When I googled this part u can find it for 120.00. Also if you use your card to pay be prepared to be charged the fee. Mine was an extra 21.00. He said when my car was done it was gonna be 600, when I got there it was 768. Had I just bought the part myself n his labor was 196 I could've came out way cheaper. He also had to lyft me which was only 8 bucks n wouldn't let me use the 10% coupon cuz he paid for the lyft. He also stated he was going to look for a better gas cap n he did but failed to tell me it was 50 bucks! I could've probably found that cheaper on my own or at least been told hey just so u know I found a gas cap n it's gonna cost you this much n then let me decide if I wanted to spend that much. But the work got done n I can't complain it's only been a few weeks, n I did like that Ray was nice. Just wish he hadn't flip flopped with the cost. He turned out not being any cheaper than the other quotes minus the gas cap n credit card fees.

I called a few times and they left me a message on my phone. I didn't listen to the message entirely, however, when I called, the person was hard of hearing (understandable) but then when I explained my situation and just asked for a quote he rudely explained to me what kind of paint damage happens on cars and how they are a year out because no one wants to work. I get that, however, the way he said it was inappropriate, even for someone just inquiring. I do not recommend this business to new customers at all.

I knew where to take my car. Joe takes care of mechanical work and his brother Mike takes care of the body shop side. Once again, wow. Mike took care of making arrangements for payment from the other guy's insurance and after dropping off my car, even drove me to the rental car agency. They did amazing work. The car looks great. Later I thought I found some small nicks (I love this car so I'm trying to keep it in great shape) on a hood decal that MIGHT not have been there before. I wasn't sure and asked what he thought. Since I wasn't sure I offered to pay for the replacement decals and installation. He wouldn't let me, not even half. He decided to just take care of it for free. Wow. Now I felt bad since I really wasn't 100% sure that it was from them and no matter how many times I offered to pay in full or half it didn't matter. So yes, everything from the guy backing into me turned out great. Then, months later I hit a curb pretty hard and damaged my front splitter. It's carbon fiber and it was cracked beyond repair. Well, I knew where to go. This time there was no insurance involved and once again, great work and again he was just a nice guy. And he gave me a smoking price. I am so happy with this shop I'm now trying to think of other things I need painted. I have a motorcycle helmet that I dropped and am going to bring them to clean up the scuff and my wife's fender has a pretty big ding on it. I can't recommend this shop enough. It makes you feel a bit better about this sometimes messed up world when you find an honest shop that does great work. So, guys, I'll be back!

My vehicle is low to the ground and it literally ripped the bottom sides up, also damaging my hood, front bumper and splitter. The insurance company recommended quite a few body shops and thought I'd choose the best rated of them all. The next morning I arrive to hand over my keys and have a rental car agency ready to pick me up. Within 10 minutes the owner pulls me aside to inform me they can't do specialty cars, so back to square one. After spending hours calling dozens of shops, they all give me the same response, and basically saying they'll do your basic vehicle with only OEM parts, leaving me frustrated. A friend told me about Stratton Motor Cars and now thankful none of the others could. I arrived much earlier than my appointment, entered the front office where at first no one was around and rang the bell for service. The door to the shop opened, and I was first greeted by a nice gent who then informed the owner I was there. I then saw a few more employees who most likely just returned from lunch, and they all took the time to introduce themselves and welcome me! Think about this; friendly people at a body shop? Front office was immaculate, organized and clean? Even the huge shop in back was cleaner than most people's garage? Has anyone ever witnessed such a thing??? After seeing there reviews which are all 5 stars, knowing they work on high-end cars, a clean and organized office, and shockingly, service with a smile at a body shop! To conclude, my car looks even better than the day I purchased it! They replaced everything, painted it, and re-wrapped it with precision! After finding out they also do routine maintenance, they've earned the right to my business and no one else will ever touch my car! By then the car with all the tools have left and one person was left working with the car without the proper tools. After that he excused himself and told me that another person will be coming out within an hour to re-do my car. Yes an hour later I was met with a person who genuinely cared and did a good job taking care of all my concerns. I should be met with multiple people on two different occasions for the promise job to be delivered. Will not use again.

To add salt to the wound, we learned that somebody on his team, while they did the oil change, they bent a piece of metal, the coil going to the heater core (sorry, I'm not a car expert) and in so doing, sabotaged the radiator. It was only a month later, I drove the car into a more reputable place down the street, with liquid spurting from the hood as I barely managed to roll in. The mechanic there told us about the bent coil and that it must have been done on purpose and it could only have been this chop shop. Sadly, it's not possible to put ZERO stars.
