My wife and I were stranded in a parking garage with nails in our tires. We have AAA and are…read morepremium members but after hours of trying to work with them they basically told us we were on our own since they could find a tow truck or any service to help us. They told us we would have to call around locally ourselves. We finally talked with a local garage that put us in touch with Rob. He came almost immediately from 40 mins away to help us in the garage. He was able to repair the tire on site. It was such a relief. He is very attentive, operates with a sense of urgency and seems to truly care about his customers and taking care of them. He is also a pretty nice guy. Highly recommend. First, I didn't know were my car ended up because the officer told me we could be driven home and she would call me when the tow truck showed up, but didn't. I had to call the police dept to track down my car, and when I called Columbus the person on the phone said, "Yeah, we towed it, what are you gonna do with it?!" I called and spoke to Ryan. He quoted me $130 to mount and balance and dispose of four tires for my truck. When I got there. John stepped in and was very disrespectful and condescending and he said that since I didn't buy the tires there, it was gonna cost $300 in lieu of the $130. John is not a very good manager and I would definitely not recommend doing business with him. It's not the first time I had issues with John. He always tries to upsell and the price always seems to go up with these fees that we were never disclosed upon initial quote. If you decide to do business with John make sure you get it in writing. I will no longer be doing business with Town Fair Tire and whoever chooses to, be careful for the switch and bait.
