Such a hidden gem ! This has been the best Mediterranean food I have had in a while ! Service was fantastic, the person serving us was so friendly and took her time, the cook even came out and checked on us, we were a party of 4 and came here for an early Mother's Day lunch I ordered bowl with Moroccan chicken and everything was full of flavor. It came with couscous , rice and greens, red pepper hummus, tzatziki, and unlimited toppings as well. 1 bowl was around $14 super affordable and more than filling ! Also a tip, ask for extra tzatziki, garlic sauce and harissa! Casual dining with seating inside and outside

Delicious and worth it. More healthy than most Mediterranean restaurants. The owner is really nice. Also, big portion served!

Harris Ranch beef bowl (Top-right) & chicken bowl (Bottom-right) w garlic sauce. The greens/toppings on the side. AMAZING, loved it!

Traveling home to Clovis on Hwy 99 n/b and decided to stop for late lunch in south valley area 1/7/26 for Mediterranean food. Yelp searched a place based on Rating, "Brochettes Grill" in Dinuba came up. Read reviews and saw pictures; had to try it. Upon entering, explained my first time there and ask for recommendations. Owner Reda allowed me to sample the different meats, toppings, and sauces; the food concept French-Moroccan style influence. I decided on the Beef bowl and Moroccan Chicken bowl, so I can have left-overs for the next day. BOWLS: Flavored basmati rice or couscous, beef is from Harris Ranch (prime quality) thinly sliced and well seasoned. There are two chicken flavors; I chose Moroccan. Variety of greens, toppings, and sauces to choose from (other posters have included pix of it). Since Reda knew I was taking leftovers home, he purposely separated the greens and topping in another bowl. The pix shows my (2) bowls and the greens/toppings on the side. While there are plenty of good Mediterranean restaurants in my hometown Fresno/Clovis, I would describe Brochettes Grill as AMAZING!! The flavors are unique and fresh, made from scratch. Literally build your bowl. The owner is the chef, so you can count on consistency and quality. His wife Brenda there as well; either can provide detailed description in the preparation of the foods. Once you try their food, you'll start planning another visit soon. YES, it's DELICIOUS, AMAZING, SCRUMPTIOUS, ...... Loved it!! Will be back!

The food was excellent, and each topping was placed gingerly by the Hispanic lady who informed me of all the choices- the chicken marinated in two different ways, Harris Ranch Kafka sausage, and shrimp. Service was really great, the older gentleman was very nice, and conscientious about my wait. He also brought us a sample of the chicken. It was very moist, filled with herbs, subtle flavor. I loved the bell pepper hummus, jalapeño cilantro, and regular hummus. The Kalamata olives, pickled onions, potatoes marinated were all very meticulously made and served. Ambiance was great, nice interior, good places to eat. Overall, very good quality of food, and would like to return to try the sandwich

All I can say is WOW! This is one of the central valleys little hidden gems. Dinuba is lucky to have a place like this. It's about a 20 minute drive for me, that I will gladly make anytime. The food is flavorful and fresh. I got a chicken bowl and it was one of the best meals I have had in years. The menu is very straight forward with lots of options to choose from. Portions are more than reasonable and their prices are spot on. If the delicious food wasn't reason enough to go, the service is just as great. The owners are so kind hearted and welcoming. You can tell that they have put their heart and soul into preparing the food and the restaurant. Samples are provided if you are unsure about a topping and the hospitality feels like your grandmother is hosting you. To top it all off, the restaurant itself is clean and very well maintained. Hidden gems like this deserve the recognition and the spotlight. I have found my new favorite go to spot that I will share to my friends and families. Do not hesitate to try it out. You will not be disappointed.

Food is amazing..... they will allow you to sample, if you've never ordered. Ordered a Kafka on Pita Baguette w/ garlic chicken Garlic bowl with cuscús and rice. Owner and his wife Brenda are great people. Love to see individuals from other counties with business. It is small location, but it's cool while you wait for your order. Be prepared for about a 10-15 minute wait protein is made to order (I love this)

I got the lamb mixed grill lunch plate with medium lamb kebabs, chicken and beef kebabs with rice pilaf and fattoush salad. ($27/$30 with tip). You can see the chef prepare your food in the open kitchen. The food is vibrant, flavorful, and came out hot. The lamb is tender and didn't have a gamey taste. The chicken was citrusy and juicy. The beef kebab was cooked to perfection as well. The baklava was sweet, crisp, flaky and fresh. I'll try the gyro and falafel next time!

I passed through for work so it was fine for a quick meal after a long day, but disappointing. My falafel wrap was small, the flavor was ok. I also ordered the mezze platter. They loaded it up with tzatziki but the portions of the other dips were not equal. It made me wonder if they were trying to get rid of the tzatziki? Also, they only gave me 3 pitas, which were dry, almost stale. I had so much leftover dip and nothing to eat it with. So I had to throw the extra away :( I probably won't come back next time I'm in town. It just didn't taste very fresh if I'm honest. And portions were way off.

I chose the beef/lamb gyro option, and everything came together perfectly--the tzatziki sauce, Greek rice, veggies, and meat were all flavorful and well-balanced. The pita bread slices on the side were a nice bonus. The ordering style is counter service--you order, grab a seat, and wait for your food. My order was ready quickly, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained. The only downside is parking: the lot is tiny and usually full, and street parking is limited. Luckily, I was able to find a spot. Overall, it's a solid choice for a tasty and satisfying lunch.

So I stopped at Kabab Twist, thinking a gyro and salad would be a decent, quick meal. Big mistake. Took one bite of the gyro and immediately regretted it. The meat was dry, flavorless, and tasted like it had been sitting around way too long. The salad wasn't any better--limp greens and a dressing that tasted like it came straight from a bottle of disappointment. After two bites total, the whole plate went straight in the trash. That should tell you everything you need to know. Avoid. This place somehow managed to mess up Mediterranean food, and that's saying something.

This is counter ordering with limited seating in the area and a little more in the mall hallway - quiet for our weekday lunch but might be less so when busy. No problem - just take out, because the food is worth it. I had a chicken shawarma plate so tasty I didn't even need the garlic sauce, and the pilaf was light and fluffy. My companions enjoyed their gyro and chicken wraps, the latter having a little spice kick. Side salads were nothing out of the ordinary, but side French fries were plentiful. The counter worker (possibly the owner) was helpful and attentive. It's a little hard to spot because the only sign outside is for all the shops in the little mall. Just look for the mall sign and head through the door (it feels like you might be entering one of these shops but you're not) and straight to the back - it's well marked. You might evening enjoy the other shops too, as I did.

I took a star off due to the seating..horribly tight seating and not enough tabletop space for cocktails, water glasses, appetizers, etc and way too loud. Kept hearing dishes being banged, etc everything just seemed to echo. Our waitress was friendly and engaging and definitely busy. The ambiance is casual and unfortunately not a great location for large groups. Here's what we had. Cocktail: 1. Old Fashioned: 4/10, bourbon was a bit too "oaky" I would have preferred WhistlePig, Buffalo Trace or Angels Envy. Cherry garnishment was thrown in the glass, no pick. Just a sad cocktail. Appetizers: 1. French fries; shoestring potatoes 10/10 2. Fried Artichoke Hearts: Lightly Fried Artichoke Hearts Served with Basil Cream. Unfortunately, there were so many bracts (tough leaves), we had to keep spitting them out. But the artichoke hearts were fantastic. 7/10 Mains: 1. FREE-RANGE CHICKEN MARSALA Rocky's Pasture Raised Chicken, Cremini Mushrooms, a Creamy Marsala Wine Sauce, atop hand-cut Pasta, served with Sautéed Vegetables. Overall the dish was fantastic, except for the overcooked pasta. 8/10 2. ALFREDO DÍ BUFALA Bronze cut Pappardelle pasta, Bistro Creamy Alfredo Sauce, Parmigiano Reggiano & Pecorino Romano, Parsley add free range chicken breast for an additional fee. Pasta and chicken were cooked perfectly. 10/10 3. Red wine reduction steak with asparagus and roasted potatoes 10/10 Dessert: 1. Pistachio Cake: a light cake, perfect way to end a meal. 10/10 2. Chocolate Cake: 7/10 (reminded me of a Costco sheet cake (basic chocolate cake with a mousse chocolate filling) nothing special. Despite the misses, I would eat here again.

Not so tough and awkward. Today March 28, 2026 is our 2nd visit. We arrived first in the party of 6. They led us to the first table. Two booth seats and a table with 4 chairs. Perfect. Next they have us menus and took our drink orders. As it turns out it was waters for 5 of us and 1 lemonade. As people arrived they individually took out drink orders. Once we got settled they took out orders. I ordered the shawarma, a wrap with tri tip, lettuce, tomato, parsley, tahini sauce. Wrapped in a pocket bread. It comes with: salad, rice, or fries. I got the salad. was delicious. I loved their dressing. The shawarma was delicious. I love how small they cut up the meat and the flavoring. The wait staff was very attentive and checked back with us a few times. Refilling waters, asking us if we wanted boxes. She even came with the boxes as she asked us so all she had to do was pass them out. The restaurant is bright and clean, thought a little cool. They turned off the fans for us and it was perfect.
