This was our first time ever trying Broken Yolk, and we had such a good experience! We came in for an early breakfast around 8 AM, and let me tell you, the Bloody Mary flight is HANDS DOWN one of the best bangs for your buck. For only $15, you get four mini Bloody Marys, and EACH ONE has a full shot in it! At one point I was drinking them and literally thought, "Wait a minute... is this a whole shot in each one?! Because if it is, I'm about to get wasted off these four little Bloody Marys." Thankfully, my husband helped me finish them! You get four different versions, vodka, lemon infused vodka, tequila, and gin. The vodka ones were definitely my favorites, tequila came in third, and gin was last for me. I'm not really a gin girl, but even that one was still good. Seriously, if you're looking for some early-morning drinks and a nice little head buzz with breakfast, GET THE FLIGHT. Such a good value! For food, my husband and I shared the chilaquiles and got them with both the red and green sauces so we could try both. They were really good, and I'd definitely order them again. My son went with the classic pancakes and bacon, and even the pancakes were really good! Sometimes breakfast places somehow manage to mess up a basic pancake, but these were fluffy and yummy, definitely kid-approved. We got there early enough that we were seated immediately, but this place filled up FAST. It was Labor Day weekend, so I'm sure that contributed, but I was still shocked at how busy it was getting around 8 AM. Our server was really cool, fun, friendly, and took great care of us in the beginning. She eventually got completely swamped and wasn't able to check in as much, but honestly, we already had everything we needed, so it wasn't a problem for us. The atmosphere definitely gives you that fun brunch vibe. The only thing I thought was missing was better music to really complete the experience, especially being in Vegas. But overall, great food, fun drinks, good service, and that Bloody Mary flight alone is enough to bring me back. Five stars from us! Unfortunately, our experience at this location was really disappointing. We've eaten at this restaurant before and have always been familiar with the food, but this was our first time at this particular location. The service was extremely slow and seemed very disorganized. I had to ask three different people just to get two glasses of water. My husband and I ordered drinks, but they didn't arrive until after our food had already been served. The food itself was okay, but it honestly tasted like everything had been sitting in a food warmer. My French toast came out with a pat of butter on top that didn't even melt. Nothing tasted particularly fresh or made to order. To top it off, our server brought us the wrong check and then said, "Oh goodness, I'm bad at everything I do..." -- which certainly didn't inspire much confidence in the service. Although it was really busy, they moved quickly. We waited less than 20 minutes for a table for two. The restaurant was very clean and a little eclectic. The hostess was friendly and our waiter, Kevin, was helpful. The menu has a lot of great options, I could barely choose. We started with the Tropical Flight. I loved each flavor. We're not big drinkers so it was the perfect size to share. I also got a chai tea Latte. It was absolutely delicious. For my meal, I got the Sweet Trio combo. It came with the Cinna-bon pancake, two slices of the almond French toast, and the Tiki Toast. My sweet tooth has never been happier. Date of visit: July 25, 2026 After visiting the location off Saint Rose Parkway, I was eager to try out the location near Town Center, not having spent any time over there in my relatively short stint in Vegas thus far. Similar to Saint Rose, there's a lot to love at this Broken Yolk but still some opportunity for improvement. First, thumbs up for the use of the Yelp Waitlist! Like most people, I absolutely loathe waiting for a table--especially if the place doesn't have a ton of room to wait. While Broken Yolk isn't necessarily hurting for space, the sheer number of people at 10 a.m. on a Saturday is sizable and we ended up standing for several minutes before being seated, but again, had we not joined the Waitlist early, we would have been hanging out for quite some time. Host staff was wonderful and the text was right on time. Kade was our server and he was Johnny on the Spot at first, almost a bit to the point of pressuring my friend to make a decision on food (he's a lovely, lovely man but can be a bit indecisive). We made decisions and then the rest of the experience was a bit slower: took quite a while for a coffee refill and I had to snag Kade to get it. Similarly, when it was time for a check and a box, we could have given up the table several minutes earlier but we needed Kade to help us complete the transaction! Food was good--the Betty's Southern Biscuits and Gravy with chicken tenders was fantastic. The service once we were at our table was ok. The server we had was as simple and sweet as they come. Nothing too memorable or personable tho. That was disappointing with this place unloading tons of personality on the inside. The restaurant is really on the loud and trendy side with hard rock music blasting along with TV monitors overpowering the music with sports games. Broken Yolk Cafe was recommended to us by a manager at Thrifty Car Rentals. So we ventured over. We were sat and our server Stephanie came right over to get our drink order. Was asked her what her favorites were on the menu and she was quick to provide and few. When we were sat the individual who sat is mentioned the Biscuits and gravy and the homefries. So I asked to try the gravy. At first, I was iffy, but ended up getting just that with chicken, the others ordered the Ranchero Skillet and Nutella Crepes. Stephanie has a great attitude, a beautiful smile, is knowledgeable and good at upselling..lol Our food was served quickly and hot. The presentation was nice and the food was quite tasty. I'll add, she knew I was iffy on the gravy so requested it be served on the side. I've not tried biscuits and gravy with crispy chicken prior and it did not disappoint. We visited the Town Square location and while we waited for a table, we went shopping at the nearby Total Wines. The menu is extensive, but I loved that you could get a side of almost everything. It was almost too stuffed with my selections. The tomatoes made the omelette a little wetter than I would have liked. Now let's talk biscuit. It was huge. Definitely satisfied with my creation. The Country Skillet was a generous portion of sliced potatoes topped with eggs, ham, onion, green pepper, and country gravy. While it was a good dish, it didn't wow me like the pancakes did. I thought the gravy could have had more flavor and it was slightly clumpy/thick for my liking. All in all - for two people we were stuffed.
