After the repair, I was initially told there were multiple traffic tickets tied to loaner vehicles and my card was charged without authorization. After several follow-ups, it was later clarified that there was only one ticket, which I then confirmed was not mine. This required unnecessary back-and-forth to resolve and added to the overall frustration. Arlette at the front desk was very helpful and communicative, but overall the length of the repair and the handling of this situation made the experience very disappointing.
