It had a minor issue which they fixed prior to us taking it home. They were easy to deal with, and when there was one tiny issue a few weeks later, they offered to repair it free of charge. You don't get that kind of service for a car that is almost 10 years old. They specialize in salvage titles. That means you can get a great car with low miles at an amazing price. I don't worry about a salvage title with them, because they do excellent work and stand behind the work that they do. A few weeks after I purchased my daughter's car, I kept thinking about the Santa Cruz that I saw and drove on the lot. I fell in love with that truck. The owners gave me a fair deal on it, I was able to pick it up at 4:45 PM and be off the lot by 5 PM with the keys in hand. If you want a painless purchasing experience, I would highly recommend coming here. Salvage titles can be hit or miss, but not when you deal with a reputable business. It gets no simpler. They are high pressure, and if you tell them what you're looking for, they will keep an eye out.

When he finally sends the video the truck was cold and had not been started or driven from a different loaction according to the gauges. As soon as he sent the video he said I need an answer now this truck that has been at the lot for 54 days will sell quick. So i text him back after my meeting and told him I wanted the truck and he said another customer came in and was paying with cash and that it was my fault for not answering him when he asked. Then first thing this morning as soon as they opened he sent me a text that the other customer backed out and the truck was available. The truck was listed at $25,888 and after he magically changed the price to $35,888 it was available again. So he made up another lie about a 3 day sale and said if I really wanted it then I should have went in person to buy it, Because a customer that was states away was not that important to him since Justin is the #1 salesman. Be Aware that everything that Justin said had been a lie!! Do Not spend your Money with them.

Within one month (January 26, 2026), the check engine light came on. Diagnosis: codes P0137 and P0500 -- O2 sensor replaced. On March 2, the check engine light returned with code P0500. At that time, the spark plugs were found to be fouled and black. Repairs included replacing the plugs, cleaning the fuel injection and throttle body, performing relearns, and adding fuel cleaner. By March 17 -- just 2.5 months after purchase and only ~1,300 miles driven -- the check engine light came on for a third time. I took the vehicle to a GMC dealership, where they diagnosed fouled spark plugs and an issue with cylinder 4. I was then informed the vehicle is experiencing engine failure and requires a complete engine replacement. For a low-mileage 2022 vehicle, this type of engine failure is unacceptable. I returned to the dealership after the second repair to request an exchange or refund and was dismissed. I was told "check engine lights come on all the time" and advised to continue driving the vehicle. After emailing to request a meeting with the owner, I received a phone call but was given the same response. I was told I had not taken the vehicle to the "correct" mechanic -- despite using a repair facility listed on their own website as approved for the extended warranty I purchased. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting an independent pre-purchase inspection and carefully reviewing the vehicle history before purchasing. I would not recommend The Nice Car Company due to this experience with engine failure and poor customer service.

I've taken my cars to the Quick lane service department for several years. The staff is great, the lobby/waiting area is always clean and they get you in and out exactly when they say they will. Can't stay while you're car is being serviced? Ask for a ride home and they'll shuttle you. The Owners Advantage reward program gives you money off your service for being a loyal customer. They'll even have your car sparkling clean with a free car wash each service, as long as weather permits it. I recently moved back to my home town and miss all these features to keeping my cars running great. Not only were the staff honest in recommended service, they always gave you the necessary paperwork to help you make a decision later on. Whenever I'm back in town, I try to coordinate a oil change and tire rotation with the team that is hands down the best service providers I've been to. Had a car from auto financing up street brought in for an inspection prior to me buying it. It had a growl from the rear end and I wanted it checked out. Needless to say they didn't even identify an issue. I asked the supervisor at the computer When he told me there was 'nothing found' if they were capable of finding a bad bearing. He assured me they could.... had to have it replaced upon purchase. So evidently the kids in the garage and the supervisors, either don't care or can't find issues during an inspection. When you spin the wheel while jacked up it sounded terrible. A deaf person could hear it. read more

We recently purchased a 2017 Premium GT Mustang from Brondes. Scott Seiler was the easiest person I have ever worked with and we have purchased a lot of cars through the years. The finance part of the deal is typically the most stressful part of the deal. That is not the case at Brondes. They had everything ready to go and got us in and out quickly. Outstanding Service I dropped my car off on a Sunday night b/c it was having problems as I returned home from vacation. Not only did the service rep Bob help me get the issue resolved, but he went above and beyond to get Ford to pay for the recall repair that a DIFFERENT DEALER didn't think was necessary. I was just there and took delivery of my New 2015 Mustang GT. Very professional, courteous and "Truth full". I went to a competitor that I cannot say the same thing about. They actually have 2015 Mustangs in stock. The others did not. I will say that the phone number on yelp goes to a company in upper Michigan. Kal took his time helping me first over chat and then we finally connected over the phone. The price he quoted me was the exact price I paid. He had the guys detail the car then spent over an hour with me helping me get connect to and learn about the Sync 4 system and all the details of the car. My daughter in law bought a new Explorer the same day back home.(Kal even checked for any finance specials they may be able to use while I was on the phone with my son) The dealer she bought from sent her out of there with her phone connect via bluetooth and no knowledge of Sync 4. Though I'm by far not a tech guy, I used what Kal showed me earlier that day, and helped her get connected through Apple CarPlay and got her Explorer linked up with the Ford appon her phone and showed her a few features. The next time anyone in my family or I get a new vehicle we will drive the 93 miles and buy it from Kal.
