They told us we would have to call around locally ourselves. We finally talked with a local garage that put us in touch with Rob. He came almost immediately from 40 mins away to help us in the garage. He was able to repair the tire on site. It was such a relief. I called and spoke to Ryan. He quoted me $130 to mount and balance and dispose of four tires for my truck. When I got there. John stepped in and was very disrespectful and condescending and he said that since I didn't buy the tires there, it was gonna cost $300 in lieu of the $130. John is not a very good manager and I would definitely not recommend doing business with him. It's not the first time I had issues with John. He always tries to upsell and the price always seems to go up with these fees that we were never disclosed upon initial quote. If you decide to do business with John make sure you get it in writing. I will no longer be doing business with Town Fair Tire and whoever chooses to, be careful for the switch and bait.

I only got 30 thousand before there was no tread on them. Won't name the tire company but apparently they had lots of problems with this particular tire. John and his crew made this situation right for me. I have been going the City Tire for 20 years, and due to their customer service and commitment to having happy customers will be a local customer for many more years to come.
