If you're in Vegas and looking for a great breakfast/brunch spot to eat at, come here! It's a Filipino-Hawaiian establishment with lots to offer. I personally think, BabyStacks is better than a lot of breakfast cafes in Hawaii! I ordered the Portuguese fried rice which is wrapped in an omelette. It's tasty and delicious and I even recommend ordering a side of spam to make things better. I loved their Ube pancake and Guava pancake!! They're loaded with lots of syrup and authentic flavors. I can't get enough and I want to already come back for them again. They serve big here so make sure to come with an appetite. They have so much to offer here and I'm sure they're all amazing. I'm so glad I found this place! Mahalo and Salamat!
Came here for breakfast. The place can get busy. We got a Hawaiian Benedict which was okay. The gravy didnt have much flavor. We also got a loco moco. The garlic fried rice was okay. We've definitely had better. The ube pancakes were good. It was sweet but good.
I have not been to this location yet since It opened here in Chinatown. It is located next to Gyu. I am not a big fan of the parking lot here if you come on weekends. This location is smaller than their other locations. My friend and I got the adobo egg fried rice and ube pancakes. Babystacks is always on point regardless which location. I have not had these in a while and it all still tasted very good!! Ube pancakes were absolutely delish like always. I could never find ube or red velvet pancakes like theirs! Great service! Popular tourist area. I will stick with the other locations though.

Big menu of Pacific Islander-inspired sweet and savory options. I got the Lolo Rick's Adobo Fried Rice. So good! And a good portion too. Will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in Vegas. Service was good. Friendly staff. Easy parking in front.

They don't have a lot of drink options. I was mainly looking for specialty lattes. Service was a little off, but nothing to the extent.

My friends got the veggie skillet with a side of lemon ricotta pancake. I loved the strawberry guava pancakes! Highly recommend. The omlette was good and fairly standard and came with a side of potatoes. I thought the lemon ricotta pancake was ok, it was more like a Swedish pancake rather than American style. I would go back here especially for the strawberry guava pancakes. Service was excellent and very fast even for a weekend. We only waited about 15 minutes at 10:30 am.

Was in the area for a couple hours before making the drive to Sedona and got hungry and came here. Great choice!!! The ube babystack pancakes were fire!! Not overly sweet but loved the glaze on them. Pancakes were super soft and fluffy and was a great compliment to the sisig that I ordered. Sisig was served with a side of garlic fried rice and 2 eggs cooked to your liking. Sisig had a modern twist to it but was still tasty Food came out fast and service was attentive. The restaurant was a small casual diner, good for about 2-4 people in your party to sit comfortably. Located in the Chinatown area plenty of parking.
We really liked our food. My sister and I split a savory dish and the ube pancakes. The ube pancakes had a good texture and without the sauces, it's not super sweet at all. We got the sausages with rice and it was pretty good! There were so many dishes here that I wanted to try but we weren't super hungry. Next time I plan to come when I'm hungry so we can try more stuff. We're visiting from out of town so it'll probably be still a while before I can come back.

The restaurant is in a busy plaza so parking might be a little hard to find. It's a casual spot with tables to accommodate big parties. The service was friendly and quick. I love how you are able to make a lot of substitutions with your sides. I got the lolo rick adobo fried rice and it was flavorful, not dried, and hit the SPOT. I was able to get the guava strawberry pancakes as my side and those were sweet and the perfect dessert to my friend rice. The strawberries tasted fresh and weren't too sour. I did think the garlic rice my girlfriend got could had been more garlicky because it tasted kind of bland even after adding a little salt and pepper. Her sourdough came with a good generous amount of butter on it already which I loved. I needed to get some work done and they had a table with an outlet I was able to plus my laptop in thanks! I would def recommend trying this spot out!

We were looking for a good breakfast spot near AREA15 and came across this place on Yelp. I'm glad we gave it a try because it did not disappoint. The food was really good, and the portions were generous. The service was also great and everything came out pretty quickly. The restaurant is small inside, but that didn't bother us at all. The food was fresh, filling, and reasonably priced. Definitely a great breakfast spot if you're in the area. We would definitely come back! read more
BabyStacks is one of the OG breakfast spots that we've been fans of since they opened up their first cafe on North Buffalo in 2010. This Chinatown location is smaller than their other locales, but does have patio seating that you can choose if the weather is permitting. You can count on great service and ono eats here. My favorite pancakes are the signature red velvet and the cinnabun. Lolo Rick's Adobo Fried Rice is always a great choice that is big enough to share. The breakfast favorite combos are good, too, and you can upgrade the buttermilk pancakes to one of the 23 classic pancake flavors offered. Be sure to check the specials board for anything off-menu for the day. Expect a line and a wait if you go on the weekends. read more

Brunched at BabyStacks Cafe and it did not disappoint. The menu has a wide variety from pancakes, crepes, and waffles to Filipino-Hawaiian inspired dishes. As an ube lover, I had to try the Ube French toast, and i love that it was crusted with macadamia nuts which gave it a nice crunch. I initially ordered their Ube Longanisa Breakfast Burger but they were already sold out :( ...so I ended up ordering their kalbi with garlic fried rice. The restaurant is small so definitely get there early especially on the weekends. Overall, the it's a great brunch spot in Chinatown with plenty of unique options. I'll definitely be back! read more

Ambiance: 4.5 Stars It is super casual and chill vibe. 70's / 80's Pop and Rock music. Perfect for your digestion. Grooving and swaying to the music while you are enjoying the many selections of food. It has about a dozen tables 2-4 people and a large table best situated for communal, friends or family gatherings. Service: 4.5 Stars great server! She was friendly, had a smile on face and was pleasant to talk with. She checked on her patrons a few times and filled my coffee twice without asking. Food: Solid 3.5 Stars The food was good but nothing stood out except the eggs. I ordered the Traditional Eggs Benedict 3.75 Stars - toasted English muffin, topped with poached eggs, Canadian bacon and Hollandaise sauce. Served w hash browns. The eggs were perfectly poached and the creamy yolk enhanced the thick slice of Canadian bacon. The hollandaise sauce was lacking. It needed a splash of lemon juice and paprika. I added Tabasco to add a bit of heat. The hash browns had a crispy exterior, and hot and soft inside. Definitely needed salt. As an extra, I ordered a side of buttermilk pancakes. 3.75 Stars Light, fluffy and Golden brown. The batter was ok. The cakes were about 6", great as a side item. Also the coffee was good, black and strong. It reminded me when my in-laws owned a restaurant and I made the coffee for our customers. So if you want a hearty and satisfying meal, drop in for breakfast or lunch. Definitely will be back when I visit the city again. read more

Baby stats cafe has a Hawaiian inspired breakfast and brunch menu.They have a variety of flavorful pancakes. We try the red velvet and the strawberry. And both were amazing. The place is relatively small (it's a cafe), but they can accommodate groups. The waitstaff were very attentive. They close at 2p. If you are in the area, it's worth the stop by. read more

We came for brunch on a weekend day and were told it would be a 30 minute wait, but luckily we were seated sooner. We were seated at the end of the long table in the middle of the restaurant and didn't mind sitting next to other parties. Items ordered: - Loco moco: Don't let the portion size deceive you because even though it looked small, it fills you up! Gravy was thick but flavorful, and you can substitute for garlic rice. Potatoes on the side were crispy though could use a bit more flavor. - Red velvet pancakes: I love how the pancakes come with chocolate chips in them and it tasted like a red velvet cake! One of the best red velvet pancakes! - Ube pancakes: Great flavor of ube from the ube sauce and the pancakes were soft and fluffy. Would get these again! Definitely want to come back so I can try one of their other pancake flavors! The list of flavors for pancakes was extensive! read more

Came on a Sunday around 12pm with a party of 5! The wait was estimated around 30 minutes but we were seated quicker! What we ordered: - Loco Moco (4/5) - the gravy was delicious, eggs done perfectly and rice portion generous! The meat patty was a little dry for my taste even with the gravy - Ube pancakes (5/5) - absolutely fantastic! I loved the flavor and texture of these pancakes. The vanilla sauce was far too sweet for me but it comes on the side and easy to not pour. - Red Velvet pancakes (5/5) also amazing flavor! Tastes just like a red velvet cake :) read more
The location was a little hidden when we were looking for it. Once we got there we got seated pretty quickly. I must say the place is rather small but we made the most of it. We ordered our food and got our drinks very quickly. The coffee was not the greatest but I drank it . The menu did have a lot of choices I just felt that it was really expensive. For just eggs and sausage and toast it was $15!! Like that's just a basic breakfast, nothing of specialty. I ordered the french toast combo and the presentation was missed I must say. I ordered scrambled eggs and they came out very runny, the bacon I had asked for extra crispy which came out great. My French toast was just once slice of toast cut in half with a vanilla topping on top which is cold. So when I started eating my french toast they were cold from the topping. Which was not to my liking, and my plate was $16 which I thought was crazy. Another issue I had was my husband had toast come out way to late, he pretty much was done with his breakfast and then the person brought his toast. read more
Stopped by Babystacks for breakfast with my friend and really enjoyed it! We hadn't been before, so was great to try something new. We decided to order two meals to share and upgraded both to include specialty pancakes. Kalbi, Garlic rice and eggs: this was delicious. Classic kalbi, can't go wrong there. The garlic rice upgrade was great, the flavor of the garlic really stood out. Side of Peanut Butter pancakes with chocolate chips - good pancakes, had a nice fluffy texture and the PB flavor came through, but wasn't overwhelming. Corned Beef hash and eggs with hashbrowns - this was your standard corned beef hash, and hit the spot! We ordered hashbrowns since we already got rice with the other dish, and they were really good. Nice and crispy! Side of Ube pancakes - these were really yummy, but pretty decadent. They were also a little sweet for my liking, but my friend thought they were perfect! It was a lot of food, so maybe I wouldn't upgrade to add pancakes next time or I'd only get pancakes (unless whoever i'm with is down to share an order of both!) The service was great. Enrollment was very friendly and attentive. It definitely gets crowded in there, but it seemed to move pretty quickly. They do want your entire party there in order to seat you, so just make sure of that! All in all, I will definitely be back when i'm in town. read more

Absolutely loved this Hawaiian spot! We were in Vegas for the weekend and had breakfast here on a Saturday and it was amazing. We were here pretty early, about 9ish, and beat the breakfast crowd so it was perfect. I ordered the loco moco with eggs over easy and potatoes and did not disappoint. We also ordered a kalua pork plate and sisig plate with pancakes! Everything was delicious! Topped off with refillable coffee and it was the perfect breakfast meal. Happy eating! read more

Not bad for Korea Town breakfast food. I ordered the burger with a fried egg, and it was surprisingly juicy with good flavor. We tried the short rib and rice plate, but the meat was tougher than expected. They forgot one of our potato plates, which was disappointing because the potatoes we did receive were actually solid. Service was fine, and we were seated at a large family style dining table, which I enjoyed since it gave us plenty of room. All things considered, I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. Parking is also tight on busy mornings. Not perfect, but the menu is large enough that I would come back and try a few more items. read more

We came on a Saturday morning and were originally told the wait would be over an hour. We had driven out from the strip and decided it would take us just as long to find somewhere else to go, so we decided to just commit. In the end, the wait was only 15-20 minutes before we were seated. All I can say is: This is a heart attack you want to have. I ordered the country fried steak with a short stack of the hazelnut pancakes. The country fried steak was standard, fried well with chunky gravy. The pancakes were so good though. They were a little on the sweet side but I could not stop eating them, and the whipped cream with hazelnut bits on the top was to die for. Service was pretty quick here and the only complaint I have is I had ordered a coffee that was never served. When I pointed it out, they took it off the bill but if they had checked in more frequently, I would have had the opportunity to still get it while eating. That wasn't enough to deter me from wanting to come back if in the area again though. Would definitely recommend! read more

Really small spot no frills and easy to miss but omg so glad we found it. The food was amazing I got the Portuguese omelette so amazing and a huge serving this is definitely shareable. My son had the loco moco it was good but he liked mine better. We both upgraded our pancakes to the ube and the lemon ricotta both were absolutely delicious. Our server was very nice and helpful this place is not to be missed if you come to Vegas. read more

Food is always good here and the staff is friendly. They get pretty busy so it could be a bit of a wait if you don't get there early:D this time hubby got the food to go, country fried steak and eggs, and ube pancakes, yum! read more
Great spot just 10 minutes off the strip. Smaller place than I thought but the wait went fast and service was prompt. The pancakes are where it's at, I liked the guava/strawberry the best but the ube were great too! Just a bit dryer. Someone got steak and eggs that came out beside us and that looked awesome. In Vegas for a tournament and Baby Stacks happens to be near our AirBNB. Great clean fresh atmosphere, a bit limited table space, so I suggest coming early. Does seem to get crowded by 10am. Lemon pancakes so refreshing, thin, crepe like with semi sweet lemon drizzle on the side, Portuguese breakfast with eggs with choice of garlic or steamed rice. Excellent service and very attentive. Plenty of parking in a shared lot. Will definitely come here again! read more

This restaurant was wildly popular with a line out the door! That being said, the service was still friendly while being very efficient. The food itself was ok. I got the adobo fried rice wrapped in an omelette, the eggs felt overcooked and underseasoned but the fried rice itself was pretty good. You can upgrade your sides and get a 2 stack (baby stack) of pancakes for only 3.50 which felt like a great deal! We upgraded for the tiramisu pancakes which tasted great though the texture of the pancake itself was rather gummy. The ambiance itself was fine, no different than any other diner. read more
