I have complained about it before... long before the merge and many other customers apparently have as well, yet nothing seems to improve. Even some staff members have acknowledged that customers frequently complain about the weak beds and overdue bulb replacements. Despite this, the prices remain the same. If you're paying for a tanning membership, you should expect properly maintained equipment and consistent results. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location.
