winter time NO SNOW piles for customer to deal with.
