Today I was in quite a pickle. Somewhere along my travels I managed to get a long staple stuck in my tire and caused a puncture. I tried to have it resolved at Fahey but they were overbooked and they are very good too, but they were not able to assist me yet they filled my tire until I could get to a service company for assistance. I tried my dealer then Sullivan Tire. They were all booked solid. Then I found this company and within fifteen minutes they had my tire fixed and problem solved. Thirty dollars was all I had to pay and not only did these people save me money they saved my day. I was able to continue errands and accomplish everything I needed to do. Not only do these people care for vehicles they go above and beyond for their customers. If anyone else runs into a flat tire dilemma this is the place to go. read more

Found a nail in my tire and gave Elite Gas and Service a call. They were able to see us on super short notice less than10 minutes. When we arrived, the younger technician got to work right away and was very informative without being condescending. We got the nailed removed and tire plugged in less than 15 minutes! We all agreed that we miss the days when all the cars had dip sticks for oil level checks! The newer cars don't and it is very annoying. I have stopped by for gas occasionally and I'm always greeted and given respect. I was very pleased with their recent immediate attention to my needs of oil added before I had an oil change appointment. Both gentlemen were understanding and reassuring of my quick drive in. My air conditioning fan had failed, which apparently is a common problem with a Volvo my age. I wasn't looking forward to the fix - a google search and Youtube videos show this as an involved process which often includes removing the dash. Elite trouble shot and recommended before doing any dash removal work that I replace the male connector going into the dash as it was "fried". I did this and the car has been working perfectly - now a month after the repair in the heat of the summer. Cost me a fraction of what I expected. Also asked them to find a small leak in the rear tire and do the oil. First rate operation with honest knowledgeable service! read more

Ed checked out my girlfriends car which had many, many problems with it. Ed addressed each and every problem, that he himself found wrong, and not only explained them to me, but showed me exactly what he was talking about. The car needed so much work that Ed informed me that it was not worth having it repaired. He didn't try to talk me into to having it repaired and making a killing, but instead insisted that it wasn't;t worth spending the money.
