    Chicken tenders and potato wedges

Hands down best potato wedges I've ever had. They are crispy on the outside, with just the right amount of salt. Gluten free chicken tenders are juicy, cooked perfectly, and (I have celiac) I never get sick eating here. The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly. I highly recommend them! They have regular (not gluten free) options as well. The meals are priced reasonable, with great family meal bundles.

Broasted Brothers is a gem in Plymouth! Our teenage son was recently diagnosed with celiacs and he misses his old favorites like chicken tenders and fries. The gluten free items here are so good you won't be able to tell the difference between them and regular chicken tenders. We love the dry rubs and the assortment of dipping sauce. The owners are so nice and thorough when it comes to careful preparation, making sure there is no cross contamination.

We have been craving fried chicken for the last few days. I recently learned that this business existed and was curious to try something different since it wasn't too far from us. I placed a pick up order, which thankfully was ready way before they estimated. For our meal we got the 8-piece dinner that came with 2 sides and 4 biscuits. We requested the potato wedges and the Mac & Cheese for our sides. After getting home and settling our son down, we were pleased with the way things turned out for the most part. However, our dinner was not perfect and I'll start off with the bad. First off, the Mac & Cheese was not good. I would've given it a 3/5 had they seasoned it, but due to the lack of flavor and unappetizing texture of the cheese sauce I had to take it down one more notch. The potato wedges were absolutely delicious, but just a bit too salty. The fried chicken was definitely the best part of the meal and had a good balance of crunchy skin and juicy meat. The biscuits were also very good, especially with melted butter. For our sauces we got ranch, boom boom (spicy mayo based sauce) and golden BBQ. I enjoyed all of the sauces, but I didn't feel like they were unique or really stood out from similar establishments. Despite any shortcomings, definitely worth the $30

New, well-maintained restaurant with gracious staff.

I spied the restaurant as I rushed into Busch's to grab a snack. Did I misread or is there truly a place for broasted chicken within easy driving distance from home? How did I ever miss it? A few short minutes later, I was through the door. According to the posted sign, the chicken is cooked to order so I knew a wait was in order. That was okay as there was comfy seating by the order counter and the friendly and helpful staff let me know that it would take 9 minutes. He also periodically counted down the time, which I appreciated. The digital menu listed the typical offerings: chicken tenders, wings, chicken and waffles, and of course, broasted chicken. I had to have the latter, of course. 3 pieces, thighs, please. Because I also wanted the coleslaw, I ordered the meal option, which typically comes with cornbread. I have to say that the chicken was fantastic, even though I opted not to have the crispy skin (no carbs!) The restaurant is new; I loved the overall aesthetics and cleanliness of the space.

Great service. Great people! Chicken tendies are particularly fantastic. Good selection of dipping sauces to choose from.

Service was extremely slow! Chicken was mediocre and sides were all terrible. Nothing tasted homemade. All felt like it was from a box mix.

I ordered a fish slider, a chicken slider, and a bacon cheeseburger slider, and they were all really good. The fish slider was especially tasty and probably my favorite. The fries had a light crisp to them and the flavor was pergect! My custom order took about 15 minutes, which seemed pretty reasonable, and it was definitely worth the wait. The sliders had a fresh, homemade taste that really set them apart from typical sliders you might get somewhere else. The prices were pretty fair too and seemed about the same as other similar spots around here. My order was $23 which included the custard shake My to-go order came in a sturdy cardboard box, which I liked. They also included ketchup packets, and napkins. The only downside was that it was packed so full the lid didn't close all the way. With three sliders, fries, and a couple seasonings all in one box, everything got a little squished by the time I opened it. Using two boxes for bigger orders might help keep the food in better shape and make it look a little more appealing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, there was plenty of parking, including handicap parking. I also liked that the drink station was self-serve, so you can grab your own drink and refills. They even offer catering, which is a great option for parties and events. Overall, it was a great experience with fresh food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for a great customer experience!

They listed what pop products they have (Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, lots of great choices!) in a concise manner. It took roughly 5 mins for our food to be ready once we pulled up to the window. Food smelled delicious in the car, and was very satisfying to eat. The buns are brioche and went really well with the burger. Fries were a 4/5, thicker and adequately seasoned! Onion rings were very crispy and had a lot of batter on them, they were a 4/5 as well. Overall, a good experience, and I'm excited to go again! I would imagine eating in the restaurant right when our food came out would've enhanced the experience.

Sandwiches are under $10 and are huge, even for the regular size (I can't even imagine how big the large size is). They are generous with the meat too which I appreciate. I've placed a couple of pickup orders and it's been reliable and easy every time. Service is friendly, they have bathrooms and a back patio with outdoor seating. No wifi though which is a bummer as it would be a nice place to work while having lunch. The menu is large and you can customize your sandwiches. Picture attached is last order receipt, and what was received. I even included what needs to be on the sandwich to make it easier for them. They don't have delivery drivers, they use third party service (no disclosure of that on the app). so your only options are to drive up there for new sandwich or get refunded.
