They get really good service all around here. It's easy to set up appointments where to get what they call a wax pass, which gives you so many visits in a certain period of time. Price is very based on the type of body part that you were looking to get done. I know the customer service is really good as setting and changing appointments is fairly easy. As a customer, you just need to communicate with them clearly what you need and if there is a problem to let them know, and they will take care of things to make it right. Plus, this is a service base business so it's always good to leave a tip for the person who's taking care of you. Overall, I would say this is an excellent place. The scalp treatment was amazing in its own right because I had been battling migraines for the past several days and this treatment made-it go away. I haven't had this kind of relief from a migraine this quickly ever. The body treatment itself was so nice because I was wrapped up and warm and at one point I almost fell asleep. It is hard not to fall asleep with the dry body body brushing then a thick moisturizer. Then Alex did my face and scalp massage.
