What a busy buay place. Nice visit. We entered the place and we were greeted right away. Our server was great! Being Yelp Elite seemed to support the experience as well. I ordered the American Breakfast w/bacon. Yum. Everything had good flavors, cooked just right. I love that the toast wasn't heavily covered in butter. The environment is fun, full of life and bright with all the glass windows. The mimosa flights are cute & from my understanding very good. The ambiance can be very loud. Chatter with high ceilings can carry and be very loud. There is outside seating and garage parking on 6th. I believe the parking can ve validated too. We were staying at the " D" hotel and wanted a breakfast place nearby. Broken Yolk Cafe was 2 blocks away and was our choice. My wife had Avacado Toast. Artisan bread, smashed avocado, scrambled eggs, "everything but the bagel" seasoning. She enjoyed it a lot. I had the Cali Breakfast Burrito. Scrambled eggs, applewood-smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, home fries, and avocado in a flour tortilla. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, salsa verde and salsa fresca. Place was packed and still was seated quickly. Our waiter was very polite and friendly. Didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive. Everything looks so delicious. I ordered the Mom omelette which was decent, but everyone else's food seem to be pleasing. I feel like my omelette could've used some melted cheese inside to hold the peppers and stuff together or something was missing, but it was OK. Oh man, did they fill my brunch need! The space itself feels open air, with lots of natural light and windows. And then I saw the menu and knew this was the right spot. A whole menu corner of mimosas and bloodies?! Come on! I'm not a tequila fan, so I didn't get the bloody sampler, but you definitely should! I also absolutely love when a brunch spot has a section dedicated to benedicts. Like, yes obvi! I got the salmon benny and overall the flavors were what I needed. One egg was poached fine... the other egg was a little overdone. But since they were all smothered in hollandaise, it didn't matter much. I'll definitely be back to try more brunch dishes! Has a ton of natural lighting, making it a pleasant spot for breakfast. They were open today for Christmas form 7a-12p, wasn't too busy at all, food came out fast and everything was SO TASTY. We had a wonderful brunch at the Broken Yolk Cafe near Fremont Street! Conveniently located just down the street from Fremont Street Experience with a beautiful venue that you can see out on Las Vegas Blvd. We were a group of eight, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Manager Michael came over to welcome us and make sure everything was perfect, and our server Amber was amazing and never missed a beat. They both made sure everyone was well taken care of. I personally love their Benedict's and their bloody Mary/mimosa flights. The Cinnamon Roll pancake was the best my wife and I have ever had. They are huge though, so you might just want to order the single one off of the side menu rather than a full stack. Joined the waitlist on Yelp before walking in, and it was much needed, as they were packed this morning! The hostess was friendly, and so was our server D. The girls and I go to brunch every month and this month was my friends pick, and she picked this place. She thought it would be great because it's on Las Vegas Blvd. well I have to say none of us were really impressed. I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes. they did not taste like lemon nor ricotta. I thought there might be like a lemon curd ricotta on top or something but no, I let the waiter know and he just said oh really and walked away, but he thought better of it and came back. He was asking me if I wanted to try another flavor and I didn't know because the girls were already done with their food and what was the point and he insisted he could bring me another flavor so I said OK and got the cinnamon ones. They were way better than the other. Both of my friends were not impressed with their meals either I asked one of them to tell me what they wanted me to say on Yelp and she said I don't know I'll have to think about it because it wasn't really that good and I said well I will just put that then and my other friend barely ate half of her food, so it wasn't the best experience for us. We've been to such great places. It was a bit of a disappointment in the end when I got the bill, the waiter charged me for the different flavor of pancakes are you kidding me? if I had known that, I definitely would have said no thank you. He was having more fun serving people behind the bar than waiting tables.. needless to say there's so many places in Vegas to go we won't be coming back here. read more

This location (there are others) is one block from Fremont St. It's a bright, nicely decorated space that serves booze (including mimosa and Bloody Mary flights). They're only open for breakfast and lunch. I came for breakfast. I was torn between ordering sweet or savory. I eventually got the Choose Two Benedict, getting the Border and Sope Benedicts. The Border is a sweet corn cake topped with a poached egg, carne asada and poblano sauce. The Sope is a fried sope with shredded beef, poached egg, ranchero sauce, avocado, salsa cheese and sour cream. Both were decent. The sope was on the tough side, the meats not too flavourful. The hash browns were good. In the future I'd try the Sweet Trio or chicken fried steak. read more

I was seated quickly and my server Amber was fantastic! It's a charming place with enough space for large groups and big time breakfast eaters. Since I'm riding solo without my sidekick today for this meal, I got the Chicken Fried Steak, gravy, over-easy eggs, toast and hash browns. She's not with me today to give me that look of why are you ordering greasy food so it's party time! The hash browns I asked to be crispy - they were, the eggs were perfect, and the chicken fried steak was nice and tender with ample artery clogging gravy. If there's a knock on this dish, it's the steak is fairly thin but I was able to cut it with a fork so that's a big plus. Also the turn-around from ordering to receiving the food was less than 10 minutes, nice and hot. Would recommend for sure. read more
