I took time off from work for a 2:30 appointment for a permanent crown seating and received a call to reschedule for some excuse (I don't even remember what) but it pushed the appointment out well over a week. As a result my employer is frustrated, I am frustrated, and the person on the other end of the phone is completely oblivious to the fact that not everyone has unlimited time off. I am currently seeking a more user-friendly dentist.

The crown did not fit at all and had to be remade 2 times. Even after the 2nd crown was made I had to go back 2 more times to get it adjusted by the owner. AVOID THIS PLACES AT ALL COSTS. I AM NOW TERRIFIED OF GOING TO THE DENTIST. My new dentist asked for my x-rays. The first phone call they stated they had no x-rays. The second phone call they had x-rays. They sent over 6 x-rays for which 4 of them were from another patient. I had to pay my new dentist for x-rays I didn't need because Riverview is so incompetent.
