The technician was very kind, attentive, and did a great job. Unfortunately, my manicure wasn't the same experience. I got a French hard gel fill, and it took over two hours. It felt like the technician may not have been very experienced with hard gel, as each nail took a long time and the process seemed uncertain. While she was thorough with cuticle cleanup, it left my cuticles feeling very irritated. There was also some confusion with the color. I asked for a French manicure, but the base color used was a much darker pink that didn't match my skin tone. I tried to explain this, but there was a language barrier she only spoke Spanish :/ I wish I knew Spanish. After a few attempts to adjust it, I decided to skip the French and just go with a solid pink to keep things simple. Another staff member eventually stepped in to help finish my nails. Overall, great pedicure experience, but the manicure was disappointing and took much longer than expected. The pink I went with in the end is very cute the shape of the nail great. But I will not return because overall it was over 3 hours with both the mani and pedi.
