No. They are reserved for large parties. This was a Thursday night and, as I said, there were four people at the bar. I was discussing this with the bartender when a guy came up behind us and said we could not sit in any of the chairs or sofas. We could only sit at the bar or or one of two high-tops. He looked like a bouncer and sloppy. I told him if a large party came in, we would gladly surrender our seats to them. Still NO.
