The beds and salon are always clean and I feel like the beds actually worked fairly quick to tan me. It's taken me months to build a base tan before but it took a week or two here because the staff made sure I gradually worked my way up in time in the beds. They have a great selection of lay downs and stand ups and spray booths. Also, they have a different special every day of the week! This is a huge reason I signed up , and the prices are not astronomical. They have the most amount of lotions I have ever seen in a tanning salon. It was so hard to choose. But as a member I get a discount on lotions and they also have a day where packets are on sale so you can try whichever ones you want. I highly highly highly recommend!!!!! From the start Anastacia (or Ana as she liked to be called, hopefully spelled it right) was super helpful, cool, and down to earth. They recommend coming in for a consultation your first time to discuss your tanning goals, your skin type and so forth. They have 4-5 different types of tanning beds which seems way fancier then I remember most tanning places having, but maybe it's the new way. So with each bed basically it gets a little more technical and stronger bulbs for a deeper, quicker tan. The memberships for each bed are then based off of the level of the bed. I started out with the lowest level membership and it has been perfect, about $30 a month. They do have a policy where you have to buy your tanning lotion in store, as I guess they've had issues with clients reacting to lotions other clients have brought in. That doesn't entirely make sense to me as they clean the beds between each use so it seems like that cross contamination shouldn't happen if they clean like they say, but that's what they said. I didn't mind buying lotion here as Ana helped me decide and pick one that should be better protection for my tattoos in specific. They also have a policy where you have to wait minimum 24 hours in between sessions, and if you're trying to go in less time you may need to put your skin first and be smarter. The Lakeland location is never crazy busy, but you can still call and make an appointment ahead of time just in case. If you get a membership, you have to cancel basically a month ahead of time but you still get that month to use the beds- you can also freeze your account for $5 a month say like over the summer when you wouldn't use the beds as much anyway. This is a super clean, cute and nice tanning shop!

I kept an eye out on the spa for quite a while before I actually called and made an appt. But I finally made one. It was very easy to book and the receptionist was very friendly. Its very bright and roomy in the spa. Deanna is the one who does all the services here. Her services include bed tanning, spray tanning, facials, and waxing. She was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. Because let's be real, it can be a little awkward first meeting someone and having them wax such a sensitive area. She was very friendly and made the whole experience as comfortable as she could. And actually I think I only flinched like once! It really wasn't bad at all. She will help you focus on other things and talk to you. Which I liked. I highly recommend trying Deanna for your waxing needs!!! She has valentines specials going on right now too! So don't wait too long to book!

Customer service is lacking. Prices are subject to their own decision- different every time. Every service I've gotten there seems to be rushed and subpar. I wish I could love it but I just can't.
