It has a lot sold in here, including fresh flowers. I called and explained that I had a rose from a funeral that needed to be preserved asap, as I had driven 12 hours home with it. She told me to keep it in water and to give it to her ASAP. I drove down from Spring with the flower. She looked at it and told me it was in decent condition. Whew! She said she would prune and primp it up before preserving it. Dry freezing itself costs $15, dry freezing and putting in a ball cost.. $60 I believe? It is a pretty ball with a ribbon on top. They also sell a hook to hang it on, and said they could put feet on it. Since it was a gift and I wasn't sure about how she felt about it hanging, I asked for feet. The dry freezing process takes a few months, so must be patient. I'll update this whenever I see the final product. The customer service was very friendly and thorough. I will go through them again for all my flower needs.

I asked for a call because I felt there may have been some miscommunication, but she told me to email her instead. Since it was the day before the event, I asked to speak with someone else on her team who was available, but that request was ignored. Unfortunately, there were several issues with our order, including incorrect vase colors, no fruit as shown in the approved mock-up, missing bud vases, and incorrect floral placement on the main photo moment. We also had to pay an additional $24 to add the bud vases that had been missed. As a business owner, I found that disappointing especially for such a small additional amount, as it was an oversight on her end rather than ours. After the event, I emailed to share my concerns and never received a response. Overall, it felt like our event was not taken as seriously as it should have been, and that was reflected in the final execution.

Emails are in fact the best way to contact them. MAXIT's signature garden style design is light and airy with that traditional feel but they can truly design anything your heart desires. We do not deal direct with insurance companies for billing, however If they have any questions, you can have them call me at the office, or contact me via my email address." Brenda Baker A contract was never issued or signed and there was never a change order signed. We received a bid, but never received a contract. We had our shower and tub area remodeled due to a water leak that created mold. The cultured marble is beautiful. However, we experienced poor craftsmanship on multiple areas, numerous delays in scheduling, and price gauging on work they did not perform. We requested a meeting to discuss these issues thru email and was told that Bruce Baker/VP, Craig Baker/President, Thomas Baker/director of operations, and Brenda Baker/Manager will not meet with us! We were billed $9,205.00 for the following: * Remove tub skirt * Disconnect tub & remove * Remove half wall between tub & shower (Not done) * Replace water damaged wood in tub & shower (Homeowner to provide materials. This was added after we had to purchase the materials for the project to continue. No wood was damaged in the tub area.) * Rebuild wall between tub & shower flush with top of tub. (Wasn't rebuilt, just shortened.) (Homeowner to provide materials.) Added when their contractor did not have the required materials and we had to purchase or the project would be further delayed. * Install insulation that was water damaged (Homeowner to provide materials. Same scenario-we had to purchase or project would be further delayed.) * 42 x 72 cultured marble tub and skirt Do you believe this amount without any explanation of costs is called PRICE GAUGING?!!! We never asked for a cultured marble tub-Price-1750.00!!! We expected a tub comparable to the one that was removed. All of the "homeowner to provide materials" was added when the contractor arrived WITHOUT these needed materials and to get him to complete the work and not return a week later, we purchased the insulation and wood, yet was never credited with the purchase. Nothing was dated. BEWARE- DO NOT USE Craig Baker Marble or Premier Kitchen & Bath! You will regret it!
