Hours are convenient. 7am to 7pm, mon-fri. Had quite of few services worked on here and never had a problem. Bob and his brother are very appreciative & honest. If it's not broke, do not fix it! But had my brakes done, the lines, pads, and calipers and was 1/2the cost of what good year& midas/ meinekee wanted. And Bob always tells you how much it will cost you for the service before u drop it off. And you never have to wait long for service at Town Line. Support local family business at this garage and put the companies trying to rip u off and take your money out. They maintenance/ repair everything but no stickers or alignments, but tires and exhaust service is very reasonable price. But you would expect any mechanic to do the same. But their moral obligation to treat the customer right sets them apart. Bob tells you upfront what needs to be fixed and what can be addressed later. He doesn't gouge the customer with 'surprise' work that adds onto the bill. So when you're told something outside of the expected work NEEDS to be done, you can be sure that it was serious enough to merit immediate attention. I called them to see if I could get a quote for how much a brake fluid flush and air filter change would cost. The guy on the phone was very sweet and patient with me. He explained that I don't really need to get those done even though I told him that I went to Toyota recently to get my oil changed and they said I need to get those done. He said that the dealership always does that but in reality, it's not urgent to get the brake fluid flush as long as the oil is changed. Very grateful for his help. Most places would've told me to come in and get it done so they could make money but not this place. He said I could come in to get those done when my engine lights or oil need changing next time since there's no point in me missing work or taking time out of my day. So I went to Yelp and chose Town Line based on the other reviews, and boy am I pleased I did! Bob gave the car a thorough going over, he initially said that maybe I should keep looking and find another one, but I said I really wanted the car. He then recommended the work that needed to be done. Which, surprisingly, was less than I asked for e.g. I suggested we replace the muffler and he said there was just no need ! in fact, several times he told me 'don't do that, its not necessary'. Have you ever had a garage do LESS work than you thought you needed? This garage is old school. Honest family owners, two or more generations in, who actually want long term customers and try to save you a buck and keep your car safely on the road. As a result, they are busy, but they had my car ready exactly when they said they would.
