You can get your gas and some lottery tickets or some milk and bread, etc.. the facility is usually plowed nicely in the winter and kept reasonably clean as far as a gas station is concerned. Parking is a little sketchy as you need to meet her on Shirley Avenue or the side street. I'm sure they do a killer business from the whole neighborhood as there's a Lotta new apartment buildings that have popped up along Shirley Avenue. Staff is pretty polite.
