I wish yall could use a different eye pad brand to keep the lower lids down. The ones yall use leave glue residue on my lower lashes and I've never experienced that issue with other providers in the past. Also, the store is not that clean. The retail walls are dusty and the bathrooms need a steam clean. I'd toss out the air fresheners in the bathroom too - they are toxic for humans. Last suggestion.... Please please please get rid of the terrible music. I don't know what kind of corporate rule you have but the music yall are playing is the craziest, most obscure, random mix of various terrible genres I've ever heard. It was my first visit today, and I tried the customized facial (calming cleansing, gentle but thorough exfoliation, extraction, massage, mask, upper body massage, finishing cream, and collagen hand mask and massage). The room has dimmed light and the heated bed was very relaxing. The whole process was very calming and I felt that the esthetician was very genuine. She does not attempt to scare you ("If you don't do X, your skin will look bad in 10 years...) to increase her/store sales, and she provided me a lot of tips about how to stay hydrated.
