I brought my bike here because I was referred by a friend. Nothing too serious, just wanted to increase the value a little bit, adjust the clutch, add a new seat and fix the headlights. I wasn't in a hurry and figured the small things that needed to be done wouldn't take too long. There was 0 communication. Every time I called or stopped by Sam assured me the bike was being worked on and I would be able to pick the bike up soon. After 2 MONTHS I spoke to Sam and he said to come by and pick up the bike up on this date, at this time and assured me it was done. Being a shop owner myself, I closed down my shop for the day and drove up there to pick my bike up. When I got there the bike was not done and never touched. Sam asked me to wait 30 minutes after he assured me it was done and ready to be picked up. So that pissed me off since it has been 2 months and and nothing was done. He was going to do all the work in 30 mins. I confronted Sam the owner about it and he lost his shit in a totally unprofessional manner. He started yelling at me and told me he cant stop working on other peoples bikes or he wouldn't get anything done. He told me to go fuck myself and get the bike out of his shop screaming like a child. When I came back with my trailer, Sam just apologized and said he was in a bad mood. Still charged me $500. I don't know what I was paying for but a 2 month storage fee? I would never treat a customer that way. Don't go here Period. They have no idea what is going on over here and they treat their customers like shit.

The bikes rake and trail was offset resulting in a dangerous wobble, misaligned fork compression adjuster, rear shock rebound adjuster set to the wrong side, including numerous nicks, and scratches throughout. Botched work to say the least. Had to reach out to a suspension tuning expert and take it to a local dealership to have the rear shock rebound adjuster flipped over. Very disappointing.

Jeff is always a pleasure to deal with in person or over the phone. It is usually pretty easy to get in for service, even on short notice. I have never had any issues with my bike after service is completed. It is a bit pricey, but I think that is pretty much anywhere you go these days. However, you get what you pay for here. The sales floor doesn't have the biggest selection of street bikes. They typically have a few BMW GS & RT models on the floor, but you will most likely need to order the bike you want. They do have a large selection of KTM dirt bikes on the sales floor if you're looking to get dirty. They also offer a fairly large selection of riding gear for both street and dirt. When having service performed, there is a waiting room on the sales floor. In there, you will find seating, magazines and coffee by Keurig. They have also some cool historical photos of different riders over the year. If you're looking for a quality BMW service provider, CalMoto is great.
