One of the best pie's I've had in a long time The sauce is delicious the cheese is on point You don't see air bubble like you normally do. The crust and the bottom are crunchy not soft and soggy Everyone is friendly and greet you right away. Because I order ahead I never have to wait. You can dine in or sit outside and enjoy the sunshine n breeze or rain (in the Florida weather you never know) I go every other week to order like clock work. If you're heading out this way check them out, They're definitely worth the drive. I'm hoping one day... the " One Bite Pizza guy" finds his way there to make his own review!

This place was suggested to me by a friend so here we go. I love! Pizza let's get that out of the way. I made a quick stop here to see if my buddy Carlos was telling me the truth or hype and he was 80% correct. The location is very nice, there's plenty of parking on the street or across the street in a lot. The shop was clean and had lot's of references to the Bronx. The staff is super friendly and attentive, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the just to keep this honest I wanted to just get a slice and that's exactly what we did. Liza and I both had a cheese slice the price is a bit under 3.00 per. The sauce and the cheese had a great real NY taste, the crust was thin crunchy and chewy where is was supposed to be. The only down side is the taste on the crust, if lacked flavor. While I think they have the right amount of crust the taste was bland. I suggest you try this place for yourself if you're in the area. They had a 2 cheese and any drink in the fridge special for about $7.00 8 out of 10 for me...

I think this may be some of the best pizza I've found in the area over the past year of living here. I ordered mine well done because I like my pizza crispy with not much flop. It was absolutely delicious and so crispy!! The tiramisu was pretty good too. Still a little frozen though..... Will order from here again and recommend to others!!

Under proofed and undercooked garlic knots. RAW DOUGH

Quite disappointing... we came here a week ago to dine outdoors and food was good (cheese pizza, Hawaiian pizza, caprese sub? And garlic knots), service was ok, surprising that there was only 1 server while there were 5+ workers inside. We were happy with the food, enough to go back again. A week later, we decide to order take out... Cheese pizza was greasy and crust was stale and hard. Hawaiian pizza was greasy with barely any toppings (maybe 1 pineapple chunk and 1 piece of ham on each slice) and crust was stale and hard. I am from Brooklyn and have been eating thin crust pizza my whole life, thin crust pizza does not have hard dry crust like this. Chicken parm was awful. Pasta was over cooked, sauce was bland, chicken was dry, tough and stale as if it was freezer burnt. Garlic knots were tiny, under-proofed, under cooked, raw, COVERED in dried parsley flakes. It was pathetic how small they were. Caprese sub had 3 x quarter pieces of mozzarella cheese with dried parsley flakes. Dried Parsley flakes are for cooking, not garnishing. Fresh parsley is for garnishing. Caprese uses basil, not parsley by the way. It should have been omitted. If you want a Cesar salad with romaine lettuce, croutons and store bought cheap Caesar dressing, that's exactly what you will get. Needless to say, we were disappointed and are sad to say we will not be coming back.

Plenty of seating on the terrace.

Some of the best pizza in Volusia County. We have only had pizza from here but it has been amazing every time we go.

Great pizza. The service was very fast and friendly. I like the little touch of the paper under the pizza that looks like newspaper.

We loved the place, especially their homemade Sangria, which was excellent, along with the wonderful food. Well, things change. Over time, the Cuban restaurant closed. I'm not sure what occupied the space in the interim, but worry no longer. DoBro's has moved in! It still has that same cozy, comfortable feel that makes you want to sit down, relax, and stay awhile. Service? We were served by Jessica M., who was everything you could ask for in a restaurant server--quick, friendly, and loaded with helpful knowledge and advice. Our drink orders were taken, and then we noticed, much to our delight, that they also offer both red and white Sangria. Of course, we had to try it. Some sacrifices simply have to be made in the name of research. The Sangria was every bit as good as we remembered from the old Cuban restaurant days. The menu offers plenty of choices, including a large variety of pizzas, salads, lasagna, and a host of other Italian selections. There are also sandwiches, Stromboli, and plenty more. In other words, there's a lot to choose from. The bar is beer and wine, along with the Sangria, which was perfectly fine with us. I selected a large Traditional Classic thin-crust pizza, while my wife went with the Buffalo Salad. The pizza was excellent, and there was enough left over for me to take some home for later--which is always a good sign. My wife absolutely raved about the salad and liked it so much that she was already talking about coming back. So, it looks like another trip to DoBro's is in our near future. Good food, good service, a comfortable atmosphere, and Sangria that brought back some great memories. Yep... DoBro's. It's that good! Enjoy!

The dough was light with a good texture, and the marinara and cheese combo worked really well together. We tried the pepperoni with extra cheese, the Chicago-style traditional hand tossed pizza, and the Stromboli. The Stromboli was especially cool because they serve it in individual rolls instead of one giant piece. Such a smart idea and perfect for sharing as a group appetizer. Even with just cheese, the flavor was excellent. The prices were very reasonable for the amount and quality of food we got. Overall, everything came together really well flavor-wise, and the order online and pickup experience felt worth it from start to finish. This will likely become my new go-to pizza spot in the DeLand area.

The Diavola had a nice kick and felt a little adventurous in a good way. The Pepperoni was solid and reliable, exactly what you expect. Now the calzone... not for me. I was expecting a classic cheese-forward situation, but this was more of a chaotic mash-up of ingredients that didn't quite come together. Felt like a pizza identity crisis folded in half. The crust is worth noting, it has that cornmeal-style texture. If you like a slightly gritty, rustic bite, you'll be into it. Overall, good flavor, just know what you're ordering. Next time, I'm sticking to the pizzas and leaving the calzone in the box.

Review: Great Pizza, but the Dessert and "Default" Tips Left a Sour Taste…read more Rating: 3-Stars My sister and I were having a "Sister Day" in DeLand and decided to stop by Urban Brick after seeing a brick-oven pizza on someone's table that looked incredible. The Vibe & The Food: The place is super quaint and nicely decorated with both indoor and outdoor seating. Even after 2 PM, it was packed, which is usually a great sign! We shared a 12" Artisanal Margherita Pizza. If you like NYC-style thin crust but with that specific brick-oven char, you'll love this. The sauce was a bit on the sweeter side, which was a surprise, but it actually worked really well. Definitely a solid pizza. The "Foodie" Letdown: However, as a seasoned foodie who has been to plenty of places, I was really disappointed by the value and service at the end of the meal. I ordered a Tiramisu to go ($11), which is my favorite dessert. When I got home and opened the container, I was in total awe--it was arguably the smallest piece of cake in history. For that price point, I've had much better for much less. It was a major letdown after a good pizza. Service & "The Tip" Situation: The service also didn't quite hit the mark for me. Our waitress brought the menu, took the order, and delivered the food, but that was it. No check-in to see how the food was or if we needed refills. As a foodie, I appreciate the "hospitality" side of dining, and this felt very transactional. To top it off, when the paper check came, I noticed the suggested tip calculations at the bottom started at 20%, 25%, and 30%. They completely opted out of showing the standard 15% or 18% options. While I know I can calculate my own, it felt a bit forced. Giving a 20%+ tip at a fancy restaurant for attentive service is one thing, but for a meal where the server never checked back on us, it felt misplaced. The Verdict: The pizza and the area are great, but the experience was dampened by the tiny dessert and the pushy suggestions on the check. It's an "FYI" for those who value the full dining experience--come for the pizza, but maybe skip the Tiramisu and keep an eye on those tip percentages! Yelp Tip: Margherita pizza is excellent and perfectly thin! Foodie Warning: The Tiramisu portion is tiny for $11, and the printed check suggestions skip the 15%/18% options.
