I do not agree with most of them. Most of the staff I've dealt with is great. I would also like to specifically mention an employee by the name Of Alaska. We ended up at Mission Care Center in Riverside. I can't beging to express the high level of care we received. Every staff member was amazing and spiritual. They were patient with how meticulous I was with my husband's care and they were eager to please. I was extremely happy with the care my father received at Palm Terrace Care Center. I have had a…read morefew relatives require skilled nursing, and the other facilities do not compare to Palm Terrace, they were awful. Palm Terrace was great. The facility is clean, the staff is very intelligent and helpful, everyone is kind, caring and I always had piece-of-mind while my father was there. If anything ever happened outside of normal procedure, I would be called and informed. The nurses, CNAs, and entire staff were kind to my father as well as all of us family members. So helpful, and always smiling and friendly. That stated that they didn't want us to worry about my dad while we were not there. They were right, I did not have to. If I ever require skilled nursing, I hope I am lucky enough to be admitted to Palm Terrace. It is by far the best in the area. Thank you Palm Terrace!

Louis, the caregiver, is really good with my husband and has fit in well to our family situation. The grandkids can see a difference in Grandpa's happines llevel and we don't worry so much about UTIs and falls.

Chris in the front office was extremely helpful and welcoming--great first impression. The entire community felt friendly, clean, and well-organized. One thing that really stood out was the clear communication about meals, activities, and scheduled events. They offer a lot of amenities that really matter, including on-site physical therapy, a visiting doctor, a library, craft room, movie area, and a sit-down style dining room with three meals a day. It truly feels like a supportive and engaging environment rather than just a facility. Based on what we saw, we would feel very comfortable having our mom here and look forward to hopefully making this her new home. Highly recommend a tour if you're considering senior living options.
