Value meal #1 is 2 hot dogs/texas hots, fries and a drink for $13.99. Texas hots were spectacular as always and the fries were surprisingly better than most. They were that good that the stood out. Service was fast and friendly and they made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is something that I've missed in most restaurants these days. Totally old school local diner vibes where everyone is treated like a familiar face (whether they are or not). Treat yourself. Take some time out of your day and go back in time and enjoy all the simple things in life. Places like Louie's Texas Hots deserve our patronage. I've been getting emails with specials from Jessie's, so I decided to stop in one day I didn't bring lunch. There was not much ready-to-eat food, so I grabbed a chicken salad with crasins from the cooler, which was pretty good on the go. Today I placed a mobile order for chicken cordon blue sandwich with fries, got a text when it was ready for pick up, about 20 minutes later. They use an app called Takeout Taxi that's similar to DoorDash, very convenient when you only have 30 minutes for lunch, but you can't order the specials on the app. You can call ahead too. It's nice to have a place inside the building to get good food.
