My order was $23 which included the custard shake My to-go order came in a sturdy cardboard box, which I liked. They also included ketchup packets, and napkins. The only downside was that it was packed so full the lid didn't close all the way. With three sliders, fries, and a couple seasonings all in one box, everything got a little squished by the time I opened it. Using two boxes for bigger orders might help keep the food in better shape and make it look a little more appealing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, there was plenty of parking, including handicap parking. I also liked that the drink station was self-serve, so you can grab your own drink and refills. Based on that experience, it honestly makes sense why the place didn't seem very busy when we walked in.
