So I don't usually write reviews but I do often eat Mahi sandwiches. Grilled Mahi, fried Mahi, it's usually the option I go for whenever available. I have been all over the Keys and Puerto Rico so needless to say I've seen my share of good Mahi sandwiches. However, never had I had as good a sandwich as Broadway's Mahi Mahi Sub, it was fresh, succulent, and the homemade tartar sauce was definitely a good call. Another one of our frequent lunch stops, and it stays in our rotation for good reason. Small place, but great sandwiches and a fun staff. Prices are pretty reasonable considering a half sandwich is enough to satisfy a hungry Marine at lunchtime. The Italian and the Cuban are both pretty good and my boss always raves about the steak sandwich. Lunch time isnt usually packed, but a steady flow of people comes through. there are three booths and three or four tables, with the booths being the best spots. read more

In all my 25 years of life, I have never been in a business with better customer service. The owner was beyond wonderful (called me Sweet Melissa after the almond brothers song) and gave me a cookie for it being my first time! Service was extremely fast and the sandwich is DELICIOUS! I am extremely disappointed with this place- I was really looking forward to finally trying it out. They have no system for preparing food in a timely manner. They were all over the place and couldn't get it together. I waited for 20 minutes after ordering my sub and they still had not even started it...at this point I told the woman I couldn't wait any longer as I had to go back to work...and she was just like "ok sorry" didn't even try to help me out. So I am an Italian from NY... just moved to Homestead this week. I grew up with high expectations on food, bread, and subs, and Broadway Subs exceeds every expectation! We ordered a buffalo chicken sub, and an Italian sub. Both were fantastic. The bread was perfect, the meat was fresh, and the subs were huge. On top of perfect food (and yes I mean perfect), they were very friendly and talkative. It was a perfect way to be welcomed to the area. Thank you to all at Broadway. I ordered lunch ahead of my lunch hour to ensure it would get to me on time as I only have 30 minutes. Sadly, for whatever the reason the company delayed the order 30 minutes from the estimated time they advised the food would arrive. I tried to contact them to no avail as the phone was giving a constant busy signal. It was strange because I had ordered from them before and it was on time. Good was excellent as always! Subs are SLAMMING. Can't go wrong with this place. Meals are made to order so you will have to wait a little but it is so worth it.

Working out of Homestead Hospital i was told by a few people that Broadway Subs was the place to go to for lunch. The place it self doesn't look like much, but dont let that turn you away. I got the Philly and fries. The philly was great! They added mushrooms by mistake and were very quit to replace my sub. Its a great sandwich place. give it a go! read more

Just ate here and had the hot California Chicken Sub and it was delicious. They have plenty of free toppings to choose from so you can personalize your sub with all the things you like on a sandwich. I really loved the California sub because it had broccoli and provolone in it. Fries were just how I like them too. Will be back soon. read more

This Broadway Subs is just east of the Lowe's on Campbell. There is a Philly Cheese Steak sign at the street. Pull in and it's toward the rear. My wife and I decided to give it a try. We were impressed! The shop was small and crowded at 2pm. I had the six inch Mahi sub and jane had the six inch ham, egg, and cheese sub. Both were excellent! There was about twice as much Mahi as you get in a fish sandwich iin the Keys. Jane thought hers was the best she's ever had. The people working there were friendly and efficient. John you are a amazing person and I have never had a problem until today when I called in to do nothing more than let Ramune know that they forgot to put onion, pickles and peppers on my wrap... she admitted to not hearing me say pickles but then told me that she watched him saltade the peppers and onions I then told her that I wasn't sure what happened but maybe they forgot to put them on because they were not on it. She then said what are you calling me a liar and hung up on me... Very rude, disrespectful... I never said that and never accused her of that... I hope this is not how they do business... OMG I love their steak and cheese sub with fries and the pink sauce. What is in that pink sauce? Secret they say.... The bread is soft and the meat to bread ratio is perfect to me. Very small place so don't think you are going to find a table or come with a group. The staff is very friendly and very on point to make sure your order is done perfectly. Take out is the best way to enjoy due to space, but I doubt you will make it out of the parking lot. read more

Great subs. Good variety to choose from. They serve fries too. Eat in or take out. A little pricey for a sub place, but it was good. They have great hot subs, Philly cheesesteak and Italian are the ones I've tried. No military discount which was upsetting, considering it's a little overpriced to begin with. read more

The food is great here the problem is management. My co-workers and I order all the time. Our orders seem to have mishaps all the time but we don't complain. This time however one of our co-workers was unable to eat her sub because she is allergic to mushrooms (which was clearly stated upon ordering) so we call to complain. Instead of being apologetic the OWNER pretty much called us liars and went on raving that he himself made the subs and the order was correct. Extremely rude Obnoxious unprofessional individual.
